Jack Rogers has remade these for the worse. They feel cheaper and the straps stretch super easy. It's too bad as these used to be my favorite sandal

I've a huge lover of Jack Rogers sandal and have own several pairs over the last decade. The sandals I recently purchased, although on sale, have already begun cracking all over the sole of the shoe. I've had this same pair in the past, and NEVER experienced cracking like this. I don't know if these shoes were just defected or what, but I am pretty disappointed. I still love Jack Rogers but for the price I paid, even with a sale price, this is still not okay. For comfort, I'm giving 4 stars but for quality, I'm giving 1 star sadly. Hoping this is just a rare occurrence because I've always loved my Jacks!

Luckily for you, my daughter loved the shoes even though they were the wrong style. I received the gold sandals not the cognac even though there was a slip in the box that said the contents were the cognac. Someone else may have had a worse reaction especially given the holiday and the fickle recipient, a 15 year old girl. Keep an eye on that quality control.

Bought this in May, didn't even make it to August before it cracked in half. Loved them while they lasted :(

I love all jacks but these just didn't hold up. I've only worn them about 15 times and this happened. JR does not stand by their products because they were purchased at another store they will do nothing about it.

I bought this sandal for my niece and when she opened the box the left sandal was damaged! Cracked where the foot arch is located but of course these are flat! I had ordered the same style for myself and I kept mine! They were a little wide on the top strap but I have made it work! I have order several different style of sandals but this was the first time I had a pair delivered damaged!

Product quality was horrible. I bought my wife a pair for Mother's Day, the first time she wears them, they crack in multiple places as if they aren't even real.
