These running shoes are fabulous. Very light weight and provide good arch support. I like them so much I bought a pair in a different color for my 20-something daughter. We are going to run a 5K together in August and will both be wearing them.

These are awesome shoes! There is lots of room in the toe box. They have a nice toe arch that make them nice when running.

Love this shoe! Usually Nike are a little tight on me...being mesh they fit great! They are super light & easy to wear all day.

Very comfortable. Very lightweight. A little tight across the toe box but I also have a particularly tall toe box as a person so I often have this problem with all shoes.

Excellent shoes - true to size. I have very high arches and the flexibility of the shoe keeps my feet from getting tight. They breathe well and they're really lightweight. I run on both pavement and trails - just keep in mind that you'll pick up lots of little twigs and rocks if you run on trails at all. My only complaint would be that because the bottoms are white they get dirty quickly.

I usually wait at least a month or so before writing a review on a purchase, but my flat feet love these shoes so much I had to write one after only a week! I'm just getting back into running about 2-4 times a week and just started Insanity this week as well which involves a lot of plyometrics. It was time to replace my old running shoes; I recently wore them to jump rope and the soles of my feet were very sore. I jumped in the Flex Run and felt absolutely no pain, so I couldn't wait to hit the pavement with them. My first run was awesome. I had no pain in my knees, it lessened the stress on my shins and absolutely no pain in the soles of my feet. My overall goal is to be very active with a focus on preventing injuries (I use a high quality jump mat when I do Insanity). These shoes are light as air and provide great support. Oh, and I love love the style...get many compliments on them. I have the grey with blue laces and the pink Nike logo. The colors are a good combination and not neon bright. I would definitely purchase another pair!

I absolutely love these shoes! I could not decide what color to get so I bought the turquoise and purple. The colors are so fun and vibrant I decided to keep both! They are super comfortable and lightweight right out of the box. I have wide feet and these fit true to size. I cannot wait to hit the pavement in them! Well done, Nike!

These shoes are so light, and give support surrounding the foot, good lateral support even though they're mesh. Overall love this shoe!

I am normally a size 11, but sometimes find that sneakers run big. Because a 10.5 was available I followed my instincts and ordered a half-size smaller. Fortunately, this turned out to be just the right size so I do suggest ordering a half or perhaps even a full-size down. Other than that I would also add that the shoes are very comfortable, and after a month in personal training, have worked out well.

Love these shoes! They are super light weight and comfortable. I do a mix of cardio and weight lifting 3-4 times/week and they are great. Occasionally when I run, my heels get sore in them- they don't have a ton of arch support but the ankle support is good. I run 2-3 miles at a time and they're fine for that but for a long distance runner, I would recommend a shoe with a little more support. Overall, I'm very happy with them. The pink is a really nice bright shade too!

I like these now that I got the right size, but I felt that they ran a true half-size too big. I am always a size 10, and the tens were incredibly long. The 9.5 fit pretty well (a tiny, tiny bit too long still, but I kept them).

These are extremely comfortable to walk in. But I had bought them for cross-training - working out with my trainer at the gym and these are way too flexible for me to do lateral activities.

I am not so sure about the arch suppport, but the comfort level of this shoe is amazing! I'd tried another pair of Nike's that were not marked "narrow", but they sure fit that way and it made the fit very uncomfortable. High marks for this shoe!

I'm using this shoe indoors only for low impact aerobics and low intensity workouts. It's perfect for that. Love the light weight and comfy roomy style. Just enough arch support. I would not use these shoes outside because of the waffle style soles; small pebbles, etc., would lodge in them very easily. This is the only reason I'm rating 4 stars instead of 5. If this same shoe was made with a solid sole I'd buy it for my outdoor walking.

I liked the color and style but the shoes felt too wide. I am usually a 7.5 and that is what I ordered but it felt too wide at the toes. I am surprised because I always order Nikes because they are not as wide as other brands and my feet are quite narrow. Must be the style.

I'm glad that Nike is finally accommodating a slightly wider foot! I was looking for a good gym / cross training shoe and after ordering several pairs to try on, I narrowed my selection to these and the New Balance Minimus...apples and oranges as the Nike Flex has cushioning and the Minimus is well, minimal, like being barefoot with a little support and tread. Because I was purchasing shoe for the gym only - and I wanted something that I could do a plank and other moves that require foot flexibility I went with the New Balance...but if I were looking for a multipurpose shoe for walking and the gym, these would have been a good choice. If you have a wide foot, order then 1/2 size larger.
I'd also recommend:

I tried a couple of pairs of non-Nike sneakers for my ZUMBA class, and I've returned them all. I've been wearing these for 3 weeks now and they provide great padding for jumping all around and great traction for dancing on the floor.

Not my style. I'm not familiar with some of the colors and this pink is purple-ish plus the other colors on the shoe just don't look good together. The shoe is light but I'm not impressed with the comfort or flexibility. They are too roomy in the toe box and too 'tall' in that area too. I tend to like Nike because I have a really thin and narrow foot. These feel too roomy in the toe. I bought a pair of Nike Free + 3 (or 3+... LOL whatever) in 2010 and LOVED THEM!! I have tried every version of Nike's Free line and they're all epic fails. I miss the comfort of the model I have. Anyway, I'm giving up on Nike right now and looking at some Zoot and other options. I'm so disappointed in Nike. :(

Very comfortable and light. Great for GRIT, Pump, Combat, Attack, CX. For folks w/ collapsed arches: you will need some insoles. With that said, pick your insoles very carefully because the sides by the arch may pinch after a strenuous workout.

They're cute and comfortable. I wish the laces were a tiny bit longer, but that's about it. If you haven't worn this style before, be aware that the flex soles tend to pick up pebbles if worn outdoors.

Like the shoe. Plenty of toe room which I sometimes have trouble with and the rest of my foot is a bit narrow. It could use a little more arch support. Look is great. I would purchase again.

Very comfortable. Perhaps, a little wider than I expected but that's okay. I just pull the shoe string a little tighter or wear thicker socks and away I go. If you are looking for excellent comfort and an average looking athletic shoe, I recommend them.

These shoes feel amazing !!!! Very light. I will say though that I've worn them running for about 2-3 months and the tread in the middle of the shoe is worn out. I love Nike and never had that happen before.

Quick arrival as always and I was able to do a 30 minute Cardio workout at home to test the comfort and performance of these shoes and I love them! I do have a small pinky bunion and part of the seam rubs it a little but it isn't as bad as other shoes. The design is very pleasing to the eyes, it's lightweight, flexible, and breathable. I bought a 6.5 and they fit fine.

I bought this shoe because the reviews said it has a true to size fit, especially for those with a wider foot. I can't usually wear this brand because it's too tight on my toes and ball area of my foot. I will stick with Adidas as my first pick and then maybe Asics. For the cost, I was expecting an awesome shoe. This is a good shoe but not an awesome shoe. Moderate arch support and a comfortable feel on impact. I use it for a group fitness class at the gym that is outside. Sprints, weights, agility exercises. This shoe does not have a good enough fit/feel for a running shoe. I wore it inside for a Zumba class and was sliding all over the floor!
