Shoes are awesome! I wear these at the gym. They are lightweight and so comfortable! I will definitely get another pair and it will definitely be from Zappos!

Not a true minimalist shoe so if you have been running barefoot for awhile I don't recommend them for long runs. I got them to play basketball and to be an everyday shoe and it was a great choice. Gives me that little extra cushion for jumping. They are super light and don't take much breaking in. I can't attest to the durability but know someone that has had the same pair of Free 2s for years and they are still holding strong.

These shoes fit really nice and are very comfy. I usually wear Converse Jack Purcell leathers because I preferred flat footed shoes but these seem to be great. I plan on using these for everyday use as well as working out shoes. I like the fact that the soles flare out so it keeps you well balanced on your feet. Please keep in mind, if you are coming from any Converse shoes, you will have to get 1 size higher. I wear size 10 Converse and I had to get these in size 11 to fit well. I also love the sale price these guys had it for. We'll continue to buy more in the future.

As other reviewers said, these tend to run small. My son returned a pair that were his size in other shoes and sized up a whole size since he is still growing, but consider going up at least 1/2 size if your size is stable.

Cannot say enough good about their service and staff. I have a 13 year old sprouting son and had to exchange them twice to size up! Both times they shipped the new pair overnight and I returned both pair and all shipping was still free. Normally they will only exchange once but they made an exception. My son loves his shoes and didn't go on about the shoes,their Nikes of course he loves them! :)

The shoe stretches out with use. I wear a 13 and bought these in a 12. They form to your feet in about of week of just walking around.

These have been great for me. They are very comfortable in spite of my genetically inferior feet. They have a lot of cushioning and, while they are not meant to be used for this, I wear them for indoor baseball practice. They have enough lateral support to work for that. I like that the material used in the shoe is mainly solid surface yet flexible and it doesn't attract/hold dirt. Plus, I think they are very nice looking. I think that they are true to size for an athletic shoe. They are a keeper!

I looked at various Nike running shoes and settled on these 5.0 after a few friends highly recommended them. They are very light and comfortable. The light weight does make them feel a little flimsy, but I’m not worried about the long-term quality. If you are looking for a heavier and more substantial running shoe, check out the Nike Air Max line. The 5.0 comes in a lot of color options, and most of them tend to be pretty bright or flashy. Fortunately, there are a few designs that don’t scream out. I settled on the combination of Armory Navy/Chilling Red/Armory Slate and find it to be conservative with just the right amount of subtle bright color. Like others have stated, order a half size up. I normally wear 10.5 in Nike but had to get these in size 11.

Love these shoes...light, comfortable. Size wise they run small, so I went 1/2 a size larger.

My son loves these shoes. This is his 3rd pair. He runs not only cross country in them but also the 3200 in track as well.

Son loves these - very comfortable with good support. The color (black on black) is good too - as he likes to be low key.

Cool, light and comfortable; but did have to buy a 1/2 size up from my normal size. Great shoe for casual wear and for light duty running.

Great shoes, awesomely comfortable. They do run a little on the smaller side so definitely size up at least a half size from what you would normally wear in Nikes.

I received these as a gift and I'm happy I did. They are comfortable and I like that they are black with white soles. The bright colors aren't for me.

Great shoe. Bought for my son and he has worn them nonstop. Last pair held up for 9 months. Still were in decent shape but he outgrew them.

What can I say about these shoes that hasn't already been said? These are the BEST running/workout shoes I have ever owned. Period. I could sleep in them they are so comfortable. The support/comfort they offer is simply unmatched. I only discovered the 5.0+ a year ago, but I already have 3 pairs. Most of the criticism's are right though, as they are very narrow, but all Nike's are.. as they are no more narrow than say for instance a pair of Free Runs (which don't even COMPARE to the 5.0+). These are expensive, and deserve to be worn as much as possible. Some people honestly may be better off sticking to a cheaper alternative - but if you spend 6+ days a week at the gym, investing in a shoe so perfect is worth every penny.

This is the second pair of these shoes! Love the comfort! Great for workouts or just everyday wear! Of course I live Zappos great service!

My brother purchased these shoes and just wouldn't shut up about how comfortable they felt. So I ordered a pair for my husband and now HE won't shut up about how comfortable they are. So I guess they are pretty comfortable.

I got these shoes for my boyfriend for Christmas. He says they are the most comfortable and lightweight sneaker he owns. He is a surfer and drummer with a large flat foot (size 13) so his style is usually either Vans, converse, Sanuks, or Clarks. He typically never wears Nikes outside the gym except for this particular sneaker. He wears them with jeans too because he says they are so comfy. Yay! I also have the female version of these and I wear mine almost every single day.
