Opened the box, put on this shoe and away I went for the day. I am a woman with a wide foot so I ordered the mens and the width worked for me (these do not come in women's wide width). This is an incredibly comfortable flip flop. I have back and knee problems and some shoes aggravate the problem, but not this shoe. The shoe is a bit pricey for a flip flop but believe it is well worth the money. I am very happy with this purchase.

I am a woman with a wide foot and frequently look at men's sandals. The shoe is well made and comfortable but my size 11 wide foot(women's size) looks like ducks feet in this shoe. Too bad. Thank goodness for Zappos - I keep trying and so glad that I can return them for free. Men's size 9 was a perfect fit for my wide 11.

My wife has worn FitFlops for many years but I have not been able to wear flip-flops or sandals because I need arch support. These do the job. We just returned from 2 days of an outside event where we were on our feet all the time and I feel great. Summer will be a new experience for me now!

Yes, these will become the sandal you always want to wear. Great support. Nice and cushioned. Can walk all day in them and not have a problem. They do not slip around on your feet. Look great for both a casual or business casual look. Hope they make more styles and colors.

Great support. Piece between toes has an uncomfortable seam. Hopefully it will break in

I loved these sandals until I walked 4 miles in them. I wear flip flops all the time (even up funky trails and down little mountains) so my toes are tough, but these rubbed the side of my toe in a place that isn't so tough so despite being very comfortable for most of the walk, they suddenly started to rub and within minutes of noticing, I was bleeding. Lucky they have adjustments and I could tighten them so my foot would not go all the way in and was able to make it back to the car. I still wear them and like them as long as I make it short trips or wrap the center stem with soft gauze. Perhaps it was getting the strap wet that caused it to harden with a sharp edge. Either way, I suggest using caution before heading out on any long walks. I love the cushioning and support!

Got 1/2 size small. Almost fit, sandals as well fitted as shoes, as in true to size. Was very tempted to keep them because of the excellent arch support, and overall build, but for the price, I need it to truly fit.

These are perfect sandals. There are many FitFlops styles which have too narrow a foot bed but nor this style. I also like the Velcro allows adjustments.

This is an amazing sandal. My usual size is 10, however I had to get a 12 to actually fit properly. Thanks to the easy return process, I could try all the three sizes (10, 11 and 12) to get the right one

This is my 3rd pair of these Fit Flops. They are the best in Fit, comfort and style. I have tried many others, and have finally learned to stick with the best, which is Fit Flops. Just received these last week,, and nothing feels better on my feet

Love these shoes! It's my second pair. Yes, I'm a female, too, like another reviewer. I have big and wide feet. FitFlops (for women) don't go big enough--Hey, FitFlop--make size 12s for women!! Love your shoes. These are sturdy--a little stiff at first but these shoes wear really well after a break-in period. They are comfortable, cool, and well made.

Unfortunately I have hammer toes, and this particular style rubs my toe when walking. My foot's defect , not the shoe's! I love fit flops and Zappos!

size is not suitable

My Doctor advised me to find new (better) foot wear. Tried these and right away I felt comfortable and the pain I had felt on the soles of my feet diminished. I'm glad I followed his advice and recommendation.

Best shoe ever. I have always struggled with comfortable shoes, especially comfortable sandals! Being a woman with a very large foot, and having an ankle condition, and being overweight, I usually have to look at Men's shoes, and 90% of the time, I am unhappy with my choices. Either they are clunky, and very manly, and don't fit just right. Not with this babies! Hands down, these are the best shoes I have ever worn...ever. Not only are they super comfortable, they are stylish and reasonably priced! I have never been so happy with a pair of shoes...especially flip flop/sandals! Thank you!

Get complements all the time. However, it taking a little bit of adjustment due the higher heel, but becoming more comfortable everyday.

I read someone else's comment that these would be the only sandals you would want to wear, and they were right. Great cushion for your feet. Do not slip when you walk on wet surfaces. Comfortable from day one. Great for all day walking. Easy to clean. You won't regret getting these. They seem to last forever, I have had both the brown and black pair for 2 years and they are still comfortable and look good. Just got another black pair so I have an extra set in-case anything happens to the first pair, or they stop making them.

I love them, I live in Mexico and purchased my first pair to wear with linen slacks as most of my sandals and flip-flops were so low the pants were always getting the hem stepped on but they are so comfortable I have bought several more and wear them all the time. They are great on uneven ground and cobblestone streets.

The customer service that I have received from Zappos, on more than one occasion, has been second to none! It's really above and beyond. One time I had trouble ordering on the internet and not only did they help- they upgraded my shipping for free! Always pleasant and helpful- it's nice to talk to a real Real person.. thanks Zappos!

I have worn flip flops for years and thought I knew what I wanted until I tried FitFlops and there is no comparison with any other flip flop for comfort or support I would hate to learn they were no longer available!

My husband was reluctant to try these at first, but now is addicted to the "walking on clouds" aspect of these shoes. My pair have helped my heel and knee problems and I hope these help my husband with his knee problems.
