I ordered these shoes because I've heard how comfortable and supportive Fitflops are. The soles provide amazing cushion and if my score was based on that, they'd get 5 stars. The leather part going over the top of my foot is the problem. When I first put the shoes on, I noticed it seemed loose (which is unusual for me because I don't have a narrow foot). I even ordered a second size 9 to see if it was better, and it seemed to be a little better, so I kept this pair. After only 3 days wear, however, the leather is now so loose that I can hardly keep the shoes on my feet! I've worn them now so I guess I'm stuck with them. My review would be that they are great for standing but not for walking!

I'm extremely disappointed in these, not to mention every pair of FitFlops I've tried -- which is at least 6 pairs. I loved my first pair which I bought 2 years ago & never imagined the brand would change the fit. Well, this fit is a flop, I'm sorry to say. They are going back. (In case you're wondering, the problem is they are loose & slide around as I'm walking. Not good.)

Good sandal but not worth the price - if you want my honest opinion. The Lulu has a leather strap across the foot - but it stretches out quite a bit. So much so, that I wished I bought a smaller size. The rubber soles at first feel like a dream, but quickly they compress and feel quite average. It's an "OK" flip flop but seriously not worth the plus dollars! They need to reconsider the price. I suggest less!

I want to love them so much but....they are not true to size for me. I am normally a 7 and I am definitely a 6 in these. In addition, I have narrow feet and chose the M width (there was no choice other than M and W) and my feet are 'swimming' in these shoes. The strap is simply way too big. I am really disappointed and they cost me a lot with exchange rate. With the right fit they would be great; however, it took me several wears to figure this all out so now they aren't returnable/exchangeable....bummed!

A little narrow in the footbed for my wide foot but way to tight for my high instep, and no gice so they had to go back.

These run a about 1/2 size too big. I'm normally an 8 in Fitflops and other brands, but an 8 is a bit too big and the 7 a bit too small. I wish they came in 1/2 sizes. Otherwise, extremely comfortable.

I am returning these even though I have bought and loved FitFlops before. The thong is designed and sewn in such a way that it's clear I'll develop a sore or blister while wearing these. They are going back in the box to be returned, regretfully, as I SO wanted that pewter color.

What happened to FitFlops??? This used to be my go-to sandal for the great heel and arch support. The latter has disappeared! Very disappointing!!!

I've been wearing FitFlops for years, in black as well as tan-brown, in size 6. This new pair is nowhere near the quality of the original and it's so big your foot has no support. I do not recommend these.

I have been wearing Fitflops for years so I know to buy a size smaller than I normally wear. No problem. But these fit flop straps were so WIDE I could have fit half of another person inside them! It was really disappointing. They would have come flying off my feet in no time and a smaller size would not have helped - then they would be too short. What are they thinking???

The picture makes this shoe look RED. Even the description says RED. The shoe is clearly pink, like a light raspberry. I love fit flops, and of course they were comfortable, and cute style, but I was disappointed as I was looking for a red shoe for the Holidays.....

This shoe has a very narrow footbed at the front half of the shoe. I wear a 9M in every shoe I buy. I believe the size was correct in this. However, if they had an 8.5 in this style it might fit me better. I liked the color and style of shoe. And the piece better to toe was comfortable. I did return this shoe.

Very comfortable.... The material stretched so much the I can not walk in them... I would not recommend buying these!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE SHOES....."SHAME ON FITFLOP"...DO NOT PURCHASE THESE SHOES!! I JUST BOUGHT AND SENT BACK THE SAME SHOE TO AMAZON FOR THE SAME REASONS. IT FEELS LIKE AN EXTREMELY CHEAP "KNOCK-OFF", WAY SHORTER AND NARROWER THAN A SIZE 9.THE EURO SIZING IS NOT THE PROBLEM! I COMPARED IT TO MY OTHER 4 PAIRS BOUGHT YEARS EARLIER AND IT'S A VISIBLE DIFFERENCE WHEN HOLDING THEM SIDE-BY SIDE!!. I WOULD HOPE THAT "ZAPPOS DISCONTIUES" SELLING THE FITFLOP BRAND BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT PROVIDING A QUALITY PRODUCT TO THE PUBLIC!!! THE ONLY REASON I GAVE A STAR IS DUE TO NOT BEING TO COMPLETE THIS SURVEY WITH AN ENTRY!!! SIGNED DISAPPOINTED!!

I own older models of the Lulu fit flop. This sandal is made for a very wide fleshy foot. My old Lulus' straps fit much closer to my foot. Because there is so much extra space I am concerned that the sandal will fall off my foot. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed.

I have worn these shoes for years. The pair I just purchased is almost an inch narrower and 1/2 inch shorter than the pair I am wearing now (which is the same size). Super sad.

I have worn fit flops for years and my favorite pair finally fell apart last summer. I bought a new pair a few weeks ago and wore them for the first time and the piece that goes between my toes hurt so bad I could hardly walk ( I was walking my dog and I had to head back home after a couple of blocks because it was torture walking it hurt so bad). I think the length of the piece that fits between the toes may be too short and this may have caused it to rub the skin off between my toes. I still have scabs from it. I haven't worn them since. Not sure if Zappos will take them back since they've been worn.

I 've always liked FitFlops for their comfort and elevation. Unfortunately the black Lulu style had a warning tag that the dye might transfer from the shoe to whatever it came in contact with. I took a paper towel and rubbed it on the lining and sure enough the dye transferred making the towel pretty disgusting. No black lulu for me.
