Toe post was uncomfortable. My other pair had a suede toe post. Returned these.

I have high arches and these were way too tight across the top of my foot. The piece between the toes was also horribly uncomfortable and would have created a blister quickly due to the stitching and a rough edge of the leather at the point it passes between toes. Immediately returned these!

This was my 3rd order of this exact style/color of this LuLu! I have a half a dozen or so more of other ones in different colors; all of which fit great! I returned one several months ago for being too small…but decided to try again. For some reason or another, this color now seems to run smaller! Another one I should have returned, but gave to my daughter instead. Since I pretty much live in these shoes, it’s a big disappointment not to get this one in the tan color which goes with everything!

These Fitflops are too big, mainly in the width. I have an old pair that are somewhat stretched out and still fit better. I don't know what's happened to this product, but it isn't good.

Style is GREAT! Quality seems good. Arch support, which is what I really need, is severely lacking. If you NEED arch support similar to Vionic, these are not for you.

I have a number of Fitflops - these were a size shorter than normal. The snakeskin design was not matched on both shoes. One of the shoes was half brown and unattractive.

I have several pair of Fit Flops all size 11 and this is definitely not true to size, order a size up folks!!!

This is the second pair of fitflops that were just way too big to hold my foot secure.....not sure what changed since this is my 8th pair due to foot injuries, but now can't find a pair that works. The soles are the same and true to size, but the fabric/leather topper is gigantic and made for very very thick feet.

waaaaaaaay to loose. i was afraid of that because they look similar to FitFlop Lottie Shimmer Crystal that i also had to return for the same reason. the length is perfect so a size smaller wouldn't work. come on FitFlop, you can fix this problem in manufacturing. my feet are neither wide or slim, just average so this shouldn't be and issue. love you Zappos

Really liked them, but a bit large and made a suction sound when I walked.

This shoe was beautiful but I was looking for something as a true red. I would call this more of a pinkish/floral red. Not what I was looking for. However, FitFlops is a wonderful and well made and I would not hesitate to buy again. It was just the color that I did not want.

I am so disappointed that this version of FitFlop seems much narrower overall than the pair I bought 7 years ago. I finally got to the point where I needed a fresh pair and darn if my foot overhangs the footbed on both sides. Returning.

I used to love the Lulu...but the model without the logo has a post (between big and second toe) that’s high...higher than the old Lulu... and my foot slides right out. Disappointing. Fitflop used to be my go-to shoe.

These shoes look great and my current pair of FitFlops are so comfy that I wear them virtually daily. But these are painful because the white part is too loose. As a result, the space between my big toe and second toe gets rubbed in a very painful way.

Looking for a comfy flip flop to provide arch support and padding while standing in our kitchen with hardwood floors. This was not a good fit for me. Luckily, it's easy and fast to return with Zappos.

Liked the color and style, however, it was very loose across the top of my foot with no way to tighten it. I felt like the shoes were going to fly off when I walked. I have average feet, so I'm not sure who this shoe is made for. Am returning.

Cute but was not what I expected. Have another fit flop that has leather sole and love the comfort. This sandal has synthetic sole that is not comfortable to me. Returning

I wore these fitflops for a week on vacation. They are so comfortable but after a week, they look over a year old, unlike my other fitflops. The leather is ugly. They are going back.

I really liked the idea of these fit flops. I wear a 9 and I was surprised at how loose these felt on my feet. Every step felt like i was going to slide out of them or twist my ankle. Unfortunately, they had to be returned.

Loved the shoes in the past. These, however, are too wide. Not at all what I purchased two years ago

I had heard great things about FitFlop from other women. Unfortunately I didn't have the same response. I walked all around Vegas in these shoes and had a backache afterwards. They don't give enough support for the toes because the strap is so high up on the foot. If you are looking for a great sandal, I've had wonderful experience with Sanuk. I wouldn't recommend this brand. I would buy more Sanuk sandals - the fit and comfort are much better.

Although comfortable and attractive to stand in, the shoes are too wide across the top of my foot which makes me feel as if I am going to walk right out of them. Since there is no way to adjust them, I am returning them and will look for a pair that has an adjustable top (buckle, Velcro or elastic).

Several years ago, FitFlop changed its sole from something soft and comfy to a harder bottom. Way too hard for me! And they changed the toe bar that kept my foot in place to a comma-shape that does nothing. Too bad - I loved my old Rokkits but they are disintegrating and the new shoes just don't work for me.

I've had 6 pairs of FitFlops exactly like this one...For some annoying reason, these do NOT feel good at ALL. They hurt my right foot. My old pair still feels good. I don't this this particular pair were manufactured correctly, but I already wore them & can't return them now. I think I got a defective pair - Is there anything I can do?

These flips are the absolute BEST! I think I have every color and style! Wish they made a winter shoe.
