The first pair I ordered were too small. Exchanged for a larger pair. Great, comfortable fit right out of the box. Good arch support. Will be purchasing more FitFlops.

First off - this is not my first pair of FitFlops. I've been wearing them for YEARS. I didn't pick expedited shipping, but they were delivered to my door - for FREE! In less than a week.

I have several pairs of FitFlops and I love the comfort they provide while looking very nice on my foot. I was a tad disappointed in the width as it is narrower on this style that on my others. That being said, it has no reflection on my love of these sandals or the great service I get from Zappos.

This is my second pair of FitFlops and I find them just as comfortable as my first! Foot bed easily accommodates my wide foot and the arch support is great.

Perfect sandals! I am usually a 6 and sized down for these. Great support! Worth the money.

These are the best sandals that I have ever had! My podiatrist recommended these shoes for my foot issues! I went right to Zappos' website and found them! The arch support is fantastic, the first sandal I could wear all day and not be in pain! They are dressy enough to wear to a wedding and casual for the pool.

Very true to size. Wanted something that wasn't considered a flip flop, took the chance on these. I fell in love with the style it suits me. The comfort, oh, very pleased the moment I tried them on. They have almost like a cloud comfort sole can't describe, but let's say it was so worth the chance of buying them. I buy from Zappos quite a bit; my UPS man stays busy with my house. He says if that tells you anything about how much I love Zappos shoes!

The Lulu has been my favorite of all Fitflops. I always buy the same size but I noticed the pair I bought recently is not as wide as previous Lulus. I like that as it fits better. I wear an 8 and when I tried a 7, it just doesn't work for me. My feet feel so good in them and they help my arthritic knees. Thanks to Zappos for making it possible to shop from my home.

I bought these for my trip to Mexico. I needed a good shoe for lots of walking and these were perfect! The only bummer is the leather left some dye on my skin but I didn't break them in prior to my trip.

I have 7 pairs of Fit Flops all purchased more than two years ago and I have not been able to find a pair that fits, thong style, since that time. It seems they are being made wider. I have a narrow foot. Would like to keep these but they just don't seem to fit the same way as my older pairs. Anyone else notice this or is it just me? Rating them 5's but not for me.

I have been suffering with a variety of foot/heel issues. I purchased these based on the recommendations from other foot pain sufferers. These sandals are marvelous. I normally wear an 8.5 or a European 39. My foot is medium heading to narrow. I read other reviews and ordered a size 8. It was the right choice for my feet. If I went up a size, the strap would be too loose on my foot. Even though this is a "flip-flop", the strap that covers the top of the foot along with the cupped foot bed gives you support so you do not roll out of the shoe. I just put an order in for two other pairs in different colors. These are going to be my "go to" summer shoes. Love them and my heel feels better after just one day of wear.

I love these shoes. They are a great design and comfortable but very wide. I could not find a size that would work due to the width.

I love my Fitflops and am looking to buy another pair but you can only order on-line not in the stores. I've had mine for 10+ years and finally need another pair but they are the most comfortable shoes. We walked all over Rome and my feet never hurt. Cannot go wrong with Fitflops.

Great looking shoes. I bought them for the arch for my plantar fasciitis and they are very helpful. The leather is very soft. Comfortable from day one.

Beautiful shoe but almost a size larger than the regular 9. Huge! Well made, great arch, could have used an 8!

This is the best shoe in the world! I can walk all day on cement floors while teaching and they feel like I am walking on air! Buy one of each color. I have the coral ones and wear them with everything! It's the end of September in MN and I'm still wearing them! Love them! True to size...true to comfort...totally like walking on air!

I needed sandals and don't usually like thongs. But these are more comfortable than most and look really good. I really like the fact that they have a thick sole and are not totally flat.

I could go running in these they're that comfortable. I wore them for an entire day while touring NYC so that's the true test of comfort! Not a single blister nor sore spot. The "thong" between the toes is a very loose fit, so theres no rubbing. IF there is a downside, it would be that the thong is a little too loose, but that may just be my personal preference. It's a little chunky looking on my foot, but the comfort makes me over look that. Loads of arch support, they don't make your feet sweaty or smelly. Have ordered the FITFLOP brand ballerina flat and can't wait to try them on!

Next to my husband, my Vitamix and my Zojirushi rice cooker this is my favorite object. FitFlop Lulu's are not only insanely comfortable, but they give me an extra two inches of height, an amazing arch support and a cloud-like stabilization. Love these shoes. One thing they run wide and large. I wear a 9 and had to re-order a size 8 which are perfect. This usually never happens to me so beware. Will probably get yet another pair so I can permanently reside in heaven. Thank you Zappos for the VIP service. You wink and they are here.

I have purchased many pairs of Fit Flops and have been happy with everyone of them. I have plantar fasciitis and these are the only sandals that I can wear and they look great! I wear a 6½ medium and I purchased size 6 and that fits perfectly.

Buying my second pair. I live in these! I can't remember how they originally fit but they have definitely stretched over time so err on the smaller side if you're in the half-size zone. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever wear another shoe again.

Fabulous! I have had plantar fasciitis for 25 years these are the ONLY flip flops I can wear without pain. And I get compliments on them. These are my 5th pair, worth the money.

These flitflops are wonderful. They give my arch of my feet the support that regular flipflops do not. Careful on your size selection, my normal shoe size is 8 and sometimes 71/2 but I ordered size 7 and they are a perfect fit.

I ordered these because I have tendinitis and edema in my left foot. The first day of wearing them my left foot was very swollen and hurt a little the cushion from the fit flop sandal was very comfortable on my foot as I walked and they eased the pain. I love them!

One of the best purchases I have made in a while. I just got back from 10 days in Italy and wore these every day for lots of walking. I have bunions and often sandals rub the wrong way. These were so comfortable and light! The bronze color is a great neutral. I am definitely a convert to fitflops now!
