Wanted to like it. I need soft supportive sole; it was fairly comfortable to walk on. My feet are wide and by sizing up, the Wolky Rio works very well for me. This shoe is narrower, no go. Also, the Rio is almost a level shoe; whereas the Pichu angles down towards the toes; my feet slip forward making the shoe play havoc with my balance. I also need more metatarsal support; Rio has more than Pichu. So I returned the two I attempted. Glad Zappos permits free postage each way and credits the returns so quickly. Just need more shoes that would work with my feet.

I am returning these because the heel strap is not adjustable and much too loose on the back of my foot. I love the blue metallic coloring.

The fit was small and narrow for my wide foot. The Wolky Jewel is a much better fit. Returning these and ordering Wolky Jewels.

These shoes are really comfortable and "stylish", but WAY TOO expensive. This was a splurge for me and I won't be doing this again any time soon.

I would have given the Pichu much higher, however, the problem I have is the upper strap on my right foot. Zappo's could not anticipate that only one of my feet gets swollen enough that I have to loosen the top strap only on that foot. Because I loosen the strap, the velcro ends up scratching my foot which is very uncomfortable. It only happens when my feet swell and I loosen the strap, not all the time. I am now covering that area with tape so I don't have that problem. I'm wondering if they make the shoes with a buckles instead of velcro it would have a more comfortable fit. I really love my Cognac colored shoes other than the issue with the velcro. These are the most comfortable shoes I've had in a long time.

I was introduced to Wolky by a friend and I must agree they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Unfortunately, the Pichu style does not have an adjustable heel strap like some of the other styles. Otherwise, it would have been perfect. I have a narrow heel and need the fit from a heel strap that adjusts. I had to send them back. *sigh*

Definitely less chunky than the Rio or other Wolky styles. It's still quite Wolky-ish, but narrows more at the toe and has a lower sole. The only criticism I have is that an adjustable heel strap and soft-touch attention to where the stitches and straps rub on toes would improve a rather perfect walking sandal.

The blue leather has a plastic kind of sameness to to the look and feel and is shiny. These were comfortable out of the box--the soles cushy. The overall feel of these was narrower than the Jewel and so more comfortable for my narrower heel. The deciding factor was that I ordered a different brand shoe at the same time and decided to keep those instead and send the Wolky Pichu back.

I was disappointed when I put these on.... they are cuter on the video and photos. I thought they were quite flat and not that attractive on. And just not too comfy on my foot. I am surprised, as there are so many great reviews. They fit weird in the toe area, on me.

the shoe really looks good on but was too short and somewhat narrow for my size 10.5M foot...

This is a well made shoe, and for most people the foot bed cushioning would be adequate. I have a Morton's neuroma and for me this shoe just did not work :( Thank you Zappos for your generous return policy. you are the best!

I ordinarily wear an 8 or 38 and my foot runs slightly wide. The Wolky 39 fits right, especially with the velcro straps. So Wolky's sizing up is correct for me. The Pichu, with its relatively narrow straps, and an overall narrow look, along with the cute soles, looks a little less matronly than your grandma's velcro. The lower straps did rub--inevitable with bare feet--so I lined them with moleskin.

I bought these after seeing a woman wearing them and complimenting her. She told me the brand and how great they are. I don't know if I love the style (I can't tell if they look European or just old-ladyish) but they are supremely comfortable and I can't wait to wear them all the time.

I ordered three different models of the Wolky and sent the Pichu back in favor of the Kite. Very nice sandal, but the toe is a bit to pointy for me - I prefer a rounded toe area (my feet are wide). I normally wear a 41 euro but these run a bit small for that. I would have done better with a 42.

I am on the hunt for that elusive perfect travel sandal I ordered the Wolkie Pichu. I have two pair of the Wolkie KAs which I love but I wanted a lower wedge. I was thrilled with the supportive sole, and the fit great. Their fatal flaw was the hook and loop closure on the strap. I have very high arches and this left some exposed sharp edges of the hook and loop to dig into my skin. I am so very disappointed they did not design this strap better.

Very happy with these stylish Wolkys, they felt comfortable immediately. Only complaint is that the dye on the sandal comes off a bit on the soles of my feet -- hoping that'll go away in time. Wish this style came in a wider variety of colors!

Cute, comfortable shoe. But sizing seemed off. I'm a 5 1/2 M and the 36 was perfect in length (the 37 was 1" long!), but a bit wide. These shoes have three velcro adjustments so should work.

I am a big Wolky fan with 4 other pairs of their shoes/sandals. Tried this style in pale blue. Agree with the commenter who mentioned that the black Velcro visible is a bit ugly. The soles are fabulously comfortable, but the straps were not. Perhaps they would wear into comfort, but I'm going on a trip and not willing to take the chance. Or they hit my foot in the wrong place? Bought my normal Wolky size 40. Not sure. But not a solid choice for me.

I really liked these shoes, however they were too narrow and a bit short for my feet. I felt that a bigger size would not be a better fit. I would definitely recommend these for people with narrow feet, they are cute. I do like Wolky and therefore ordered a different style.

I liked these sandals, but did not love them (which is necessary at this price). The wavy bottom is not overly casual, as I'd feared -- it looks really nice. But the shoes are a lot narrower than my Wolky Jewels, and the footbed was long, too. I'm going to send them back, and get another pair of the Jewels as I should have done at first -- I'd hoped to save money.

These appear to be well-made and high quality materials. Unfortunately, the adjustable front strap rubs the top of my foot when I walk. I'm sure I would get a blister pretty quickly. Wolky's usually require a break-in period for me, but I don't think these would ever get comfortable. It could just be the way the straps hit my particular foot (and bunions). Nice sandals otherwise. Kind of old-ladyish, but appealing design. I wear a 9 or 9.5 and the 40 is perfect.

Loved these the way these shoes look, especially the red color. However, the heel is just a little to narrow for me, which is odd and definitley not the case with other Wolky styles. I am very sad and must return them.

I bought the beige dots version of this style before ordering the black leather and the red, which were $14 cheaper. They all feel a little rough in the footbed, but that improved with wearing on the beige ones. The red are described as suede, but they don't look or feel like suede. But the real problem with these red ones is that there is a corner at the end of the lower strap of the right sandal that sticks into my foot. It's probably only a flaw on this one, but I don't need red sandals enough to try another pair.
