Worth the splurge! I got the "anthracite" which is a true medium-dark grey. Opaque. 5'6" and around 145-150, and the medium fit well. Would like a wider waist band.

Bought this pair of tights because it was recommended by the sweet home. It's the best pair of tights I've ever owned. It provided warmth, didn't tear when I tugged and pulled at it to put it on and the waist band is so comfortable while maintaining shape. Highly recommended.

These are great quality. They run true to size. They are luxuriously soft. I was worried that the small would not fit, but I followed their sizing chart and they fit perfectly. I am delighted with the anthracite color and cannot wait to have more in other colors! Thanks, so much, for the super fast shipping, too!

So after years of wearing slightly itchy, marginally-okay tights in the winter, I finally bit the bullet and purchased a pair of Wolfords. I've been hearing/reading about this brand of tights/lingerie forever but could never justify the price. They're easily double or triple the price of other brands (HUE, Spanx, WeLoveColors) and I just never thought it would be worth it. OKAY IT'S WORTH IT. I'M A CONVERT. So comfortable I let out an audible "ahhhh" when I slipped them on for the first time. I'm never going back. Perfect look, perfect fit (I got the Medium and I'm 5'10", 145). My old go-to brand was WeLoveColors which is still good and way cheaper, but these Wolfords are very special. Hate HUE. Hate Spanx. DO IT BUY IT.

Smooth and soft! So far, these tights are holding up extremely well. I wear mine 2 times each week, throw in the washer in a mesh bag, and line dry. Perfect warmth for working in my home basement office where the floor is cold. I just wish there were better colors than black, something that looked more like office business dress nylons.

Agree with other reviews. Great fit and comfortable. I am 5'4 and 135 lbs. Small was the correct size for me.

Worth every cent. They make the outfit. You can wear them with confidence with a short dress or skirt.

They fit well, no bunching at knee, toes or ankle. Color is perfect, not shiny, Well worth the initial cost.

Great tights! These have been my go-to winter tights for years. They last through many wears and can be machine-washed in cold water easily using a lingerie bag and a mild detergent (I use Seventh Generation wash) and left to hang dry. They look and feel great and I find myself forgetting to take them off when I get home. Try them; you'll love them!

These are great tights! Pricey, but well made and should last through many wearings. They are more opaque than I expected so definitely a cold weather pair.

I love Wolford tights. They are so smooth and snag resistant. Also, I have gained some weight since my last purchase and still fit fine in the L category. My one note is that I was looking for Navy tights and these in Admiral are indistinguishable from black. The Zappos site does show that but I was hoping they'd be more like the image on the Wolford website. I can always use another pair of black tights but now I am in search of Wolford's nightsky color to get a good navy.

These are expensive but they are the most comfortable tights I've ever worn. If they last as long as they say they will I will be a very satisfied customer!

Beautiful fabric, very soft on and perfect thickness. However, they were barely tall enough and did not have a very comfortable waist. Love the quality, but for this price, I need them to fit better. I ordered the small, and am 5'8, 135.

The tights were of great quality but they are not opaque enough for me I like a thicker tight.

I ordered the size recommended by the chart and they didn't come up as high as I'd like at the waist--and I'm a pretty short person. Exchanging for the next size up.

I was expecting a lot more for the price. Not worth the $ in my opinion. I am 5'3 and 100lbs and got the xs. I have pretty long legs for my size, and they were too short.
