I was looking for a pair of flats that were comfortable and these failed with flying colors. They’re super cute = 1 star. I prefer flats because both knee’s were replaced in 2009. If you plan on wearing them sitting down only they might work for you. They are extremely overpriced as well. I also wasted a 20% off coupon purchasing these and now I have to return them.

Ordered my usual size and wide width. Have worn them 3 times now and totally regretted it each time. The heel digs in so bad - painful! Maybe should've ordered up a size. Like the appearance, but very uncomfortable.

Sadly had to return. One was the correct size of a 9.5 and the other was a 9. These were previously returned by someone. Shame on Zappos for not checking.

These are awful. I wanted to love them but they felt like cardboard on my feet.

These shoes are a mess, I don't even know where to begin. The sole of the shoe is extremely narrow so your foot rolls off the edge by at least an inch and you are essentially walking on the fabric. There is zero arch support, which is to be expected with a ballet flat, but the sizing also seems off. I am shocked that these are $80 shoes, these are more in line with ill fitting bedroom slippers that you would buy at Rite Aid. I use to love Hush Puppies and it's sad that they would even sell a product like this. I couldn't even walk in them, so they are going right back.

These were the most horrible pair of shoes I have ever worn. I got 5 blisters in the first hour of wearing them and I was only walking from my house to my car to my office (less than 500 steps on my fitbit.) Even the bottoms of my feet hurt. There is no padding and the inside material is very rough. I ended up barefoot at my desk most of the day trying to minimize any walking. Do not buy these shoes!

These are not cute AT ALL and went back right away. There is no structure to the shoe and it looks super weird on your foot.

I ordered this shoe in pink suede and WW width. It is a beautiful shoe, but it is not truly made for wide feet. The upper is wide enough, but the sole is incredibly narrow. It's not very practical to have the outsides of your feet scraping the ground.

I've bought the suede and studded flats before, so I decided to buy the Cognac leather flats. I wore them around the house and outside for weeks, and they would not stretch. They scratched my feet so bad and the front inner lining was not doing anything. I had to end up throwing them away.

Absolutely awful. I purchased these because I thought they would be comfortable. I was wrong. They fit well, no area was too snug; however, the moment I put them in my feet they began to hurt my heels. Usually in order to get a dreaded blister, I have to actually walk in the shoe. Not these. Terrible.

I’m not rating this show very high because the elastic around the top of the shoe is too tight and makes the shoe uncomfortable especially when I consider standing on them all day for my job. The arch support was better than I’ve experienced in other flats so I’m disappointed they are going to have to be returned. Also, if they would have fit I would have had to exchange them because they came scuffed on the toe of the left shoe.

I really like my black Hush Puppies Chaste Ballet flats, but the "Cognac" is not the color pictured. I would describe it as flesh tone. It is a terrible color. Very disappointing.

I am so very disappointed in the new versions of these shoes. I own six or eight pair of the "old" style, with full padding and a reasonable amount of arch support. The "new" style are cheap, slick, thin, and awful. Which is such a shame, because the new colors are beautiful.

Received these shoes and they were made from very poor materials. At this price point, I was expecting soft leather, but these shoes felt like they are made of cardboard. Returning

These shoes are super cute, but they were probably the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I have ever purchased. Zappos was wonderful and they are on their way back.

This is a flat shoe that has an one eighth inch heel that for some reason does not expand to cover the entire back part of the sole of the shoe--meaning your actual heel is still wobbling, without full contact and support of the ground. IT IS STUPID!!! Why don't they make a flat shoe that allows women's feet full stable contact with the ground???

I normally don't write reviews, but I just can't let this go without mention. This is one of the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever tried on- and I've tried on a LOT of shoes in my day. I wore them around the house for maybe 30 min and had blisters in 4 different places on my feet. The leather is hard and rubs all over your feet making them super painful. It's too bad- the color and style are so cute and look great on. So not worth the price and this brand is synonymous with comfort, but this show just doesn't deliver.

These are horribly uncomfortable. I can't believe how much they hurt. It takes a while and then out of nowhere they are painful. Of course, I wore them out of the house so I can't return.

These flats are super cute and are made of high quality materials, but they rub your feet raw! I had them on for 2 hours (at a desk job) and had to grab a pair of flip flops out of my car because I already had blisters on my heels and my pinky toe (where there's a seam/material change in the shoe). So disappointed in these. Payless Dexflex flats are way better.

I love the look and feel of the shoe but the quality is lacking. I purchased these shoes in April and already the rhinestones are coming off. This is obviously a disappointment as they are a cute shoe.
