I am so bummed! These are made in China! The whole reason I switched from Dansko to Sanita was so that I could stick with clogs made in Denmark and not China. While they are the same price as the traditional Sanita clogs, these are no where near the same quality as the Danish shoes. I don't mind paying more for a high-quality shoe, where the European wages, better quality control, and nicer materials are factored in the price. These shoes probably cost $5 to make in China, with clearly cheaper materials and they're apparently banking on the brand name to charge the same rate and turn the rest as a profit. The footbed is a sueded cloth material vs leather of the Danish clogs, which I see quickly getting dirty and breaking down/wearing out much faster than leather. The foot bed is more squishy and seems like it will also break down after a season or two. The tread material is harder and much more slippery feeling. Forget walking on hard, slippery surfaces in these! The Danish clog treads are a bit rubbery, but still hard, so they grip well, and last forever. I have Sanita-made Danskos that are going on a decade old, that still have tons of life left in them. Seeing these clogs in person, it looks like they'd last maybe 1 season, and look like total beater shoes by year two. As cute as these are, I won't pay this price when I can get higher quality for the same money. Lame move, Sanita!

A disappointment! I have many pairs of Sanita shoes and they are excellent quality...these are the exception. All of my prior Sanita shoes are made in Europe, these are made in China. The quality is no were near what I would expect from Sanita. They are much cheaper and don't look like they would last very long. I sent them back.

So far, so good. Bad plantar fasciitis. High arches, narrow feet. These seem to fit and take pressure off the heel. Made in China, not Denmark and leather feels a bit cheap. Bought them for the narrow fit.

Love this shoe! I have a wide flat foot which makes it very hard to find shoes, especially sandals that fit and look remotely stylish. The adjustable front & back straps were ideal to get the right fit even though they are not wide width. Did I mention how comfy they are?! I have just ordered 2 more pairs to swap out as I'm sure I'll be wearing these a lot this summer.

I love these sandals. I have wide feet, so comfortable strappy sandals can be a challenge to find. But these are great. Also, these stay comfortable over long periods of walking.

I have bad feet - they're wide and I pronate - broken right foot three years ago, bunion surgery and repair of hammertoe a year ago, same foot. As you can imagine, finding comfortable shoes is difficult, especially ones that look good with dresses. These shoes fit the bill - I can wear them all day and my feet don't hurt. I bought a pair in brown and just bought another pair in black.

These sandals with adjustable straps are cushioned and comfy. They're pretty, too! Don't hesitate to get them if you have a wide foot; they can accommodate even my wide foot!

Wow, well that's what happens when things switch to production in other countries. Hello, squeaky shoes!!! Not 5 seconds after putting these on, the squeak with each step was outrageous. Let's not even get into the overall plastic paradise quality here. Sanita/Dansko, you should be ashamed.

I love these shoes. I have worn them for weeks with a variety of outfits and I always get compliments on the mint color. I would highly recommend these shoes!

These are great shoes. The brown is bit lighter than it appears online -- a nice color, neutral with a little pinkish tone to it. If you have a narrow foot, they will actually adjust to fit well (which is not usually true of Dansko)...but they can accommodate wider feet as well. The leather is a bit stiff -- they may take a little time to soften, but I can tell they will be very comfortable. They have a silky footbed that feels nice right away.

I love these shoes. I thought the color might be too pastel for my taste, but it's actually quite unusual and looks great with navy and turquoise. The comfort is absolutely wonderful - I wear these all the time - hope Sanita will make more colors.

I just love a shoe that can be super sexy and dressed up or down, without being an uncomfortable high heel! These little babies hike me up a couple of inches, make my legs look great in a sundress or shorts, and will work for so many occasions this summer...also be super dreamy as we are moving to California, so I will get to wear them year round! Sanita quality at its best!

I'm really excited about these shoes! They are surprisingly light, but also feel stable and comfortable. I bought them in "Jade" and the color is bright and summery. They are my second pair of Sanitas and so far I haven't been disappointed.

First time buyer of Sanita brand. I've been wearing Dansko clogs and clog sandals for years. I bought these because I didn't like any of the Dansko sandals available at the time. I like how light these sandals are on the foot. They fit well for my narrow feet. As other reviewers said, they are pretty squeaky, we'll see if that changes over time. Also the leather strap and sandal parts seem a little thin (cheap) for the price of these sandals.

I was so excited to receive these in the mail but unfortunately they are way too small! My toes hang off the front. I am a size 10 and these fit like 9's. I like the adjustable buckles, can easily accomodate a wider/narrower foot. Wonderful arch support, really hugs my medium arches. Lightweight and easy to walk in.

These adorable sandals arrived today & I couldn't wait to put them on. I wore them for two hours on a couple of errands and the right shoe started to squeak / creak. Luckily Zappos.com is awesome and is exchanging them for me. Hopefully the next pair will be quieter. Not sure what this means for the quality of the shoes, I guess time will tell.

These shoes are super cute, and so comfortable. But...they do not hold up to repeated wearing. I ordered these in May and by August I was afraid to wear them because I thought the back strap would break while I was walking around. The straps are sewn to the base of the shoe. The stitching has ripped the leather on the back strap where it meets the base.

I'm really sad about this shoe. I've been wearing Sanita and Dansko clogs exclusively for fifteen years, and have had many sandals in exactly this style. The leather at the stitching of the arch strap (on the inside part of the foot) on this pair, however, broke within a few wearings. The shoe repair person said the leather is so cheap it wasn't even worth repairing. Total fail, Sanita. Please bring back your former quality. Many of my old sandals I am still wearing, several years later, and these didn't even last a month.

his is my first (and last) pair of Sanitas. The first glaring problem was the horrible squeaking sound with every step. When I finally tried to figure out where the squeak was coming from, I found that the shoes are falling apart. The leather (if that's really what it is) is glued and stitched to the bottom part of the shoe. Both the glue and the stitching are failing. That's not where the squeaking is coming from, but at this point the shoe isn't wearable...and it's only a couple of months old!
