Nice sandal, 12 medium is my normal size and these fit perfect. It's only been a couple of days and they feel better the more I wear them. I'm replacing a pair of Columbia slides that were outstanding; however, I can no longer find them. I think these New Balance will work out nicely!

These are a great pair of sandals and fit the bill for recurring p.f. Wanted an open toe sandal with good footbed support to wear around the house in the evening. I wear these everyday and my feet feel great.

I have very flat feet that require arch support, and this definitely provides that. I took them travelling with me to Thailand and they did a great job. They are also good at around the house support shoe (better than going barefoot in my case). My friend's laughed at their style though - claiming it was "an old man's shoe!" Frankly it didn't matter much to me though, they are comfortable!!

My podiatrist recommended these sandals for people suffering with plantar fasciitis. They have helped to control the pain.

Wonderful slides! The first time I put them on I felt like I was walking on air. Very comfortable. And Zappos' free shipping and (if you need it) free return policies are stupendous!

Excellent for those with plantar fascia. Very good in both delaying/alleviating pain when standing/walking a long time. These are my go too shoes when my feet hurt, better than either my walking or running shoes. Note: these are not what you want if you are looking for squishy comfy support. The arch supports are high and hard as is the heel cup, but they do a great job of transferring your weight to the front outside of your feet... exactly what I needed.

A great sandal. I was unable to get this at a New Balance store or through their website. Zappos was the only place where I could get the brown colored sandal. Great purchase.

Arch support felt great on these, very cushiony in the heels. But the straps dug into my toes. Love the foot bed on this shoe, needs more comfortable straps for me to wear, had to return. Prolly fine for most folks, just didn't work with the peculiarities of my feet/toes.

I think this is a new product because I hadn't seen it previously even though I had been looking at many sandals. The sandal looked fine, but the arch is so pronounced and unyielding that it was uncomfortable to just stand in the sandal. Footbed is very rigid and uncomfortable to me. I'll be returning them today.
