I was looking for a pump that was comfortable and stylish. This is it. I love this shoe. It is very comfortable, well made and fits perfectly. I wear a 6.5 and this shoe was true to size. This will be a wardrobe staple this winter. I can wear these with jeans and also a cocktail dress.

These are beautiful shoes. They fit true to size - my issue is that the stats state that this is a 3 inch heal - no way. It is a 4 inch heal - so I need to send them back

Loved these shoes so much! They are sexy and comfortable, and wearing them made me feel beautiful. They gave great shape to my entire lower body, and the beautiful tan color was a perfect nude. I unfortunately tripped and damaged the soft buttery leather on my pair, and was sad to see they were no longer in stock (and thrilled that Zappos let me know they plan to restock them). I can't wait to get another pair! Love these shoes, and love Zappos' great customer service.

Amazing. These shoes are so beautiful, that I still have them sitting out of the box in the living room. And I seriously never thought a heel--a high heel at that--could be "comfortable." And I've had bone surgery on both of my pinky toes (5th toe hammer surgery). The black patent is gorgeous. Then I ordered the light natural leather--I would rather have some shimmer or shine to it (versus the matte leather that's currently available), but I'll take what I can get. I keep checking to see if there are more colors available. Other Ivanka Trump heels are not this wearable. These shoes hit it out of the park!

I really like these heels. I haven't bought a pair in years but needed them to complete some new outfits. They're comfortable and classy. I wore them for the first time to a wedding and did a lot of walking and dancing, needless to say my feet felt okay afterwards. Would buy them again in a heart beat.

I got the red ones and they are gorgeous. Lots of compliments and fit perfect.

These are a beautiful. They are pretty comfortable right out of the box. I bought some cushy heel insoles to help give some extra cushion and they were great. They felt true to size.

My favorite classic pumps - hands down. I own three pairs, because they are that fabulous. The heel height is comfortable (3.5") and lengthening. The colors offered are versatile, complementary, and flattering. I'm keen on an almond toe shape - which is epitomized in these heels. They are long-lasting and easy to maintain. I do have to wear an insole (or some type of cushion on the ball of my foot) to keep my foot from slipping down. Other than that small adjustment, these are an all-around winner. Classy, affordable, and stunning.

Beautiful shoes, comfortable right out of the box, and very sophisticated/expensive looking. I can not recommend these shoes enough, and I can't wait to wear them again. I found them true to size- perfect fit. As always, Zappos service and shipping is the best.

I love the Janie Pump. I bought this shoe in the Black Patent because it is the ONLY color that comes in my size (4.5). I also tried on the Gray suede in a 5 but it was just too big and sadly, had to send those back. It is so difficult to find nice, stylish higher heels in small sizes. I would gladly purchase these in every single color if only they were all available in my size.

Beautiful, high quality shoe and for a heel surprisingly comfortable. Depending on the brand I fit a 5.5 or 6, and in this shoe a 5.5 was perfect. I have the natural leather one which is a great shade and love it, tried to order also in black or blue but my size is sold out. Please Zappos bring back size 5.5.

Love these shoes! Very well made, classy, comfortable pump. Walked and danced in them for almost 10 hours, and was comfortable most of the time (yes, towards the end I was ready to take my shoes off). Looking forward to wearing them to the next fun occasion.

These are by far the most well-constructed, comfortable heels I own. The leather upper is soft and flexible so it doesn't force your foot into a rigid space. The leather soles are skid-free and add noticeable comfort. The heel is a a bit loose, but a gel pad under the ball made the difference. Despite being an inch higher than I normally wear, I am able to wear these all day in a position that requires a lot of walking in professional dress, and I don't feel the need to kick them off at the first opportunity. I'm still floored by the quality vs cost. These shoes could fetch a much higher price purely based on construction and are worth gold to your feet based on comfort.

I bought the gold pair, these are darling! My new favorite shoe! I love leather soles, the quality is impeccable! I get so many compliments and they are pretty comfortable for pumps!

Gorgeous shoe. I normally wear a size 4.5 or 5. I ordered this in a 5 and it is too large in the heel. I would be walking right out of it. Sadly, will be returning for this reason. Wish it and the other colors were available in 4.5.

I love the look. They run small, about a half size up is what i needed.

These are that classic, wear with everything, wear for years, perfect style. I bought the black and navy patent, and I may go back for more colors. The heel is high enough to make my legs look great. The toe is a moderate point; it's not super pointy, but not round at all. It creates a flattering leg lengthening line. As others have said, the toe box is roomy enough. While I'd order a wide width if it were available, but I'm comfortable in the medium. You should order these... unless you're a 9 1/2 (in that case, wait until I get mine first).
