I love this bag. It has been life changing. Have packed 4 suits, 4 dresses, 2 shoes, 2 pair of jeans, and tops. With the cabin duffle, for workout gear, laptop, and purse, I have not had to check a bag since I got this.

I own this and three other pieces of Briggs & Reilly luggage, and wouldn't bother with any other brand. I fly over 100,000 miles a year, and only this brand holds up to being handled that much. Also, Briggs promises a lifetime warranty, and they have honored that. I have had airlines return these bags with a wheel torn off, with crushed structure, etc, and I take them to the designated repair place, and Briggs rebuilds the bag and returns it to me. Fabulous.
From a design standpoint, these bags have handles everywhere you might want to grab them and pockets aplenty.
The luggage is expensive, but I could not afford to buy cheaper bags and replace them all of the time.

I did a lot of research and finally decided that this was the bag for me. I was disappointed to see that when the bag arrived, it had not been accurately depicted in the photos and videos on both Zappos and the manufacturers website. The photos and videos show that the non-garment-bag section of this bag have nice compression straps. They must have changed the design, because when the bag arrived, there were no straps. It's not simply a case of the straps being "missing." They are no longer part of the design. If it were a simple matter of adding them, I would, but in this case it's not a possibility. This may seem like a minor issue, but for a bag in this price range, it's not okay. Briggs and Riley needs to do a better job updating their own website and keeping their resellers, like Zappos, up to date on design changes. Fortunately, the day the bag arrived, Tumi announced a sale. I'll be purchasing a Tumi.
