I want to love these shoes but the back pinches and I can't wear them without getting blisters. I bought pads for the backs of the shoes but it didn't help. Additionally there is no support. I've never had my ankles and pads of my feet hurt so much after wearing a pair of shoes. Too bad!

The heel doesn't extend to the end of the shoe. Wore the shoes under 10 times and now there is almost a hole in the back from constantly being scratched on the concrete.

These shoes are terrible. I bought a half size down and they for perfect. They are super cute on but after wearing them for alittle while they stretch out to the point where they flip flop from the heel. I had to toss them. The material if the lining also stains your heel black. Totally not worth the sixty dollars. Don't buy. I never write reviews but I had to warn people that these shoes are crap.

So sad about this shoe! It's funny because I think I am literally the only one who was not satisfied with this shoe. I had been eyeing this style and when I found Chinese Laundry's version I was excited! I ordered a 8.5 and they fit great when I put them on at home. The damage occurred the next day at work, when I attempted to walk more than 5ft. This usually doesn't happen too often to me, but they were so awful! They rubbed so much on the backs of my heels/ankles that it took skin off and bled a little. Totally made me have to change my walking to not hurt as much. I had then one day and returned them. So sad! To address arch support -- it's a flat, so naturally, no arch support.
