Pretty shoe but unusually tight around my foot.

I have worn Jacks for many years and it seems as though the quality has gone down! The sandals I've purchased in the last 5 years have issues with the heel separating from the sole, after only a few wears! I want to order more because they are so cute but won't because I don't believe this issue has been taken care of!

I'm usually in between a 9 and a 9.5 so the reviews said to size up if you're in between sizes. The box I received said 9.5 but I'm pretty sure the shoes themselves were a size 9. I put them on and the leather felt a little snug. I figured they would stretch out eventually. I don't have a wide foot but I also don't have a narrow foot. After wearing them to work before changing into my heels, I looked under the leather part and it says 9M written in pen. I wish I didn't throw away the box so I could send them back for the correct size. I really needed them for an event next week...

While a very small portion of the footbed may be 99mm wide, the front of these is very curved and the strap which goes across the arch is extremely tight. These are terrible and unfortunately, I purchased as a final sale, so I am stuck. My big toe hangs over the left edge of the shoe. They are also designed such that you need very long toes in order for your foot to fit on the shoe. The toe piece of the strap is jammed in between my big and second toe and there is space at the top of the shoe and my heel is to the very back edge. I am a 6.5 Wide, sometimes a 7, and I ordered a 6.5, but they are WAY too small.

Out of the box these were very tight across the width of my feet. Worse on the right foot than the left. I knew they would stretch and I wore them around the house. They are now tolerable but the right foot is still a little snug. I love them so much that I decided to take a chance on stretching them out and I am glad I did. I only gave them three stars because you definitely have to work to break these in.

I love all my Jack Rogers. When opening my package and trying the shoes, the heel on both shoes came off. I'm pretty lucky to know a shoe doctor fixed the sandals up the right way.

They are beautiful but way too narrow. There isn't a selection on wide widths. They are too long but too narrow. I'm so sad.

I just got these in the mail as a gift and the leather around the circle on one of the shoes is lighter than the rest of the shoe. Disappointed that the two shows don't match. I feel like that is a quality control issue.

I have several pairs of Jacks. I currently have two pairs that I bought on sale and save for when I need them. However, both pairs have separated at the sole. This is the 3rd pair that have done that at the most inconvenient time and place. I now carry a 2nd pair of shoes in my car when I wear my Jacks. The quality of these sandals have gone down hill in the past few years. I hope that Jack Rodgers works to improve their quality of sandals.

I received the Jacks Flat Sandal 10 / NATURAL CORK/GOLD on time and was very excited to wear these for a family wedding. They appeared to be as advertised when I opened them. Unfortunately, the left sandal broke at the thong between the toes the first time I wore them. I was out and about when this happened. I was very surprised given the reported quality of the brand from friends and family. I was issued a refund; however, was unable to receive a replacement because the style and size was unavailable. Super disappointing and was really looking forward to having my first pair of Jacks. :(

Won't purchase again - quality is sub-par vs 15 years ago when they use to be made in the USA.

I would not say these are actually wide sandals. Did not work for me and I was unable to return because I bought them on sale. Very disappointing.

I have several pairs of Jacks and so does my daughter. I ordered these for her as a surprise and ordered her usual size of 7.5. They are way too big but are marked 7.5! Because I ordered them as a surprise and waited for the occasion to give them to her, I now cannot return them because it is over your 30 day return window. This is distressing since I did the usual order but your product was either incorrectly made or sized wrong! Now I have a pair of shoes that cannot be used. Not happy at all!

I ordered the wide sandal because I have wide feet, thinking these would fit; I can barely get these on my left foot, and can't get them on my right. "Wide Sandal" is not wide width. If you need wide width shoes I would not order these.

I owned these for years. they finally broke and i ordered the exact same show and size and they fit is COMPLETELY different and quality seems to have decreased. sad these were a staple but I will have to find another sandal.

These sandals are stiff and my feet slide in them. Hard to walk in. I love the looks but very disappointed especially with the cost!! I would return them but I wore them hoping to break them in. No such luck.

I have been wearing the original Jacks for 15 years and the last pairs I've purchased have heels that become unglued or unattached from the sole after the first wear. Also, sizing has changed dramatically. I've always been a size 10 but the last size 10 I ordered, (last fall) is at least an inch longer than in the past. I'm not sure what is going on with quality control, but product is unfortunately not what it used to be. So disappointing since I love the look, and so want to order another fun color, but will not be ordering again!

So I had a pair of white jack rogers that I was obsessed with and they got really old but lasted a very long time! I was recently gifted these silver jack rogers and I wore them yesterday for the first time and both shoes split in half!!!! :( I was so disappointed because my last pair was so durable and worth it. I don't know why this would happen but I am super upset because I love their sandals and I didn't expect this to happen!! It was honestly shocking to me I'm not really sure what to do
