I tried on a number of brands in this style and ultimately settled on this one and one other. It is a great walking shoe, very comfortable and supportive. I also like that it is slightly dressier than most other walking shoes of this type. I was initially recommended a size 8.5 but ultimately purchased the size 8 (which I normally wear). I found the 8.5 to be a little too long, although it was roomier than the 8.0. The adjustible straps helped deal with that.

This is my fourth pair of these same Cobb Hill Fiona sandals. I have foot issues that have worsened as I have gotten older, but these sandals fit perfectly. I actually have worn them out - and I don't get rid of an old pair until I have a replacement pair of the same shoe. I have worn them straight out of the box traipsing all over Europe since they do well on cobbled streets and sidewalks. They hold me up for long walks on trails or for shopping. The other night, I wore them to an outdoor concert that got rained out. They were totally soaked, but dried well and I had them back on the next afternoon. I have these also in beige, which I don't wear as frequently because I don't like beige. My only complaint is that they don't make these shoes in black. But otherwise these are great sandals.

My third pair of these. Love them. I get size 8. I’m almost always a “39”.

These are perfect walking sandals- super comfortable and highly adjustable straps, foot support, and well-made. They are not high-fashion, but have a more rugged, casual look, and are just what I was looking for. Perfect for long walks during hot summer months!

The shoe was a perfect fit. The shoe had velcose straps so adjustments could be made. I really liked that. Thanks a lot!

Shoes are true to size and very supportive so most comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

very good just wish the velcro was bigger or longer on the strap. i may not need a wide then. otherwise very good. waiting for other colors

These would have been great except for the seam of the cushion of the footbed falls right in the middle of the ball of my foot. My sensitive feet will not tollerate this. Disppaointed ot have to return them. Otherwise they would have been a keeper.

These shoes are comfortable right out of the box. I bought them to wear following some minor foot surgery. I need good support, adjustability, and nothing tight over the top of my foot. I like them so well that I bought a second pair in another color and will use them for house shoes. While I wouldn’t call them fashionable, they are very comfortable and functional. Though, for an athletic style of sandal, they are relatively attractive. I also have two pairs of Rockport Cobb Hill boots that I’ve worn for years that are super comfortable. This brand had become my new favorite.

I thought they felt good immediately. The fabric edges have to be broken in a bit but they feel like they will. The angle/height of the heel feels good..I will be able to wear them with and without socks.

Usually I wear Tevas, but needed a sandal with more ankle/heel support. Ordered 3 brands plus Cobb Hill to try. The Cobb Hill sandals proved to provide the most support, without being any heavier than the other makes. Comfortable, look good and should be all around useful.

The fit is better than I thought (I have a tough time finding shoes- I tend toward narrow, have a small foot). I bought a 6 and they are a perfect fit. Because of the adjustable straps, I can pull all 3 - back of ankle, toe strap, in front of ankle- to adjust to my foot. They fit comfortably, they feel great- cushy bottom. The style is casual and nice looking. Cobb Hill is part of Rockport - a company I trust from when I lived up north and didn't have a car- so needed good shoes!

I put these on and was very surprised at how comfy they are. Hoping they work well for hiking, biking and shopping.

These sandals are fabulous: well-constructed, good arch support, comfortable-- just what I need, but even at their tightest velcro position, they are too wide for my NARROW feet. I wanted to give them a try. PLEASE, Cobb Hill, make these exact sandals for people with a low-instep and NARROW heels...sign me "always hopeful!"

Just discovered Cobb Hill shoes, and I am extremely pleased! I have a tough time finding shoes that fit my "imperfect" feet, and these shoes are a great find! I only needed to place a cushion on one side of the toe area because of this problem, but otherwise, perfect!

Very comfortable, no breaking in period. Now I have both colors!

This is my second pair of these sandals. Great support
