The Fiona makes my foot look really wide. The heel straps slide below my feet. I wanted to like these, but they just didn't fit and were very ugly. Thank you, Zappos for the ease of ordering and returning those shoes that don't work for me.

I was very disappointed. I bought this same shoe about 8 or so years ago. This is a cheaper version. My old pair have a lining inside the uppers that covers all the seams--so they don't cut into your skin. The new version does not! The seams are rough, and I'm sure they would cause blisters and/or cut my skin. I am returning the shoes.

Ordered these because they're similar to the Ecco Yucatan, which I love but are just not quite wide enough. The Eccos only come in medium, but the Cobb comes in wide. I was very disappointed that the "wide" Cobb is exactly the same width as the Ecco "medium". Returning.

I am so sorry to have to return these shoes. They look great and the fit would be perfect except that there is no way to adjust the toe strap. The fit on my toe area is just too snug and would make walking any distance painful. The pictures of the shoe make it look like the strap can be adjusted. That is misleading. But these are definitely worth a try.

I was looking forward to these sandals...as it seemed they would be adjustable. But they are not, and the wide width is much narrower in my estimation than a wide should be.

The sizing was exactly to expectation but the fit was surprisingly uncomfortable: rubbing on small toe and in arch. Excellent choice if wear points are good for you and if you regularly wear sandals in brown. Seem very durable but also very stiff. I have to send them back because of discomforts noted.

The fit was great (6.5 W) and the adjustable straps worked well for my high instep. However, the underside of the straps was quite scratchy because of the plastic thread used to stitch the pieces together. I could tell that my foot would be rubbed raw within 10 minutes, so I have to send them back.

While it is called a wide, I found that the shoe bed wasn't very wide. Also, the straps have a fixed piece under them so they don't provide as much "height" as it would seem for feet that have a thickness to them!!!!

I bought these shoes in June and the strap in the back broke in October. I didn’t even wear them that much. They are comfortable, but I will never buy this brand again. Waste of money.

When I first put these shoes on, I thought I'd find my new favorite brand. I put them on and went for a short hike, then wore them around the house for a couple of days. Then my feet started hurting: the straps are attached to the foot bed with elastic, and in just a few wears, the elastic loosened up so that feet wobbled on the foot bed and the toe bump (the ridge between toes and ball of foot) mercilessly started digging into and rubbing where it shouldn't. It became torture to wear them.

Meh. Not what I was expecting for a support recommended sandal. And too small. The sadly, the size conversion chart didn’t work.

Unfortunately these were very uncomfortable for me. The straps were just a bit too high and dug into my ankles. All the shaping of the sole was overdone and was a bit too much. A shoe or sandal should disappear when you walk. These kept drawing my attention to them. I am returning them, feeling disappointed.

I ordered a 6W and I did not find the wide very wide as other reviewers were describing. It seemed more like a regular width. The shoe had lots of arch support - more than I wanted. I especially didn't like the strap across the forefoot as it appears adjustable but it really isn't in that it doesn't come completely apart. So you could potentially make it tighter, but not loosen it up if you want this area to not be as tight across your toes which is a big reason I did not like this shoe. Not comfortable and don't know why they wouldn't it make it completely adjustable! Poor design. The shoe also just felt funny on my foot. Returned.

They are super comfortable BUT the edge frayed first time got them wet when it rained!

I have narrow feet. The straps could not be tightened enough to fit my feet. The shoe has adjustable straps. How hard could it be for the shoe designer to provide the possibility for additional tightening across the foot width!?! So frustrating!!!

I have been wearing the Fiona 11 M by Cobb Hill made by New Balance for a number of years and they fit me fine. I needed another pair so I ordered the Fiona 11M by Cobb Hill NOW MADE by Rockport. These shoes are too short ie the actual shoe is shorter than the one made by New Balance. What a shame, I will have to return the ones made by Rockport.

I am so disappointed in this shoe. It did not wear well, looks very shabby. I am not wearing this shoe for hiking and rough wear, just gentle sidewalk walking. I am embarrassed to wear this shoe and have replaced it with another brand and pair of sandals. I thought for what I paid, this sandal would hold up and look good. The fabric looks dirty, many threads had to be clipped off. And there is a black interfacing under the velcro portions that does not match the tan shoe at all. The shoe is very comfortable, the fit is good. Appearance is my main complaint.

Initially they were very comfortable, but the first day I wore them more than 2 hours I developed blisters on my feet. I have tried to wear them a few more times, and they are really only good for short periods.

Wow what a great purchase! I just got back from Europe and these shoes were definitely the reason I could get through that trip into mountains and on 3 hr walking tours. I always swell up from long airplane rides so the beauty of this type of shoe was that I could adjust them to fit when that happened. Soooooo happy I purchased these!!!!!

Clunky, heavy and runs wide. Do not bother with this style if you have a narrow heel and ankle. The ankle strap cannot be tighten enough to hold it in place.
