Super functional, good butt coverage, yet still cute and not granny-like. Great for swimming and def great in surf (no need to worry about anything falling out or getting exposed if you eat it!).. Love the Batik Floral print.. I sized up to L only bc of my height. I do this for all one pieces, Carve and otherwise. I am 5'9" athletic build.. #sweepstakes

Cute, comfy, functional.. can be used in just about any water activity from surfing, paddling, swimming to even lounging on a float is. The straps don't dig in, the read coverage is just enough without looking like granny undies. I usually wear Medium but always grab a Large in one pieces due to my length. This Large it's perfect. I am 5'9", athletic build

Great design and great colors/design. I own swim schools and can really appreciate a functional suit that is flattering , and still stylish.

This will be my go to swimsuit for the beach this summer at the Cape! Love the way it fits and the fabric is great!

I love this bathing suit and was so excited to receive it. Unfortunately, it is too big. I'm returning it and ordering a size smaller. So, whatever size you normally wear, I would recommend you order a size down.

Beautiful suit, but I had to return it for a small. The suit runs long, but definitely it's one worth exchanging for the proper size. Zappos is so accommodating and efficient!

Love the carve design bathing suits! I own three. Very comfy and flattering. The color schemes could be a bit more interesting, but overall a great suit!! Definitely recommend.

Great suit! I usually wear an 8 and sometimes a 10. The medium fits great and the bust support is fabulous.

I was a little nervous about the open back but I'm glad that I took the risk! Beautiful suit and well constructed.

I LOVE this suit! It's my new favorite. Wore it to the neighborhood pool today and got several compliments (from moms AND kids!). My two year old can't expose me and I feel super cute at the same time! I know I can't wear it everyday this summer but I sure wish I could! I'm 5'10", all torso, with a few extra pounds but feel like a rock-star!

I have now discovered that Carve makes long torso suits...at least they don't fit my 5'4" frame properly. This fabric is great though...very soft on your body and lightweight. I did not, however, like the straps. They are very hard to get into.

Love it! It fits great and the padding in the bra is perfect. I'm 5'2, 120 and I needed a small. I ordered a medium first and it had too much material around the waist.

This is a very comfortable bathing suit. I bought it in a medium. It has ample room to cover your rear end and doesn't ride up at all. Also, the shoulder straps stay securely in place. Never had to adjust the suit in any way while wearing it and swimming. The only fault is that the pads inside the bra section drift around and I had to take them out.

Love this suit. I'm a long waisted 62 year old gal and this suit makes me feel young. The color is peppy and fun. I'm 5'9", 160lbs and 38DD and I took the XL. I do have to remove the padding in the bra area which leaves me a little 'free and exposed'. Some women may feel uncomfortable and I can imagine situations where I might as well. But the suit is so cute I'm keeping it for more laid back family type gatherings.

I absolutely love this suit. This is the second Carve Design suit I bought recently. I ordered XL size as I am a rather tall full figured gal (5ft 10in, 180 lbs.) and it fits perfectly. The material is very high quality and its completely lined with an attached bra insert as well. I would highly recommend these bathing suits & definitely Zappos. I also received it 24 hours after I ordered it. I needed it for a cruise that was scheduled for 2 days later. Very happy girl.

Cute pattern and just the right amount of coverage. I wanted a suit to wear more for actual swimming and water skiing versus just sitting in the sun and this suit works well for that. I am 5'7" and typically wear a 12 in swimsuits (8/10 in most reg clothing). The L in this suit will work for me but the M was too tight all over so I feel it fits true to size.

Oddly sat too high on my butt cheeks. Not good for chasing around children. Flattened my boobs. Returning.

I am exchanging for a large. The suit is oh, so cute and fits well except the straps are tight enough that it isn't comfortable. I am 60-something, 5'8" and weigh 130. Fairly slim, 34B bust so I thought a medium would be fine. It looks good on but if it isn't comfy in my air-conditioned bedroom it will certainly not feel good on a hot beach with sun baked shoulders. Hope the large feels better because I would like to have this suit!

such a good design on top- the cross cross straps attach at the rib cage right where the internal bra is, so it gives good support under-bust. Flattering low back. I didn’t keep it because the elastic along the leg holes dug into my (ample) cheeks severely creating 4 buttcheeks. But, to be fair this happens to my body with most swimsuits ?

I lOVED the style - the low back is very flattering. I bought the stripey suit, loved it, immediately ordered the black - BUT both the medium and large gape at the sides, at the underarms. I tried removing the bra pads, but that didn't help. I tried on the stripey one again to check, and its fine! Sadly I'm returning the black ones, though I think its a good looking suit

My daughter tried on this size small swimsuit (in a different print) in a store and it fit beautifully. But I thought it was too pricey so I was thrilled to find it marked down on Zappos. Unfortunately it is too big! I am thinking it may be last years version. Sorry to return it because it is very well made.
