I usually wear size 7 1/2 M so I ordered both 7 and 8. Size 7 was a bit too small and 8 was definitely too large. I could wear the size 7, would do better with a 7 1/2 if they made them, but have decided to re-order their Ho’opio style instead in a size 7. The Kulapa Kai are cute, funky and beachy-looking - - the toe area is extra wide & round and turns up slightly. The Ho’opio have a narrower toe area that suits my style better. I wish the arch support could come close to that of Vionics but they don’t get anywhere close but are better than nothing for my plantar faciitis.

These are the most comfortable flip flops ever! Will be buying more colors!

I order a lot from my mobile device and this has a narrow strap. I could not tell but quite a bit different than Ohana. I was moving away from Ohana, as the top causes me to slip when wet (walking in wet grass or coming off boat or near pool) which is surprising for a Hawaii company. I want more of a chaco foot bed that grips a bit more, which this did not have as well. Returned.

I initially gave these flip-flops a good review in May, however now that I have worn them for a few months they actually make my feet very sore. I have owned this style in leather in the past and have had great results, but since they no longer made them i purchased these as a substitute. I have decided to go back to their leather option flip-flops in hopes of more support and comfort for my feet.

Love this style. I’ve tried other olukai flip flop styles and they do not work for me. The sole is much too thick and heavy. But these solve that problem. The soles are lighter, thinner, and more responsive - but they retain the softness and support of, say, the Ohana or U’i styles. These are perfect and now my favorite flip flops.

Love these flips. I have a difficult time finding shoes to fit. I normally wear a 10 but ordered an 11. They fit. I have a wider than normal foot, but do not usually wear a wide shoe. These fit perfect. I love the feeling of the foot bed. Highly recommend.

Finally, I love these shoes!! The footbed is cushioned and comfortable. They are fine lengthwise and not too wide. The straps are not too high and just barely hugs the foot for security. My foot does not slide around in these like they do in Vionics and other orthotic sandals. The arch support is exactly what I was looking for!

I have worn OluKai sandals for years. they are very comfortable, arch support to allow walking all day long and not get tired. I couldn't find the black on black in the stores and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful person who patiently took my order and explained the sandal in depth. Very positive experience all around. I plan to order more shoes from Zappos in the future.

The thong was positioned too far back causing discomfort. I so hoped these would work! No way. My Favorite casual flip flops remain to be Sanuk Yoga Mat Wander.

These are super comfortable with great support! They can be dressed up or down. I thought the sizing was a bit smaller than they should have been. I ordered a size bigger and my foot was right to the edge.

These are HANDS-DOWN the best fitting, supportive flip flops I have ever worn. Light weight, incredible comfort and cute on my feet! I’ve bought these for my husband and sons and they LOVE them— I just bought these for myself and my daughter (who is super picky and doesn’t want to look like she’s wearing “supportive” shoes) — so glad I bought these! Slam dunk:)

Toe piece is too far back and slanted back for shorter big toes.

I bought these and the Ohanas to try.. while I felt decent about the arch support and these were really cute, I ultimately returned them and kept the Ohanas because these felt too tight in the straps and after wearing them around my house I had marks on my feet (and I have narrowish feet)

You can never go wrong with Olukais. These flip flops are incredibly comfortable - this is my 7th pair. They last forever.

I like the shoe - comfortable, true to size but the left shoe was defective. The toe curled up at an extreme angle, much more than the up-curve of the right shoe so they were returned.

The Kulapa Kai style fits my feet perfectly, with the right amount of arch support for those feet and straps snug enough that the shoes stay on well. I've even worn them for occasional runs, and that means runs, with my dog. I wear them indoors and out whenever the weather isn't too cold for sandals.

Very disappointing that Olukai has changed the length of the size 8. Perhaps certain colors are being made at different locations? I’ve owned about 10 pairs and have always worn size 8. The size was always consistent. The navy blue is pretty but was definitely shorter in length measured against my other Olukai flip flops and my heal was off the back edge in these. Probably won’t re-order.

These shoes give the arch support I love in a Birkenstock but have cushion feel of a tennis shoe for me. Definitely will buy again from this brand.

Love these! I started wearing the Ohana style when I went through a painful bout of plantar fasciitis, they were the only shoes that weren't excruciating. Then I discovered the Kulapa Kai style, which has the same awesome type of footbed, but a narrower fit for my skinny feet. So I now have the brown, and silver (for when I'm feeling fancy). :-) I live in Florida and wear my OluKais year round - they hold up great.

Was surprised that these were so tight, I have purchased other styles and had no problems. Very disappointed

These are my first pair of Olukai flip flops. Very comfortable. There were a little snug across the top when I first put them on, but by the next day, they felt completely comfortable. Love them!

At first I was not very impressed. The sandal once wearing it is very supportive even on the sides. Your foot just stays in the bed of the shoe. It is a very comfortable, you don't even feel you are wearing shoes.

I wear a woman’s size 4 but can get away with a 5 in flip flops depending on the style. These in 5 fit me perfect so they might run just a tad on the smaller side if you are a true size 5. I wore them out and about all day with lots of walking and they felt great. Stayed on my foot great without slipping off. Very comfortable. My husband has been wearing this brand for a few years and it’s the only flip flops he likes so I finally decided to get myself a pair. So glad I did! I usually wear sanuk brand but as much as I love them they are not the best option if you’re going to be around water because the yoga mat style soak up the water and end up messing up. I needed a pair that are comfortable but also do well around water for the summer. Worth the price! You get what you pay for.
