This is the softest shoe I have ever owned. The overall support is not great, but the elastic strap keeps it snugly on the foot. I ordered one half size up as per the advice in the reviews.

Not a typical size 6, much too short. However, the shoe was comfortable and cute, but afraid the 37 will be too big.

Had a similar pair of Camper shoes previously and I love them but they are worn out! Ordered these and they run a good bit smaller. Normally I wear a 8.5 or 9. Ordered the 39 and could barely squeeze in. I'm returning for a 40; hope those will work.

Go up a size on this shoe. I wear a 6.5 and ordered a 7 and they were really snug and uncomfortable. I returned them and got a size 8 and they are great, not too big although my foot is on the wide side. I love these shoes, comfy and great fall/winter shoes for my climate.

This little ballet flat is very comfortable, though it has no arch support. The padding in the shoe is very cushy and comfy. It runs small. Normally I am a size 8 and in these I ordered a size 9 based on other reviews. They fit well with enough room in the toe for my long monkey toes. I wore them to work right after getting them and walked about a mile in them at lunch with no problems. The leather is really soft. I did worry about scuffing and wonder whether my toes will poke through such soft leather. I have already had a few scuffs where I was driving and the toe got caught on the gas pedal. They are on sale now so really a great price. I have the red and ordered the grey metallic suede. I am not sure if I am going to keep the grey ones - they are stiffer more substantial leather, but it isn't as soft and it may rub my feet (where the seams are on the inside of the shoe at the very top). The grey ones also make a creaking noise. I need to think about whether to keep the greys based on these issues. So far I have worn the red ones with capris and jeans, but they would look cute with a skirt or dress as long as you are OK with no height!

Very comfortable although perhaps a little more slipper-like and casual than I would like. I bought orange flats as well as these and opted to keep these because of comfort but they definitely are not interchangeable with flats in terms of dressy-ness.

I agree with all the other reviewers that said the sizing is tricky with these. The smooth leather style is slightly bigger than the suede style. I wear an 8.5 and ended up with the size 40 in the suede style. In the leather style I would probably get a size 39.
The best part for me is the insole is removable, so I can use my custom orthotics. The outsole is better than your typical flat, and the elastic bands are really comfortable. There are no sore spots or break in required.

Super comfy - feels like wearing slippers. They are pretty cute too, although the wide band is similar to an ace bandage. I originally bought these in orange and the color of the shoe was very pretty, but the beige strap really just looked like my foot was bandaged up. The red looks better.

navy color was dull - elastic strip was tight & I don’t wear a wide shoe - had to size up a full size - design is cute

For great but didn’t like the leather. Seemed like leather from an old worn pair of shoes.

I wear size 7. The fit put me between sizes on these shoes and neither the 37 nor the 38 fit. This shouldn't be the case and I blame the reported inconsistency in actual size to size number. Also, for a moment I considered keeping the ones that were slightly too big. But the leather was very soft and my toes were showing at the edge of the shoes and overall it seemed they looked a bit strange and would be too soft to be comfortable (no support at all). And, not keeping shoes for this price that don't fit nicely. After trying them on, I don't think I would buy them even if they fit unless I was desperate for a shoe in this color.

Good style idea but is too skimpy for the price. Sizing is off by one whole size and shoe box is too narrow. Returning.

these are pretty adorable little slipper-type shoes I would probably love if the color were anything like it was in the picture. someone said the nude was a kind of pink, but that's not really true. it was a dirty peach, maybe, but nothing like the picture. it's also expensive for what it is and there's a note attached to it when it's new that says this is a delicate fabric, which I thought was also odd and it's not a delicate looking shoe, nor is it the kind of shoe I'd wear to someting delicate. I wondered about how sturdy the big arch band was, too, although it fit well when It ried it on. finally, something cognitively dissonent about a shoe that looks extremely casual and yet costs $140.

I read all the reviews and ordered a full size larger than I needed - I am usually a size 7 (size 37), so ordered a size 8 (size 38). When I received them, I thought the material was a bit strange - very spongy and the insoles were not as soft and comfortable as I was expecting, based on the other reviews. I really liked the strap going across the foot but the shoe was too big so back they are going. I think a size 7 would have fit.

These are good looking casual flats that are sporty and feminine. I wish that they fit. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 or a size 38. I ordered the 8/38. They are very short, I would say a whole size too small. I don't think the next size would work for me so I am returning them.

I "sized up" like the other reviewers said, but the balls of my feet are wide and the shoe was still too narrow and flat in front to be comfortable. They are super cute and I really wanted to keep them, but not worth the price for something that doesn't fit right.

Shoes are adorable. I was very excited when I opened the box and saw them. However, the front of the shoe is so hard, and my toes felt crunched. I am between a 7.5 and 8. I bought the 8, but they are too small. These were going to be my comfy shoes I wore to walk from the parking lot to my office.

Sadly, this shoe didn't work for me. I'm a size 9.5 - 10. I ordered the size 11 (41). My big toe was all the way to the top of the shoe. I got the dark gray, which is nubuck leather. It was pretty thin: to the point that the leather pulled/wrinkled and was molding to the shape of my toes. It looked like my big toe might wear a hole through the leather. I would have tried the size 12, but for the comfort factor. The sole isn't flat. The front and rear portions have a raised oval-ish shape with a beveled edge. My foot is wide, so the bevel edge was directly underneath the ball of my foot, causing my foot to roll inward with every step. I'd say that this is NOT a shoe for people with wide feet, even if you can slip into them alright. Also, the nubuck seemed like it would get dirty pretty fast, be impossible to clean, and look worn out in no time. For the cost, I'd take a chance - not for this cost!

This is a very nice shoe, but the U.S.-European shoe equivalent listed with it was off for me. I wear a size 12 and the 42 unfortunately is too small. My daughter is going to try it, though. Don't know if it will work for her!

I'm from Europe and used to love Camper shoes. These flats just looked so unflattering. 41, my usual size, felt snug. The comfort wasn't great either. Overall, not worth the price.

Beautiful shoe but because the leather is very very soft and thin, your toe print shows through on the top and end of the shoe.

These are pretty cute on, but they have absolutely no arch support. I'd love to keep these, but I might as well walk around on a hard floor in bare feet. Had to get a size larger (39 instead of 38), but once I did that, they were otherwise OK.

Would like to stick with Ara - just need some spring colors.

I'm disappointed because these adorable shoes won't be mine. I ordered a pair of 38 in Bone with Red trim and my toe was all the way to the end of the shoe. Otherwise it felt great -- the width and the support in the sole was spongy and comfortable. I returned them for a 39 only to find them too big in all areas: length, width, and the elastic band allowed for my index finger to sit (with room between my foot and the band). Bummer. I really loved this shoe.

I so wanted these to work. Tried my usual size (9 med); too small. Tried a size up; still too small -- especially narrow in toes (for me). Also didn't have the visual appeal on my feet that I had been anticipating.
