The shoe was pretty much as shown, the leather was nice and as expected. What was not as expected was the very uncomfortable area that dug into my ankle/tendon area. Unwearable and not like all my other Sketchers I have and love. Had to return- disappointing.

My issue here is not with Zappos. Zappos has always been great and I love there customer service. My problem was with the shoe having a tear in the toe box 2 days after wearing them and the was Sketchers handles their "customer guarantee" and the poor quality that they have started to produce.. After speaking with a Sketchers representative they asked me to mail the shoes back to them to determine if I was eligible for an exchange. After explaining that I had just purchased the shoes and how ridiculous it is to pay for a shipping label to have them inspect them, they decided to give me an opportunity at receiving a shipping label from them. I would have to take several photos of the shoes, a copy of the receipt, the Manufacturers number, and several other items.After they received this info they would THAN determine if I was even eligible for a return shipping label. If I was I would then need to wait and see if I was eligible for an even exchange. I ended up taking the shoes to a shoe repair place a week after I purchased them instead of dealing with the hassle of Sketchers policies. I will NEVER buy another Sketchers product again.

Shoes are cheap looking and big even tho I ordered a half size smaller. Suggest you keep on looking for a better shoe.

Sorry, ugly AND too wide and long.

I tried on an 8 in store and it was about a half inch too long. I ordered a 7 (my usual size) and it was about a half inch too long. These shoes are definitely run very large.

Very comfortable and professional looking shoe, except for one big problem: SMELL. I can no longer wear them in my office due to the stares I've been getting. Instead I will only wear them when I'm at an outdoor event and can't wear sneakers. Luckily, Zappos is excellent and offered me a full credit on this shoe. Just ordered a nice-looking pair of Tommy Hilfigers for the same price. Hope they don't smell bad too. lol

The soles were very comfortable, but there wasnt any padding at all around the ankle. Overall, I was fine with them until the bottom started coming apart after 3 months.

It's a poorly designed shoe made of poor materials by poorly paid workers (the latter, I assume). The back of the shoe rubs hard against my achilles tendon and is very painful. It would be okay if the shoe was merely intended for viewing instead of wearing. I think I'd rather donate these to an animal shelter as chew toys than to a charity that might give them to someone else. Heaven forbid!

These shoes would be great, they are really comfortable, but they make my feet sweat. I've never had that problem with leather shoes before. These shoes are supposed to have leather uppers but they don't feel like they do.
