To say my husband is very difficult to please is an understatement! He could spend ALL day in a competitors warehouse style retail store and not like/find anything. He loves everything about this shoe! Perfect fit, comfort for all day wear and very stylish! I purchased two pair and told him that Zappos was the best for both purchase and return if ever needed. As a side, he also wears shoes from the VA because of his feet issues.

Bought it for my husband, he had a worn-out pair similar to this and loved it. So I got him this new ones and thanked me for it! He loves that it's easy on-off and casual enough to wear with a lot if his clothes. He says they're comfortable.

Really like this shoe, but need a half-size smaller than normal.

I am on my 4th pair in 8 years. Absolutely love these shoes. I wear them every day all day. They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I hope they never stop making them.

These were purchased for my son. Comfortable and stylish enough for a teen.

Ordered this shoe in the M and the W. The W was not only wider than the M (as expected), it was also LONGER than the M in the same size. This should not be the case. If the shoe size is the same but only in the wide, it is expected the shoe length would be the same. But the wide was 1/2 to a full size larger in length.

Surprised how light the shoe is. Came the next day, nothing to complain about

First of all, the fit: like many reviewers have said, they do run large. For me, that meant half a size too large and a little wider than my normal "D" width. I threw away the box before using them, so I didn't return them. They are still okay, even though a little large. The shoes are very comfortable and seem ruggedly built. The style is what I expected and as depicted in the pictures. I chose a dark brown. The sole seems to be stable on wet surfaces and not slippery. I would buy them again and to recommend them. If you want a normal, more snug fit, try going down a half size. They are marketed as "relaxed fit," so maybe they are supposed to fit loose. In any even, they are still comfortable and seem like they will last.

I love these shoes! As other reviewers have mentioned, they do run a bit on the full size. In New Balance, I usually take a 13 EE, but in these, the 12 D fits fine. They're light, comfy, need no break-in, and I LOVE the cushioned footbed! I'm going to buy another style or color of the same show. I'm hooked.
