These shoes were extremely stiff and I couldn't get them stretched to fit or feel better

disappointed. Very tiny toe box. I would have needed possibly a full size larger than normal.

The fit was fine but the shoe looked poorly made and the materials the shoe was made of looked really cheap. Am returning.

The color is not a grey taupe at all..it was soo nude

My duck shaped feet (short, wide toes, narrow heel, high arch) are difficult to shoe! They actually measure a 6.5 medium. I purchased this shoe in two colors size 7 W. Both shoes are too short and my toes are cramped. The width was good, and had it been a tad more comfortable I would have kept them...except they look very conservative and old ladyish. What was I thinking?

They felt good for the first three hours of mostly sitting, but when I had to walk from my car into a small store the seam on the inside heel area began to rub against my skin, and broke my skin. Super painful. I'll be returning these shoes.

I thought this would be super cute. It is stylish in appearance but it has absolutely zero cushion under the ball of the foot. It feel like a thin layer of textured rubber. This shoe fits into the “comfort” category while conducting a search, but in my opinion belongs only as a fashionable shoe category. I only wore them for a few seconds in the house and put them back in the box. I think this may be my only negative review on Zappos but I am not impressed at all with this shoe.

Horrible blisters cut open my heels and heels back digs into skin. Pray you have flip flops in the car

I previously had ordered this shoe from Belk's Department Store in a 9 1/2 Narrow (AA). The width was fine but the shoe was too short. Since I need the shoe more quickly than I could get it back from Belk's I sent them back the 9 1/2 Narrow and purchased a 10 Narrow from Zappos. When the shoes came and I opened the box the they arrived without the customary tissue and wrapping that you get with a new shoes. Just two shoes banging around in an empty box. They appeared to have been worn and when I tried them on they were all stretched out. It seems that someone had worn them and stretched them out them sent them back because they were too tight. Since I need them tomorrow I put in an insole and an adhesive on the heel so they don't slip. I'm mad that I have spent $57.99 on someone else's cast off shoes. I will never order a pair of shoes from Zappos again.
