A little tight in size 10. I wish they had a 10.5.

Pretty but too big. Flopped off my heel when walking. Gotta return.

I love these shoes for their comfort and style-- they were my go-to everyday heals for almost two months. I wore them and average of 10 hours a day with little to no discomfort. Unfortunately, after daily wear for about 2 months, they're a mess. The finish is pealing off, and it feels like the shoes are losing all internal support and structure. Ultimately, you get less than what you pay for. As much as I loved them for the first month, I really can't in good conscience order them again.

This shoe did not work at all for me. The narrow was not narrow enough and the length was too short. I will keep looking.

Very wide, but not the most stylish. They were about a size too big for me so I returned them. Quality is okay, but not that great.

This are being returned. Very round toe, very short toe box cut right across the widest part of my foot.

I love being able to come to Zappos and find shoes that fit me. With that being said I'm disappointed that I have to send these back. I have size 10 wide feet. These feel smaller and narrower than the size indicated.

I was really hoping that these shoes would work out for me as I am always keeping my eyes peeled for comfortable work heels. This can be a challenge because I have huge feet (size 12) and have a hard time finding shoes that do not wreck my feet by the end of the day. Sadly, when I tired these on the first time I noticed instantly that they were far too tight. They felt like an 11 does on me, meaning that I can fit my foot inside of it but there is no way I could walk for longer than 15 minutes in them so I had to return them.

I have other LifeStride shoes and I love them. So when I was in the market to replace my neutral pumps, it was my 1st choice brand. These shoes did not match my previous experience. The shoe was stiff and uncomfortable and the size I bought did not fit although it was the same size as my other LifeStride pumps. As far as aesthetics, I would have preferred a less shiny shoe, but if they had fit well, I would have overlooked that.

These shoes are so much smaller than marked. I can wear a 7 in most shoes, but ordered 7.5 Wide and it was way too tight. Sorry to send them back because they were cute.

I have owned these shoes for 7 months and the "leather" is peeling off on the back area of one above the heel. I wish Zappos could send me a new pair because they are comfortable. So disappointed.

So, this shoe looks beautiful but you can tell it is synthetic leathers and such. I put it on and could tell right away my feet would be sweating with the fake stuff. I normally wear a 9.5 but I ordered a 9 Wide. It fit pretty well and there was no slippage when walking but again, I didn't like the way my feet felt. In addtion, the toe box wasn't as roomy as I was hoping. These went back...

After wearing these shoes only a couple of times, the black finish is off in multiple places. I am sending them back.

I could tell these shoes were too wide as soon as I opened the box. They are more like a W rather than AA.

The shoe is cute and would have met my needs for work with suits and dresses perfectly, if only I could have found a size that fit. For some reason, the 6.5WW is much tighter and smaller in the front/toe area than the 6.5W, which was too small as well. I settled on the 7W, but the shoe falls off all day long, so I'll be donating them and the endless search continues for a black heeled pump that fits without hurting or falling off.

I have this same shoe from a few years back. Unfortunately the liner came unglued and it is time to replace them. I love the color, but the newer version of this shoe is not nearly as stylish and the leather around the toe area is too short and cuts into your feet. I will be returning these shoes.

I'm usually between a 6.5 and 7 and between a W and WW. I liked the classic style, and in reading reviews, I ordered a 7WW. Pros: accurate WW width, comfortable material inside the shoe, roomy toe box (although the vamp was almost too high), heel not too high. Cons: not much arch support, not much cushioning on the heel. Be careful on sizing. The shoe was HUGE, about a full size too large. So I exchanged for a 6.5WW, and it was JUST AS HUGE. I really think that this company doesn't have much quality control going on... Unfortunately, I ran out of time for another exchange for 6WW. (FWIW I ended up getting Softspots Salude in 7W, not as stylish but it has a super comfy footbed.)

This shoe looked like plastic. It also had a very thin sole without much support. I'm returning them.

Not even close to a WW width. Ordered these for a fundraising gala last night. They look like very standard pumps, nothing particularly fashionable but not overly dowdy either (I ordered the textured ones though - can imagine the plain ones might be a little more old lady). But they are nowhere near wide enough...I could get them on, but pain from squeezing my foot was immediate and a deal-breaker. Luckily I had picked up a pair of black wedge heels from Payless just in case these weren't delivered in time (they were - thank you Zappos!) and those shoes - in just a W - were wider than these and worked for last night.

The left shoe is too big and flops off my feet when walking which is annoying and very uncomfortable. I purchased these for work so imaging walking in these for 8 hours. I read the reviews prior to purchasing and some reviewers did note that. I took a chance to see for myself so unfortunately, these will be returned.

Everything was great about the shoes except for the lining. It looks like I'm wearing a no-show liner sock that's showing.

I should have written a review earlier. I am so disappointed in these shoes. I really like the style but the sizing is just off and very poorly constructed. I ordered a 10m which is my size and these things just flip out of my feet causing me to almost trip over myself. I tried everything. Insoles, a heel insert, tissue in the front. Its ridiculous. A year later and now I need to just give them away!
