Cute shoe (got lots of compliments) and definitely a supportive, padded heel. The shoe was way too big though compared to my normal size. I put tissues in the front to keep the shoe on then exchanged it for half size smaller, and it's still somewhat big. This might be because I ordered the wide size (nice option to have, btw) because it doesn't seem like a common complaint. I'd recommend, overall.

I really liked these shoes, however, I felt that my toes kept sliding forward. Unfortunately, they have to go back.

I generally wear a 7.5 medium in shoes. The medium in this shoe was narrow in the big toe area, so I went to a wide width. The wide would not stay on my foot. For me, this brand just doesn't fit me correctly, but this is a nice inexpensive pump, perfect heel height and beautiful color.

I originally ordered these is size 8 WW, but they were too long, so I ordered the size 7½ WW. These shoes are so classic and cute on. The look and the taupe color are just what I wanted to go with a new dress I just bought. I really, really wanted them to work. Unfortunately, I’m dealing with two hammertoes on my left foot, so I need more room in the toebox. That’s why I ordered the WW width. Usually size 8 is what feels best because of the foot issues. Previous bunion surgery on that foot has apparently caused my foot to be out of whack (unequal distribution of weight), so I have calluses on the bottom of my forefoot. This shoe’s cushioning under my forefoot wasn’t comfortable. So sadly I’m returning these.

These shoes were not comfortable for me. They accommodated my bunions fine, but the ball of the foot had no support and I could feel all the weird bumps on the sole that are designed for traction. Also, I just found them kind of ugly. I am willing to sacrifice style for comfort, but I felt that these shoes had neither.

Nice shoe - except the Wide certainly didn't seem wide. The toe box is also very short. All in all, I would have loved the shoe but no way was I going to even get my feet in them. Had to send 'em back.

The pair of shoes i received were 2 different sizes a 6WW and a 6.5WW. Shoes received in a repackaged box because original box was damaged.

Classic style, classy shoes. There is a bit of give in the sole that makes these comfortable for standing, but allows them to slip off the heels when walking.

Too small in the toe-box. Sending back. Unfortunate since they are pretty cute.

Very pretty shoe, but since I normally wear a 9M, I was expecting a 9W to be roomy. It wasn't. It felt at least a half size smaller -- way too short for my foot.

Pretty shoe, but too short. Ordered a half size up and still too short. I sent them back for a full size larger, but they were still too short. I have never tried LifeStride shoes before, so it may just be me. Fabulous customer service from Zappos, though!! I sent them back and have ordered black dress shoes in a different brand.

The height was nice, the inside was comfy though I should have ordered a narrow. My biggest issue is that I think the faux suede looked cheap and the toe box was too high (I have shallow/low volume feet).

I did not like the faux suede so I returned them.

My favorite pumps of all time were a pair of Aerosoles Wise Guys. They were the perfect height and I could wear them all day. I wore them to death and have been looking for an equivalent ever since. These were close but not quite. The left shoe fit but the right one pinched my toes. Also, as other people have mentioned, they squeak! I like the heel height, though. Will keep looking (thanks for being patient, Zappos!)

This shoe looks a bit more interesting online than in person, somehow. I thought they would be a perfect complement to a navy and white outfit I am wearing to a wedding, but they actually look more black and white than navy and white. Besides, my partner says they give too much attention to the feet. I have to agree with him. If they weren't also a bit tight, I might have considered keeping them but, under the circumstances, I would get very limited use out of them.

Too long. Boring "office" shoe. Could put foam in the toe, but will wait for a shoe that fits.

Really wanted to love these shoes but they were far too narrow and tight at the toe. I ordered a 12 W and it still didn’t cut it.

I ordered my normal size & the fit was fine. The comfort was ok for the price. I ordered the satiny black pair, & didn't like how the beige colored lining showed a bit along the top edge. This wouldn't really show if you plan to wear nude nylons or go barefoot, but with black tights the lining showed. I ended up returning because these felt too plain for the event I was planning to wear them to.
