I have been searching for a basic pump with non chunky heels in extra wide width for a long time. These fit the bill, were comfortable and looked good. I was so pleased with them when they arrived, I immediately purchased a second pair in another color.

Comfortable and stylish pattern with good support. I was almost able to wear them all day at work to break them in. Wonderful customer service assisted with a modification to my order.

I hate to send these back they are very comfortable but I have extremely narrow feet so it’s always a gamble when I order shoes. They gap on the sides and slide up and down on my heels.

My absolute fave work shoe. Heel height is perfect for everyday use, soles are soft, and look is stylish. Just wish more colors were available in my width!

Adorable shoe. I went down 1/2 a size on this purchase because I have them in beige and they are a bit big. These fit perfectly. I am a double wide width which was fine on my left foot but a bit snug on the right where I have a bunion so I will do a bit of stretching on the right side. That isn’t a function of the shoe though, that is just my foot.

Excellent basic pump. My foot is wide width so it is often hard to find stylish and comfortable shoes. I can handle a higher heel height but these are perfect for as much as I am on my feet throughout the day. I plan to buy a couple more pairs to have as backups in my closet, that’s how much I love this shoe.

I wear a 5 or 5 1/2 medium. In gym shoes I need the 5.5, in dress shoes or flats it depends on the brand. Zappos didn't have the 5 in this shoe and I really need a navy heel so I tried the 5.5. It is a pretty shoe and nicely padded inside but the 5.5 was way too big even with shoe pads in the balls of the feet. I had to return them and sadly order the 5 elsewhere but it seems like a nice shoe and Zappos was fantastic and easy about the return.

I bought these shoes for my daughter who has small feet (size 5). She also needs good arch support in her shoes. She says they fit perfectly around the back of her heel without pinching or slipping, are really comfortable (good padding in the ball of the foot and heel) and look great! She thinks they will be perfect for her singing performances.

Completely surprised. I love these shoes! I can never find pumps that fit due to my narrow feet and heels, but these fit so well even on the first day. I spent about 6 hours mostly standing and walking in them and my feet did not hurt once. Only gave 4 starts for style because I prefer a taller heel, but these are perfect for work.

These are classic, COMFORTABLE pumps. I have 70 year old feet with all the normal problems - bunions, bone spurs, etc. I get tired of wearing flats as they never seem dressy enough. These are fabulous! I wore them to a wedding yesterday and was in them all day without a problem. I suggest you take a chance on these.

I bought the Black Glory, so beautiful and classy. These are one of the most comfortable pumps I've worn. For me, they fit true to size. This is my second pair of the Parigi. Would love to see in many more colors!

I am in LOVE with these shoes!!! With bunions the size of doorknobs and a large, wide foot to begin with, it’s nearly impossible to find anything stylish that fits. Oh, I’ve found ‘em. Wearing them in the kitchen to “break them in,” it immediately became apparent that no breaking in is necessary. They’re comfortable, flexible and look very nice. My husband and I will be attending events for a week at a castle in the UK next month, many of which are formal. Now I won’t have to go barefoot.

Haven't worn it yet, so my 5-star for comfort is based on standing in front of the closet mirror, but this promises to be a classic, comfortable yet dressy shoe that is also versatile. I am looking forward to wearing it. If this changes I'll post again.

I am pleasantly surprised. I purchased the 7AA. I am actually a 7AAA and the heel is a smidge loose, but I can't complain!! They are quite lovely and vegan. They are also easy to walk in.

These pumps did not rub on my bunions, so they were more comfortable.

Great shoes! Finally found simple nude pumps in W width that fit! I had to soften the little toe area but that worked like a charm.

Nice and comfortable basic pump for work. Actually fit properly in a 7WW on my wide flat feet!! I may have to get another pair!

Had to exchange for a half-size larger but I love this shoe! Incredibly comfortable for a heel and, living in Seattle where sidewalks and doorways get wet and slippery, I especially appreciate the added traction. I want to buy this in every color!
