Great for weekend get-away - Originally purchased for international carry-on but was denied by Lufthansa, and Air Tahiti Nui - United will not accept it any longer.

Really like this carry on. Nice colors, light weight, holds plenty. Unfortunately I have never had a case that scratched badly on my very first trip.

The rate is a review between how much I like the case (5*) and how long it last (1*). I bought my first Helium Aero a couple of years ago, and after around 1 year or travles, (approx 2 per month), the handle was stuck and it was not possible to close it anymore. I thought I was unlucky with bad case....so I bought a new one....and after one more year, the same issue! The handle is stuck and I cannot close it!

I bought 2 of these bags for a bit more room than my business Tumi, only to find that the handle wouldn't fully extend with the bag is fully packed, It seems there is no internal casing to prevent items from blocking the full extension of the handle. I thought this was an anomaly on my first use, but it has happened on both legs of 2 trips. disappointedly, I finally rolled into my garage for donation and ordered 2 new tumi cases. It's a shame poor handle design diminishes this bag. Its sleek, light and rolled nice. But crippling when the handle won't fully extend.

I bought this carry on a few months ago ... ln the 2nd use (one month later), the bag broke and could not use it again! Do not recommend

When the suitcase is filled completely the handle with not telescope completely in. It requires pressure with a knee on the back of the case at the entrance handle.
