Customer Reviews Crocs Really Sexi Sandal

I took a chance on these shoes since the reviews were overwhelmingly positive. I have never ordered Crocs before because I have never come across a pair that was at all attractive, but I liked the look of these and wanted a comfy pair of sandals for the summer. Having never ordered this brand, I am not sure how they typically run, but these were very long. I had the straps as tight as they would go and I was pretty much walking out of them. The arch support hit in the wrong spot, it is way too far back and was under my heel. They also seemed narrow. I would recommend only if you typically wear this brand and know how they run.

This style looked really cute online. On the foot, it is not attractive, nor is it comfortable. The straps are made of hard plastic and the toe thong is hard as well. Also very difficult to put on because of the type of plastic the strap is made from, and because the strap and buckle are tiny. I thought I could just leave it buckled and slip my foot into the shoe instead, but the material does not allow the foot to do that. Can't imagine that anyone's feet would be comfortable in these plastic straps in summer heat either. The Crocs Sexi sandal from last year was 100% better than this shoe in every way. Very disappointing. Crocs and please bring back the sexi sandal!

These shoes look so cute on the foot and would be otherwise very comfortable, IF they had any arch support. There is none. The beauty of a Crocs shoe, is the arch support. Wanted this to work, but could never walk in this without it.

I really want to like Crocs, but wherever I buy a pair they don't work out. As soon as I put these on, I felt uncomfortable. The size is the right one (the length was good, width too)but there is this kind of ridge near the front that bothers my foot. It hits the beginning of the ball of my foot, and is very annoying. On top of that, it feels like my hero could slip sideways out of the shoe easily. Will return. Such a shame.

These sandals were a huge disappointment. I spent a lot of time on Zappos and other shoe websites, researching sandals, so that I could make an informed decision on what pair to buy. I was looking for something I could walk in for many hours and that were attractive. I purchased these sandals because of all the positive reviews, now I am not sure why people love them so much. The back of the sandal digs into your heel, and left me with two open sores on my skin. I am now wearing them with bandaids on my heels. There appearance is okay, but the toe juts out too far and looks a bit silly. Also the nubs on the foot side irritate the soles of my feet. The bands that hold the straps in place also irritate my ankles. If I had not already wore them all over the city, I would return these. I am sad.

I am a true size 8 1/2. I ordered a 9 thinking "it's a sandal". Umm, please listen. These things are a whole size too big! I think I am going 7 1/2. Maybe an 8. Please don't waste your time like I did and order the size you wear. They will be too big! However, I do have wide feet and these did fit the width. We will see how the smaller do tomorrow.

As one other reviewer posted, the metal brad at the back of the heel broke after less than two months of owning this shoe and infrequent wear. I am very disappointed with the quality. If they hadn't made the buckle so tricky to get the shoes on and off, the brads wouldn't experience so much wear and tear. I know the shoe costs less, but I won't buy any Croc styles again.

Huge disappointment! Took these new to key west with me on vacation last week and they were supposed to be my "goes with everything" sandal. Boo! The back stud that holds the entire shoe together just popped right off. Returning. I got a dud. sorry I cant describe how they wear. I never got that far.

I was looking forward to these being my main casual summer sandal, but they gave me blisters on my ankle after one hour of wearing them. I'm so sad because they look really fun and comfy! The ankle comes up and kind of stabs you as you walk and creates this blister. I think if that part didn't come up past the strap the way it does, it would be better.
