Love this slide! The fit was perfect...I need some support for both my arches & my knees & these provide both comfortably! I can wear them all day & still feel comfortable at the end of the day. Great with dresses, skirts, pants & even shorts... by far the better of the ones I have had before.

Very comfortable shoe, no breaking in required at all. It's been a year and I still love it. Only quip is that the sole wears out a little bit quicker than other shoes.

Too tight not enough support

Size up! These are very comfortable, but appear 1/2 size small. Will order the next size up. Definitely worth a try, especially with Zappos excellent customer service.

I wear size 8 and the 39 fit well. These shoes are very comfortable and "easy stylish". I always have good luck with the Naot brand.

Fantastic arch support, casual but stylish; would work with shorts, crops, or a sun dress. Great price on sale.

Love these sandals! I am 5'4" and 118 lbs. My feet are not narrow but Medium width or slightly less. I usually wear a size 8. I ordered an 8 and could not be happier. These sandals are comfortable! And stylish at the same time. I compared the heel height to my Clark thong flip flops and the Naots are slightly higher (slightly). I wear them with casual clothes and with dressy clothes. They go with everything and everywhere. Love them and would buy them again!

I love these shoes but the strap is too big for my foot. The length is perfect.

Had to exchange first pair -- 39 -- which was equivalent to size 8. Ran short. Size 40 was perfect. Very comfortable....more so than a cheaper sandals that I usually buy at a discount store! Worth the money. Looking at other Naot shoes for my next pair.

I love these sandals and own them in 2 colors. The fit is exact so if you are in between sizes I would order up a size. Very comfy and wore right out of the box. Recommend.

These are very similar to the Munro American Aquarius, which is my favorite summer shoe but has been discontinued! My black ones were getting too worn and dirty to wear to the office. These are almost as comfortable...but beware they run small (I wore a 6 in the Aquarius but a 5 in this Naot.) You won't find them comfy unless you have high arches, too.

Love these sandals! They are so comfortable and start to look and feel lived in pretty quickly after wearing them. I love the cork material or whatever it is in the in-sole.

This runs narrow which is great for me. I am very appreciative of the reviews here as I usually need 39 (in Mephisto) but ordered the 40 in the Alana, which turns out to be the right size. These tick all the boxes -- they are versatile, comfortable, timeless, and the also accommodate a special need of mine -- the sole can be altered to add a slight lift on one sandal to compensate for slight leg length discrepancy. Just putting that out there in case there is anyone else out there who is not perfectly balanced! I ordered these specifically to wear with a plain black dress for a casual wedding. I am not sure whether they are dressy enough but I may well keep them anyway because they look so great with so many things. But they do flap when you walk. I also am afraid that if the fabric stretches they will fly off my feet because the fit perfectly now when they are brand new.

I have assorted problems with my feet, aching bunions, occasional tendinitis, etc. & these slides were absolutely heaven! It's the most comfortable shoe I've worn in a very long time!

This purchase of the Naot "Alana" was a replacement for my old pair of Alanas. Great shoe, and Zappos is amazing. Ordered at 4 p.m. and shoes arrived the next afternoon. Naot + Zappos is a great combo!

I am new to this brand of shoe but have to say I will check them out again. These are great little sandals that are comfortable and cute and makes my feet happy; no discomfort so far. I have had various foot issues so I have begun to carefully evaluate any shoe beyond style these days and I am pleased with this purchase. I am a 8½ medium; the 39 and 40 both fit but I opted for the 40, thinking it was a bit more comfortable.

Similar to a Munro style that I loved but has been replaced by another style. Runs a little bit larger than the Munro but I'm hoping it will work. We travel to warm weather throughout the winter so I need to keep a nice daily comfortable sandal on hand.

I passed up this sandal, but in desperation ordered it to try. I have a high arch, plantar faciatis, and narrow feet. The inner sole molded to my feet like Birkis do. The black material hold my feet snugly and basically this shoe works! Hope this helps you decide!

This shoe, and I have 3 pairs in various colors, is the most comfortable shoe for the summer months. It can be worn with both dresses and slacks. It is lightweight,yet very sturdy. Arch support is wonderful.

These shoes are awesome. The most comfortable shoes and didn't even have to break them in. Looks great with everything. The Naot brand is probably one of the most comfortable brands I have plus they look great.

I really wanted these to fit because they are very cute and would be comfortable if they were a bit wider like the Naot Tampa which I think run a true medium. Sadly Alana has to go back. I wish they made the Tampa in this combination...I'd buy it in a heartbeat!

This shoe fits really nicely - has a decent level of support and the arch is very comfortable. It also looks really nice on.

These are really cute and comfortable but they do run true to size. Usually I wear a 7(38) and I initially ordered a 38 but after looking at another pair of Naot Footwear that I own, (Tampa) I saw the size was 37 and they fit perfectly. They are a bit narrower then Tampa but so cushioned and with good arch support that I will try the 7 and hope they fit. The Flame 1s are really pretty.

First pair of Naots. Liked the look and they look even better on my foot. I usually wear an 8 but took a size larger in this shoe. Fits fantastic, can wear all day. Looks great with pants, capris, skirts, etc. This is my new favorite summer shoe.
