These were beautiful sandals, but had to return. The left sandal fit like a dream, but the strap closest to toes on right foot was way too tight! Too bad.

Though the shoe has a nice, original style, the problem is that the support at the arch is extremely firm -- even worse than my most firm orthotics. If you have plantar fasciitis, this may be a shoe for you if you are already accustomed to a very firm orthotic feel. If you are flat-footed and orthotics make you feel worse, beware.

I have high arches, but the arch support was so high the shoe was uncomfortable to walk in. The strap that was not adjustable was too wide for my B width feet. Had to send them back.

Love the blue color and styling. Regretfully, I ordered these in my regular size 8, but they seemed big at first, but I thought that's the way they were supposed to be. Now, 2 months later, they have stretched a bit and the lower strap is NOT adjustable. After wearing for an hour or so, I experience soreness on the bottom of my feet from the friction of my feet sliding around on the foot-bed. I wish I would have exchanged for a smaller size, but now that I've worn them so much, it's too late and I'm stuck with them for when I'm not doing lots of walking. For that much money, I expected to wear them for a long time.

For my feet, the arch support was way too aggressive. I also found I was walking right out of these sandals. Thanks, Zappos, for making returns so easy!

I've had several pairs of Orthaheel Sandals but these are ill-fitting. They are too wide at the toe and there is no way to adjust the strap (and I have medium to a wide foot). And, I didn't like the cheap appearance of the brown leather.
