These Clarks used to be so comfortable, but they have changed the sole. So disappointed.

These shoes are extremely comfortable BUT they are the loudest flip flops I have ever owned (and I own lots of flip flops)! I don't understand why they hit my foot so hard. People can hear me coming from a mile away. If you don't care about the noise, buy these shoes. If you care...don't.

These are cute and comfortable except there is a spot on one of the shoes that feels like a nylon thread or something that pokes into my instep. But when I look at the spot, I can't see what it is. So I'm returning them.

This is a very comfortable sandal, but it slapped against my foot and I cannot take that noise, especially if I am wearing it in a quiet place...so unfortunately they need to go back. Thank you Zappos for such awesome service!

I love Clarks but these particular sandals do not offer the support that I am looking for. They are a bit on the spendy side for flip-flops. I was surprised at how lightweight they were. I feel like the foamy heel would break down after a while.

The shoe is very narrow. The velcro on the side does not allow for adjustment at all. If you open it up to widen the shoe, it does not have enough length on either side to close. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 and a 9 in these was comically large. They did however seem lightweight and like they would be comfortable for all day wear. If you have narrow feet, these will work, just order a size down.

Am returning this item. Although it looks really comfortable in the picture, I found the sandal to be narrow and the arch was not as high as I like. I much prefer the Vionic arch.

I'd love to give these super-comfortable thongs a five star review... Out of the box they are sharp, true to size and comfy. I've purchase 3 pair over the past year as I wanted an assortment of colors. I bought them for a lightweight year-round house shoe as I live in a warm climate and wouldn't wear traditional slippers. Only rarely do i wear them for a quick trip to market. Although I have taken excellent care of all pairs, rotate in wearing and don't subject them to harsh conditions or water, I've noticed the adhesive is beginning to separate in the layering of the soles. For 3 pair less than a year old, this seems a little worrisome. Wish I could risk ordering another pair as they are the most comfy and stylish thong ever, but first I'd like to see this "separation" issue sorted.

Cute flip-flops, and I love the color - but the thong rubs between my toes, and seems like it would cause a blister or raw skin. I normally wear wide sizes, but the medium (with the adjustable strap) worked fine for me.

I purchased these flip flops because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews (100% 5 stars?), and after receiving them I am not super impressed. The style of the shoe is underwhelming, but I think most people who purchase Clarks are ready to sacrifice style for comfort. However, the comfort factor was disappointing as well. I have high arches so I was very excited to see that 92% of reviewers said these shoes have moderate to excellent arch support. They lied! There is ZERO arch support in this shoe. The foot bed is squishy and comfortable, but they are flat as dollar store shower shoes. They are also shaped rather strangely, a bit narrow and long for my generally universal size 7 feet.

Comfortably light and very attractive. I had a problem with sizing because I wear a perfect 8 1/2 in Clarks. Thus the 9 was too big and the 8 was too short.

CLARKS USUALLY FIT ME VERY WELL BUT THIS SHOE IS ODD...RUNS LARGE, NOT ONLY IN LENGTH. THE STRAP DOESN'T MATCH THE LENGTH OF THE SHOE...EXTREMELY WIDE. ABSOLUTELY NO ARCH SUPPORT.

I normally wear a 10.5 D (42 Euro), and the size 10 medium fit perfectly. I liked the overall style of the shoe and fit, but the interior sole is very slick/smooth and felt like I was walking on plastic wrap...so I decided to return this shoe.

These are decent looking and fairly comfortable. Unfortunately, they have a horrid chemical smell that I wouldn't be able to live with, so they have to go back.

I loved the look of the shoe. I own several of similar ones but the toe strap seemed to be at odd angle for me (or maybe it is my foot). Too bad. Back it goes

Bought these for the last two years and liked them a lot. This year the platform is hard as a rock and no comfort/cushioning at all. Definitely not enough material to adjust the velcro closure - very poor quality this year nothing like the old ones. It is difficult to call the cloudsteppers more like ROCK steppers. I bought two pair unfortunatelt and am not happy

The size was too narrow so I loosened the velcro and buckled it a bit larger. It was great at first...but the velcro is exposed on the bottom and started to give me blisters after 1 hour. Also the insole was white, not matching the upper as shown in the picture. Great support but horrible blisters and the silver upper with white lower looked a little weird

I ordered black the box said black but the sandals were navy blue

For a shoe marked wide, it is not. I wear a W . Not even a WW. Shoe makers need to think about foot volume too. if you have any arch at all, your foot is higher than a flat foot. So if you have wide feet and a normal arch, you need a lot of room in the top of the shoe. This one didn't have enough and it was so much less volume than needed, that the velcro strap popped open when I moved my foot.

Stylish but lacking arch support usually found in Clarks sandals.

I liked the flip flops, they are very comfortable but they disintegrated after 3 months of moderate wear.

I thought with this being a thong it would fit, but much to wide. I couldn’t keep it on my foot. Had to return. Thank you Zappos for easy returns.

I really like the look of these and the sole/arch support is comfortable, but after wearing them for a couple of hours, they started to make blisters on the outside of the top of my foot. So I loosened them, still blisters. So I tightened them, still blisters. I have plantar fasciitis and these did not make my heels or arches hurt at all. They would have been perfect if the hadn't rubbed blisters. I'm returning them.

It seems like forever that I always ordered these sandals. I have them in many colors. They are, or were incredibly comfortable. Recently, I ordered 2 more pair of size 7 & my foot hangs out over the. What's up with Clarks? How can you cheapen up on the length of these? Disappointed.

This would have been my second pair of these. Not sure what Clarks' did to these, but they are NOT the same shoe. The expected cushioning effect is almost non-existent compared to my first pair. Sadly I am returning.
