Cute shoes but did not provide the arch support I usually experience with Clarks.

Nothing exciting about this sandal and had little to no arch support which I need.

I wear an 8 1/2 shoe/sandal. This sandal didn't com in 1/2 sizes so I rounded up to a 9. They seem more then a 1/2 size too big. Because of that the arch wasn't in the correct place. They are comfortable though. Will reorder in an 8.

The top of the sandle was too restrictive for my foot. I have had this problem with other sandles, so I don't think it's an issue other than for me. The arch support was good and the style was as expected. i have the cloud steppers from this brand and they are perfect for me.

Man I’m bummed. These looked super cute and were a great deal, but just too narrow—so my isn’t fully secure. Have to return and try again.

Tried two pairs of these. Really like the look. Comfortable, but NOT wide enough. Need to make in different width's !

I liked the looks of these, and they were comfortable even with my high arches. I didn’t like the Velcro adjustable strap. Sending them back

Handsome shoes, sturdy, but not unfeminine. I had high hopes, but am returning both the white and the neutral pairs. My feet tend to swell on top in hot weather. i had hoped that the velcro straps on these sandals would take care of that issue, but no. The velcro strips are not long enough, doggone it. Also, the main part of the strap (goes over the foot), is very tight right now, even before the advent of true hot weather. Clarks needs to tweak the engineering on this style.

Based on some of the other reviews, I thought this might fit my narrow foot. Unfortunately they were huge. The part that covers the top of the foot didn't even touch the top of my foot. Even with the adjustable strap, just didn't work at all for a narrow foot.

These are cute. I tried them because they look like an old pair of Merrells I have, but these don’t have the same arch support, so they’re going back.

these sandals are comfortable, but when I walked in them, my heel slid off to the side. So disappointed!

I saw these on my best friend a couple of weeks ago and loved them. So I ordered a pair. They are awesome! I thought the FitFlops were the best, but I must say these are more comfortable than the FitFlops! I wear a size 10 and they fit perfectly!

I figured since these were a marks they were going to be great. And maybe it's just my foot that is the problem; I'm not sure. But they felt very loose and I would compensate by trying to hold them on my foot by curling my toes. Not very comfortable after a while. The actual sole of the sandal was very comfortable though. Maybe if you have a narrow foot, steer clear of these.

These Clarks used to be so comfortable, but they have changed the sole. So disappointed.

These shoes are extremely comfortable BUT they are the loudest flip flops I have ever owned (and I own lots of flip flops)! I don't understand why they hit my foot so hard. People can hear me coming from a mile away. If you don't care about the noise, buy these shoes. If you care...don't.

These are cute and comfortable except there is a spot on one of the shoes that feels like a nylon thread or something that pokes into my instep. But when I look at the spot, I can't see what it is. So I'm returning them.

This is a very comfortable sandal, but it slapped against my foot and I cannot take that noise, especially if I am wearing it in a quiet place...so unfortunately they need to go back. Thank you Zappos for such awesome service!

I love Clarks but these particular sandals do not offer the support that I am looking for. They are a bit on the spendy side for flip-flops. I was surprised at how lightweight they were. I feel like the foamy heel would break down after a while.

The shoe is very narrow. The velcro on the side does not allow for adjustment at all. If you open it up to widen the shoe, it does not have enough length on either side to close. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 and a 9 in these was comically large. They did however seem lightweight and like they would be comfortable for all day wear. If you have narrow feet, these will work, just order a size down.

Am returning this item. Although it looks really comfortable in the picture, I found the sandal to be narrow and the arch was not as high as I like. I much prefer the Vionic arch.

I'd love to give these super-comfortable thongs a five star review... Out of the box they are sharp, true to size and comfy. I've purchase 3 pair over the past year as I wanted an assortment of colors. I bought them for a lightweight year-round house shoe as I live in a warm climate and wouldn't wear traditional slippers. Only rarely do i wear them for a quick trip to market. Although I have taken excellent care of all pairs, rotate in wearing and don't subject them to harsh conditions or water, I've noticed the adhesive is beginning to separate in the layering of the soles. For 3 pair less than a year old, this seems a little worrisome. Wish I could risk ordering another pair as they are the most comfy and stylish thong ever, but first I'd like to see this "separation" issue sorted.

Cute flip-flops, and I love the color - but the thong rubs between my toes, and seems like it would cause a blister or raw skin. I normally wear wide sizes, but the medium (with the adjustable strap) worked fine for me.

I purchased these flip flops because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews (100% 5 stars?), and after receiving them I am not super impressed. The style of the shoe is underwhelming, but I think most people who purchase Clarks are ready to sacrifice style for comfort. However, the comfort factor was disappointing as well. I have high arches so I was very excited to see that 92% of reviewers said these shoes have moderate to excellent arch support. They lied! There is ZERO arch support in this shoe. The foot bed is squishy and comfortable, but they are flat as dollar store shower shoes. They are also shaped rather strangely, a bit narrow and long for my generally universal size 7 feet.

Comfortably light and very attractive. I had a problem with sizing because I wear a perfect 8 1/2 in Clarks. Thus the 9 was too big and the 8 was too short.
