I found this flip flop very comfortable. Only problem I have is the insole is ripping. In the design that was cut out is ripping and shows wear on the rest of insoles. I had to put nail polish on them to control ripping. Piece between toe was not uncomfortable at all. Have not worn this type of shoe in years and these I wore as soon as I bought them home without any problem. Would love to buy more if insole was a little better.

These sandals are very comfortable! Super casual. Great for walking around in. The sole is cushy and the thick strap provides lots of support. I bought the navy color because it is subtle and goes with everything! I definitely don't regret buying these sandals.

What a comfortable sandal. Kudos to Clarks to make a reasonable sandal that is adjustable for a narrow fit. The velcro strap is a welcome design. I concur with other posts that if you are between sizes definitely take the next whole size down. The 7 fit generously my 7 - 7.5 foot. The footbed is a cushion delight. Highly recommend. Thanks to Zappos for continued fabulous service.

I ordered these in Navy and in White. The white pair is perfect. I'd give it a 5 star rating on everything. It doesn't have much arch support but the footbed is so soft and thickly cushioned that I'll forgive it for being "flat" across the arch. I'm use to the Orthaheel Tide which has a deep heel cup and high arch that actually touches my high arch. But compared to regular flip-flops, these Clark's are on par. Strangely, the Navy pair didn't fit my foot the same as the white pair. It rubbed uncomfortably on the top of my right foot. Maybe it's just this particular shoe and a replacement pair would be fine. But I decided to return them because they are much more casual looking than the white pair. They would be okay to wear with jeans but I wanted them for skirts. The "sneaker look" sole on the navy pair is much more obvious due to the navy and white contrast. Therefore they look too casual for anything I wouldn't wear sneakers with.

When I ordered these I was hoping for comfort and support. I love the style. The leather upper is good looking and fits comfortably. The sole Is cushy and comfortable but it is not all that supportive. I actually get more support in my reef flip-flops. The molded footbed extends from the bottom of the foot down but does not cradle the foot at all. It's a completely flat footbed. I will keep these but next time I will look for something else or return to my more casual looking reefs.

I wore them for a 6 mile walk the day after I got them. It took a bit of adjusting but they were extremely comfortable and no blisters! I do wish there was more of an arch, however.

I bought these after trying them on in a department store. I agree that they should come in half sizes - I really need an 8.5 but the 9 is huge. So I bought the 8 and they'll work. I bought them in pewter which makes them a little more fun to wear with jeans or capris. They look nicer than just a plain flip flop. And they are very comfortable and have good arch support. Overall I'm happy!

I bought a pair of these and love them, but notice if it wasn't for the adjustable strap I wouldn't bearable to wear them when my feet swell in the heat. A lot of thong and flip flop makers don't allow any give for fat feet or swelling, if I go bigger size to allow for this then its to big but I like these kind.

The sandal was huge compared to the last purchase I made of the same sandal. I need to return to order the next size down.

Love the Velcro adjustments

I was hopeful these would be a step up from my usual flip flops. I was looking for a more supportive footbed and I liked the adjustment feature on the upper strap. But these actually were LESS supportive than my regular Nike flip flops. The adjustment thing is only infinitesimally useful, and the feel while walking was just "sloppy". Not only were they a bit on the wide side but the way the straps are designed just doesn't result in a flip flop that is comfortable to walk in, at least not to me. So, they're on their way back.

Love the Velcro straps but sole is not as cushioned as in previous designs

Way too Narrow. Waste of time....there was nothing wide about this sandal and I am only a C width.

Clark’s has changed this shoe design. Used to be so cushioned with good arch support. Now, they are flat and hard. Still cute, and I love the Velcro adjustment for my narrow feet. But disappointing.

I ordered these for a Florida trip, and they were just not as comfortable as my Reefs.

I am pretty much done with Clarks! The shoes are either too wide, or too narrow, too long or too short. I ordered these flip flops in an 8 (7.5W/8W being my regular size), they were too long, width was fine. In another I ordered a 7.5W, it was too wide. Nothing runs the same. And the to top that off, I paid a sale price of 32.99, and when I went to return they were 54.95 and a message said they couldn't be returns and I had to contact customer service. DONE, DONE, DONE!

Love the style of the shoe. In fact, I have seven pairs in varied colors. However, this new sandal no longer has the arch support of the former products. Very disappointed. I do hope they reconsider and return the arch support so many of us seek and counted on with Clark’s.

The shoe is well made but too wide so really unsafe walking as the shoe does not hold front of foot in place.

These were great to stand in BUT walking made the top strap dig in a bit. Back they go

They are not the same size they have made in the past...I have a pair 7yrs old..they are an 8 but more like an 8 1/2..they are also wider and much more cushy than the new model...new is a disappointment

They run narrow. Comfort is OK; did not live up to rave reviews that I read. Black patent style looks nice. I kept because I needed a nicer looking pair of flip flops to wear with dresses.

Good traction, comfortable footbed. Size 7 length is perfect, but they look and feel narrow for a flip flop. Top can be adjusted for a secure fit. They start to pinch at the adjustment point if worn all day.
