Just plain huge. Like bedroom fluffy slipper huge, only better looking. But my feet were actually slipping around in the shoes in all directions, and didn't feel real safe. Also, I wasn't aware of any arch support, and with a shoe that's so soft all around, there's not much holding your foot in place. And Clarks is doing a weird insole thing, with a footbed that is rubbery, and covered with bean sized "dots." I guess they're meant to massage your feet? Not so much. Too bad, I was hoping this would be a winner. The plus side is that the straps are stretchy, so high arches aren't pinched, but it's about the only good thing to say.

I have purchased and loved many Clarks shoes over the years, but was very disappointed in these which had no support in the sides, had heels which slipped, didn't seem to have sufficient cushioning, and seemed slightly larger than true-size. Fortunately, I also ordered another style, and liked the fit, better.

These are cute and comfortable, and going by reviews I read I thought they'd be great to wear while walking my dog. They seemed okay at first, but after a bit I really felt them rubbing. Then a bit later they started tearing into the backs of my ankles. So, if you're just gong to wear them around, I say go for it. But if you plan to walk in them, stay away. They fit true to size.

This shoe is really an ugly gold color. It is not narrow in the heel if you order N. I am returning.

why so many good reviews? did not work for me. 8M was tight across the width of the foot, 8W was too loose and my heels were slipping when walking very disappointed in this shoe, I was really looking forward to using a light slip on type shoe to do yoga with wearing my orthotics, but this did not work out in either the M or W

Very comfortable much like a slipper. No support to wear for more than an hour. Very flimsy and too soft. Looked good, felt good for less than an hour. I wear Clarks a lot, this one I'll not buy again.

Really disappointed as I wanted this shoe to be comfortable but it is more narrow than advertised and pinches horribly. Returning.

I wear an 8 1/2 AA or a 9 AAA. I ordered these in an 8 1/2 AA and a 9 AA. Neither worked. The heel slipped right off of my foot. They are cute but the AA is truly not a true AA. I put a lift and custom orthotics in the 9 AA was huge in length and width. In the 8 1/2 AA the length was okay but the width was not at all a AA. It felt like a B width. This was my first time trying Clarks. Never again.

These shoes are a total disappointment. The wide are not wide, there is no arch support, and there is no cushioning. I am returning them and will likely not search for Clark shoes anymore.

I worn the shoes for a few hours and the insert hurt my feet I have neuropathy and wouldn't recommend these shoes to people that do. Going to buy some insert and see if I can wear the shoes.

This shoe is not true to size. To begin with Clarks has a very limited supply and models offered in wide sizes. It does not offer EE or Wide E sizes. Their wide size is when available only gives you false expectations. This company for all their excellent products, does not seem to cater to women with small fee and wide feet. Do you know the number of women you are not catering. Check your demographics Clark! Dear fellow costumers do not buy this model in wide. It is a disaster! I seldom return but those I return are mostly clarks because they are seldom true to size.
