Love these chucks! They run about the same size as regular lace up chucks, which is a little big. I wear an 8 in these and an 8 1/2 in most other shoes. The elastic is a little tight across the tops right now, (I have a pretty high instep) but they will be fine once broken in.

I bought these because the model I really wanted was not available in 8.5. However, these are a bit tighter, and I could have bought them 1/2 size bigger. Also, the description has these listed as "cushioned insole" but this particular model has the regular insole.

The shoes are so cute. They are comfortable once you were them a couple times, just like any shoe. I first ordered an 8; I had to return them for a 7.5. I usually wear a 7.5, but some other reviews said these shoes run small. But I feel they are true to size. And my foot is on the wider size, too.

I had always loved the Chuck Taylor's since I was a young girl when it was all the rage to own a pair. Back then they just didn't look right on my foot but loved them on others. This weekend years later, I saw them again, this time on my sister in law and noticed that they didn't look as long. That's when I found out about the shoreline ox. I was leaving for vacation and thought they would be perfect but was running out of time. Leave it to zappos outstanding customer service and one day shipping, I received them today, just in time to wear them tomorrow when I leave. I normally wear an 8 and I don't have a narrow foot yet the 8 fit perfect. I would stay true to size. I'll be back for more colors!

These are perfect "cute mom shoes." After a few wears, they break in and you get callouses on your pinky toes ;) They look so cute!

Great shoe. My daughter loves them. We did need to go up a size because they are narrow. Zappos service is amazing. Shoes were delivered in only a couple of days.

These are SO CUTE!! I ordered my usual size and they are perfect. Never had Converse shoes before because I always thought they made my feet look huge but these are different. I ordered the black to wear with yoga tights and the white to wear with shorts. (Actually had to look elsewhere for the white ones, they were sold out of my size here on Zappos so order quickly, you can always send them back!) Glad I didn't order up or down a size, that would have been a mistake for me personally.

I was excited to finally find these in half sizes! Got them fast and they fit perfectly!

I loved the look and idea of this shoe, however, the heel kept slipping off the back of my foot. It didn't fit my foot very well. I wanted to try these Chucks, but will have to go back to the original fit.

I have been wearing Chucks for over 20 years. They are my favorite shoes to wear. These were a little different so I had to get a pair. I love them! I wear a 9 in the regular low top Chucks and ordered the same size. They fit perfect. I was afraid they may have been a little big with the heal needing to be snug and not wearing socks as well but they aren't. Also I feel they make my foot look smaller then the original 6 hole style. They don't disappoint. I got Navy and would like to get a white and black pair too. The shipping was super fast, I was very happy about that.

I agree with the reviewer who said they make her feet look smaller. I'm also short with a shoe size most of my taller friends have, so that is one of the reason I haven't worn Chuck Taylor's before this. Thank you for this 4-eyelet slip on! Love this style, it is a great comfortable, casual shoe.

The fit true to size and did not accentuate my large foot (size 10).

Love these! Standard chuck's always felt too narrow and made my feet look huge (long)... not these! they are super cut and super comfortable (and I'm a B width)...

These are the best! Of course, I have always owned Converse in one style or another for the last 20 years. The Shoreline Slip-On Ox version is a great slip on. The laces make your foot seem shorter (is that possible??) than the version without laces. The elastic in the back holds my feet in without painful rubbing. Converse in general aren't the most cushioned shoes but they are comfy enough for an average day. They are perfect for running around town. These look great with cuffed jeans, capris, shorts, and maxi skirts. I love love slip ons when going through security at the airport (with no-show socks). I hope my size returns in all the colors so I can get a few more pairs!

I love these shoes! I hate wearing socks so I usually never wear tennis shoes but I wanted a pair of converse. I opted for this pair because i enjoyed the no laces factor and as a busy mom of four, this suits my life very well. These are cute as well as easy to slip on and go well with jeans or shorts. The only downside is that I have semi-wide feet so I can't wear these all day without getting a callous on the side of my foot. You can't wear thin socks with these because they seem like they were meant for bare feet but I could be wrong.

I have tried to make Converse sneakers work in the past and have been unsuccessful. For me, they have had a never ending break in period and they make my size 10 feet look huge. However, I have started doing weight training at the gym and for squatting the recommended shoe type is a flat sneaker type. Hence my decision to give this brand of shoe another shot. So far I have worn them about five times and while I love the look and they work at the gym, they are definitely not comfy for normal, prolonged use. The four hole situation makes them much more flattering on my feet and I love that they are pull-ons, but I had to exchange my size 10 for size 9½ because while I am typically always a 10, these left a gap at my heel that led to gathering of fabric and sliding down of the shoe; it just didn't feel secure and looked like a sloppy fit. The 9½ stays on, but the toe box does not feel roomy like the 10 did (obviously). With the 9½ my toes are not cramped length wise but my pinky is painfully tight on the side. I really wish I could get these in a 9½W (even though I am not typically a wide width) because I am hopeful that the shoes will break-in eventually, but would prefer not to go through that process since that sometimes leads to discoloration of the skin that's being rubbed. I would recommend these for style but certainly not for comfort.

I love these sneakers! I have slightly larger than average size ankle bone so I never think these type (Converse, Vans, etc) sneakers look good on me, but because these have a wider opening and fewer eyelets they look adorable! Now for fit... Because of my ankles I always get blisters from sneakers on the back of my ankle. I have been told that it was because the laces were not tied tight enough. But when I would listen and tie my laces tighter the top of foot hurt terribly and I still ended up with painful blisters. But with these there is elastic at the back of the ankle and from day one I have not ever gotten any rubbing or blistering. I did purchase the Converse socks (Chucks cut) to wear with them. Now because I do have fallen arches, which make my feet spread a bit, and I have slight wider than average feet and I am nursing a recently removed ingrown toe nail, I was concerned about these shoes being too narrow (looks so cute and narrow) keep in mind I truly wear an 8 but I always go to an 8½ because of my slightly wide feet (ordering wide was always too wide) to my surprise these are super roomy in the toe box (some may feel they are an ever so slightly long) I was so happy. I am a hairstylist and I had to find something I could wear after the nail was removed (the doctor said to wear open toe shoes but with cutting hair I cannot do that) I have worn them to work every day for the pat several weeks and my toe and width of my foot are both just fine. Now that being said, worn as often as I do, I need to get inserts already as the comfort in the footbed is already worn down. I have ordered a second pair however because I love them so much I want to have a nice pair to wear around town on errands or during vacation as an alternative to flip-flops or sandals. I love these shoes!

I LOVE these shoes, they're super comfortable. and cute. I've recently had surgery on my left foot so I have to be very careful about the shoes I buy, and these have been great!! Had to buy a pair for my daughter in law too, she liked them so well!

LOVE! This is my second pair after thoroughly wearing out my previous pair. I had sized down last time, per the comments and my pinky toes always felt squeezed, but I dealt with it. Ordered my usual size this time (7.5) and no more pinky toe problems! Being able to slip them on and go is GREAT. They also have a slightly slimmer look than the traditional Chucks, which I also love. I have gotten several compliments on these shoes.

Awful shoes. Super narrow, super long. Anyone with a wide-ish foot should not consider this shoe. Plus, no support, no arch, no cushion. Terrible.
