What a great pair of shoes! Once a week I have to walk on a concrete floor for six hours straight in a dress and these shoes were like butter on my feet right out of the box. I almost passed them by because my experience with Naturalizer has been that their WW are not true to width, I was very pleasantly surprised with this purchase. I am probably going to order another pair in brown. And as always no shoe company I have ever dealt with can beat Zappos customer service and lightning fast shipping. I have been a loyal customer for about eight years. I buy all my shoes through Zappos.

This is a very comfortable sandal, and looks good too. I have very difficult feet and these are comfortable right of the box. A little bit narrower but I order wide so the fit is perfect. It is so difficult to find a comfortable sandal that does not look like orthotic, and I am not a fan of flats, thongs, and flip-flops. I had to make several returns to Zappos until I found something that fits and I like. Thanks for a great service.

A terrific city sandal, perfect in every way - except the back buckle rubbed right under my ankle bone. So sorry to return this shoe.

I just loved the look of these shoes and I took a chance on them. I'm so happy I did because the fit is really good, the 9 W was the right size for me, the brown color is really beautiful, and I haven't noticed any rubbing on any part of my feet. I will check them out for an all day wearing.

Ordered in WW which is what I normally wear. This shoe runs wide. Will try next width down to see if it fits.

This is a comfortable show and it's adjustable on the back which allows for a perfect fit. The straps are soft leather and there is plenty of cushioning on the bottom of the shoe. The shoe is stylish and flattering for my wide foot. These are a keeper!

These are very comfortable and actually fit my double wide feet perfectly. I had a small issue with my little toe rubbing the side, but that was due to my feet swelling. Other than that, they are easy to walk in, and very comfortable.

I really liked the look of these shoes, and the pale tan leather is a great summer neutral. It did seem like they would be everyday summer shoes with a bit of style. But the narrow was too wide for my narrow feet - even with the back strap cinched down as far as they would go, the shoes were too loose around my mid-foot and my feet was sliding side to side in them. It is so difficult to find cute, modern-looking sandals for really narrow feet, and different manufacturer's narrow widths are all over the map, so I thought that I would give these a try. But they are a no go.

These shoes are easy to wear. I have difficult feet. These can be paired with a summer dress and are fairly comfortable. I am very thankful for the narrow sizes.

I have mixed emotions about this sandal. I bought it in brown at a local department store. After wearing it for a couple days, I was so happy with the comfort. So I went to Zappos and bought it in both this metallic color and in black. My emotions are mixed because I'm not sure if it looks like granny shoes - or not. Anyhow this color is nice. It's not flashy metallic. It's kind of greyish goldish and goes with everything that's brownish, bluish or even some greyish. It does have a granny velcro closing strap. I'm giving it four stars overall because of my doubts.

This shoe was comfortable right out of the box. I am continually fighting either my feet or my shoes, and these I could wear for a full day (after flying - so my feet were puffy) with no issue!

I haven't had a chance to really wear them yet. Weather isn't quite sandal weather. Saying that they look great on and our comfortable. The only concern I have is the shoe is cushioned but stiff on bottom sole. I prefer a more flexible sole, but will keep these because they are great style and fit well.

Love this trendy leather shoe. I purchased this shoe in wide to give my feet wiggle room and they fit perfectly. The back strap attached to the heal should be wider to stabilize your heal a little better. That is why the 4 stars on overall.

Love these shoes! Very comfortable and are easy on the feet. I only have 1 problem with them: the first time I wore them the "buckle" on the strap seemed fine. On the 2nd wearing, the buckle was rubbing into my ankle and caused a scab. I will keep them as they are a great shoe and perhaps I just need to "break them in" a little.

More narrow than most Naturalizer's have been in recent years. I usually have to go down in size with Naturalizer's in order but this one is slightly too snug. Will need to order an 8N. Lots of good support and padding in arch!

I usually buy a 9(2E) in shoes to accommodate my wide foot and unusually high arches. These shoes in 9WW fit like a glove. Not only do they avoid poking and pinching all over the top and sides of my feet, they also remain cushy and comfortable on the soles all day long. You can feel the deep support through the heel, and the adjustable back strap makes the fit fully customizable. My only complaint is that they are a bit hot for sandals. Being leather and relatively full-coverage, your feet will start sweating pretty quickly. Naturalizer - we need this exact sandal in a strappier version!

My biggest problem is narrow's not being narrow enough. This shoe is really true to size, only had to tighten heel strap a bit. Very comfortable. Work in them and I am on my feet quite a bit.

I love the style and color of these shoes. The leather felt soft and comfortable against my skin. I like the adjustable Velcro heel strap. The shoes run large and wide. My regular size does not fit. I will reorder in smaller size and hope it fits.

This will be a solid addition to my summer shoe wardrobe - decent style (not too old-ladyish), nice fit, good comfort, comfortable heel height. My quibble is that Naturalizer skimped on the Velcro, so when I cinch up the strap to fit my narrow heel, the end of the strap flaps open, catching on my pants. I fixed it with Velcro dots from the office supplies store - but really, Naturalizer? An inch of Velcro is going to break the bank?

It is rather difficult to find shoes like these. I have wide feet and require a little height to give me support. This style of shoes meets my needs and I feel that my money is well spent. Thank you, Zappos, for providing quality shoes.

Comfortable. Gives great support. Slight platform gives the look of a higher heel, but it is not a large rise. Wish the heel strap was longer. I have to thread it through every time I put them on. No slip on and go.

Nice shoe. I have a difficult foot to fit, narrow, and my right foot is at least half a size smaller than my left. The right is loose but with the adjustable strap, not too bad. Haven't worn them outside yet. Biggest complaint is that the back edge of the front cross strap crosses over the end of my little toe which tends to pop out! Not sure how to deal with that.

The sandals were very nice for the money, but unfortunately they rub just where I was injured some time ago so I can't wear them.

The nickel is more tan-toned than gray. I was surprised at how narrow and how long these were. I will be trying a medium width and a half-size smaller to see how that works.

Very pretty shoe and good fit for my size 12M, comfy insole, not much arch support but well balanced. Unfortunately, the outsole feels very hard and slippery, seems unsafe so returning it.
