The back of the shoe was way too tall causing blisters after just wearing around the house. Not comfortable at all!

Shoe buckles at side when walking feels flimsy...ankle support is weak. Not impressed by style more of a shoe for someone with bland style. I couldn't even say that a senior citizen would wear them because my 70 year old aunt wears Tory Burch and Ted Baker and I wouldn't want to insult her. Sorry Doc.

This is the first time I have been completely disappointed with a Zappos purchase. I ordered the shoes in a W width, and after wearing for a couple hours they felt extremely tight and short in length. After a day of wear my feet were swollen and blistered in several places from the poor fit. I am bummed that it took wearing these shoes around to know how uncomfortable they are, as I am now unable to return them. This was a wasted purchase.

I have a wide foot, I ordered these in wide and the width was comfortable. However they were not flattering at all. The sides of the shoes didn't have enough height or coverage. The sidesliterally only covered the very edge or side of my foot revealing so much skin that it made my foot look even wider and uglier. This shoe is not flattering for wide feet.

this is a "wide" shoe and it felt narrower than regular. Was also almost a size smaller. Would not recommend.

They looked cute and felt fine at first, but then I started walking in them. They totally cut up my feet. I ordered my normal size and width, but feel they they are larger than expected. A disappointment.

The shoe itself is sized fine, but the trip around the top is a little tight. The toe was more round than anticipated.

I needed a pair of solid black, plain ballet flats for a Halloween costume to wear all day teaching. Typically a size 11w has gotten the job done in every other shoe I've purchased. These were WAY too tight in the toe box and cut awkwardly across the top of my foot. The the width ended up leaving gapping on either side of my foot. They were cute enough to wear for pictures and starting each class, but were immediately subbed out with 15 minutes. (I clocked a total of 90 minutes of total wear. I've tried again since and just couldn't do it.) The material looks on the cheap end and could appear to tear easily. If they fit your foot and for the price, you could have a decent flat that could last a couple months. What a bummer.

I had high hopes for these shoes to be comfortable due to being Dr. Scholl's and all. However, they weren't. The toe covering is small. The end of my toes were showing, which is not something that has happened with any other shoes. They were also too small. I ordered an 8 (my normal size). While briefly trying on, they felt somewhat cushiony on the bottom. Had to return.

Unattractive on my foot. Made my feet look wide. The toe was uncomfortable over the top of my foot. Would look better on someone with a narrow foot.

I walk a lot at work so I ordered these to wear with a variety of outfits, thinking they would be comfortable all day. I was wrong. They took weeks to break in and when they finally did the bottom of the shoe around the heel started to wear out and squeak. The shoes were completely unwearable after two months.

The foot hole was really tight, despite the shoes looking kind of wide. There is no stretch in the shoes at all. They fit tight right off the bat. Sadly, I had to return them.

An uncomfortable shoe, which runs about a full size smaller. I normally wear a 7, especially in flats, but ordered half a size up based on reviews. The shoe was still a bit small. Standing in the shoe, the toe box turns upward, as if the shoes are missing heels. I bought them because I am still recovering from a sprained ankle, and I needed the extra support. Based on an outstanding pair of Dr. Scholl shoes I owned a few years ago, I felt these flats were the answer for work shoes. Wrong. There is no arch support at all. My ankle actually began hurting again during the short time I wore them.

Cute! So snug in all the wrong places. My feet were mad at me for a few days after I wore them. Got them in a wide width and they still hurt and rubbed and pulled.

I'm a true size 9 and had to return for 1/2 size larger. I do have a slightly wide foot, but not enough for W. These are just too tight. There is a pinch at the based on my pinky toe on both shoes. I've never experienced this before, so I took a long time to wear them again. I wore them all day at work and the pinch developed to a blister. The style is cute but my feet look like bread rising.

I have problem feet - bunions, neuroma, etc. These shoes were not at all comfortable for me. I am returning them.

I purchased these shoes in my normal size. I had to send them back and order a size wider and larger. I expected great comfort from these shoes being that they were Dr. Scholls. This was not the case. I had blisters in so many places. I would wear these two work and only make it about an hour before I would have to change my shoes, but being as it was too late to return them I made it my mission to break them in. It took me about 6 months of wearing them an hour a day to feel better. Very disappointed!

So disappointed and aggravated. In my usual size, these felt tight. A half size larger seemed great, until I tried to wear them all day. Multiple sources of pain: beside/over the little toe, the heel (which is high on the back of the foot), and little support. Also, the sides look cheap where they look almost gathered. Too late to return them.

How ironic that a shoe named "friendly" should be so uncomfortable. Felt smaller than marked and cut into my foot. Going back!

Cute looking shoe, but unfortunately my wide and flat feet looked even flatter! I don't foresee this show being comfortable for long periods of time.

Bought this shoe looking for a comfortable flat for a trip to Europe. I thought Dr. Scholls would be a good bet, but I was very disappointed when I tried them on. While the bed of the shoe is very comfortable, the edges were like knives. This was especially an issue where the edging material overlaps (on the back outside of each shoe). It creates a lip that scratches at your foot. I couldn't stand even walking around my living room in them, much less around the world. I returned them.

These shoes are so cute, just what I was looking for, so I am sad that I have to return them. The solid blue band is so firm. It does not bend at all when you walk. I am not willing to get the tops of my feet cut up just to try to break these in! FYI, they are also low cut in the front, so there is "toe cleavage" showing on the outer toes (not at the big toe, though). Dr. Scholl's, please make these shoes foot friendly!

These shoes are cute but are narrow. I wear a size 10W. They are too small so I have to return them. Beware that these shoes are not a true wide width.

Has the potential to be a comfortable shoe. I ordered the fabric version and there was bad upper seam connection that immediately started irritating my foot. This seam was present at the same location of each shoe (in both the 7.5 and 8 size). It seemed to be poor craftsmanship, and wearing these would definitely result in sad feet.
