I wanted to like this Marc Jacobs bag; certainly I paid a lot for it so I should actually love it. But I had used it several times before I realized that I do not like it at all, and of course it is too late to return it. To start with the positive, the bag "is" highly attractive on the outside. I love the weight of the leather, and the gold hardware is very nice. I also like the zippered flap which I use to store my keys. The flap opens into a pocket that is the length and width of the bag. All I have to do to find my keys is unzip the zipper and reach my hand into the pocket. Perfect. One thing I do not like is that the lining is black printed with the repeating logo in white, so it is not always easy to find what I am looking for. Also, the opening is a little smaller than the width of the bag, which is neither good nor bad except that you will have to turn some items sideways to get them in. The strap is a nice length for cross body wear and is adjustable. It is the following that is the "deal-breaker" for me. I absolutely cannot stand the interior shape/design/form. I knew when I purchased this bag that it is not structured; however, it is impossible to keep anything in place. Nothing sits vertically. My wallet always flops down horizontally to the bottom of the bag where I constantly have to dig for it. I can never find what I am looking for in the main compartment (granted, this may be a complete non-issue for some/most people). Also note that things tend to travel to the corners of the bag so I spend a lot of time digging around for what I want. My opinion is that this is not the bag for someone who needs to get to her items quickly. I think this might be best for a woman who only carries a few items in her bag. I do not use the bag now except when I am running quick errands and only need my wallet, phone, and keys. I hope this information has been helpful.

I love this bag!! I've been eyeing it for months and I'm so glad it's finally mine! The outer zip up compartment is perfect to store phone and keys so the days of hunting through my bag for those items are over. The bag itself is large enough to hold a checkbook wallet, makeup case, and glasses. The leather is so soft and I love Marc Jacobs signature inner lining. The bag is a bit large as a crossbody for me since I'm only 5'0 so I just put the one strap over my shoulder. Bottom line: if you are considering this bag get it...you won't have any regrets.

I needed (wanted) an everyday black purse and this was the front runner. It's very comfortable and not too big or too heavy. Soft leather and silky interior are nice touches. And of course Zappos shipped promptly!

This purse is made of beautiful leather that withstands abuse. I have had it for over three years and have used it nearly everyday since purchasing it. The only visible wear is where the handle meets the bag. It can be dressed up or used as an everyday bag. It is great if you travel frequently since it can be worn as a messenger bag to free up your hands. Overall, this is a quality bag that I will purchase again.

I was really excited to buy this bag but the quality isn't what I expected. I'm not sure if this is because I got a bright, neon colored bag instead of a traditional leather color. Within a few days, the blue "leather" near the magnetic clasp started to peel a little. I expected better quality for the price and the minimal amount I used this bag - I've never had this happen on a Tory Burch, Kate Spade, or Michael Kors bag.

This handbag is exquisite. It is so well made and the leather is thick and luscious. The zipper operates like a dream and the full length area that is separate from the snapped compartment is huge. This bag holds a ton of stuff and I found it easy to locate anything inside. With all those positives, the issue that came up for me was the width of the strap. It is just too small for a big bag like this -- at least for me. It dug into my shoulder and made it just too uncomfortable to use even though I did not have the bag too full and heavy. They have just released a new version (they call it the New Natasha) with a wider strap but have reduced the size of the bag with some other changes as well. I am hoping they do a wider strap for this larger size bag and create perfection.

The perfect bag. It's light, with a single inner main compartment, several small spaces for cell etc., and one zippered larger one. The flap has a zipper which opens into a compartment the size of the entire bag. The leather is soft and the color, half gray half brown, goes with everything. Expensive, but worth it.

Great casual purse to wear strapped across chest. Not too small, not too big, perfect to carry essentials without loading it with too much. If this is what you're looking for, this purse is for you.

This bag is perfect! Love it. Easy to use, especially on the go. I love being able to use both of my hands when I shop. It's the perfect size and the leather is soft.

I bought this last year and it was the best purchase I could of made. Perfect for causal outings or a fancy night out. I get lots of compliments and my friend ended up buying the same pursue in purple. I'm 5'2" I had the adjust the strap but overall made for me!

The bag is great! Just the right size and this color goes with everything. I loved it! The one thing I didn't like is that I did not receive the cloth bag that you should get to store your purse while not in use.

I love my black Marc Jacobs purse. I decided I needed something smaller because I go out a lot and cross bodies like this are just easier. The inside has the perfect amount of space. I like that the bag is larger than most cross body's and the leather is so soft!

This purse is awesome! Like everyone else has said, it is the perfect size as it is not so small that you feel it's not worth the price but not so big that it is more like a large messenger bag. The leather is nice and soft, the color is beautiful (I have gotten both black and tan). Very worth the money as it can be dressed up or down.

I would consider myself a purse-aholic, I just can't resist them! But I'm also very particular, and I love, love, love this purse! It's a great size, not too big, not too small; the leather is soft and supple and it hangs easily on the shoulder. I would recommend this great purse to anyone. I only wish they had it in additional colors!

I LOVE this bag!!! It's the perfect size and fits everything I need. I was actually surprised at how much it can fit. It's super comfy to wear for long periods of time and can be casual or dressy. This is the perfect bag!

This bag is worth every penny! It's fashionable, functional, and versatile. The zip-up outer compartment is very roomy and fits my change purse/bus pass holder, keys, lip balm, smartphone, and several business size envelopes. The main compartment is under the flap and is very roomy. I'm able to fit my iPad, a small make-up bag, a compact wallet, a granola bar, several other odds and ends, and sometimes a banana. There is a magnetic closure which is automatically connects once I remove my hand from the compartment. I do worry about carrying so much stuff so I check the condition of the straps pretty often and they are still looking good and going strong 8 months later. The strap length is adjustable and has metal grommets over the holes for additional strength what I like best about it is I can quickly tie a knot if I have to hang it on the back of a chair and gives me the option to carry it like a tote. The leather grows more supple with time. We get plenty of rain here so I will usually try to brush off the water drops as soon as I get out of the rain and wipe it dry. I have my eye on the Mini Natasha just because I love the design of this line and the convenient outer pocket.

I absolutely love this purse! My boyfriend got me this bag in cement (he did well!) It goes with everything and I love how you can dress it up or down and its not as flashy as a Louis Vuitton. This has become my favorite bag I use it all the time! It fits everything I need it does not look like it would but it really does fit a lot and I love how the zipper on the top is easy to access. My only con would be the magnetic part because it has a strong hold on it. I hope later on it does not rip the leather or anything other than that. I love this bag!

I love this bag.... I had been looking at it in black for a while but couldn't justify spending that much on another black purse. Then I saw it in the cement colour and loved it. Great neutral colour that I think will work in any season and with any outfit. It's the perfect size - not too big but big enough to hold all the essentials. Sits comfortably crossbody (I'm 5' 7" - not overly tall but often crossbody's sit too short on me!). Leather is awesome, and opens and closes easily. I'm super happy with it :)

I was on the look out for a black cross body that I can use everyday and for going out...this Marc Jacobs bag fit the bill. I have no idea why it took me so long to find it! The bag itself is made of such soft leather that it is a pleasure to hold and carry. The strap is comfortable and hangs well cross body and comfortably on my shoulder. It is also the perfect size for me. I carry a ton of stuff around and this is big enough for every little knick knack I might be carrying around at the moment. I love the zippered pocket too...it's so deep and I love the security it gives. Overall, I rate this bag a full score. I highly recommend it. My search for a small, black, soft leather bag is over and yours will be too when you buy this bag!

I have been looking for a good quality generously sized crossbody back and this one is perfect. The size is perfect and the leather is very soft. I also like how easy it is to close it.

I love it! It's a awesome purse. I can fit my iPad, large wallet, keys, camera and phone without making it bulky. This is my first MJ purse and its not going to be my last.

One of my co-workers has this bag and I fell in love with it. I was looking for a nice crossbody bag that had a little style but wasn't so large that I would completely load it down. For me, this one is the perfect size. I'm 5'4" and had no problem with the adjustable strap being too long. I like that there are two distinct areas for your stuff. At this cost it isn't cheap but I think I'll use it for years and years. I'm extremely happy with my choice and of course I loved getting it the next day. Thanks Zappos for being super awesome!

I've been stalking this MBMJ bag to a while but was hesitant to make the purchase because it's described as a cross body, a style which I dislike. To my relief, the strap is adjustable enough to turn it into a shoulder bag, though it hangs at hip level (I'm about 5'6") and I prefer something a little higher up. It's also a little smaller than I thought it would be. I don't carry a ton of stuff around, though, and everything I do carry fits without adding a lot of bulk. The leather is excellent quality and the overall appearance is quite attractive--the more I use it the more I like it. It is a slouchy style, but not sloppy or shapeless. I own a lot of designer bags and this is a pleasing addition to my collection.

Pretty purse in lovely soft leather. It's more on the casual side than on the formal side but should work well for work and play. It's comfortable to wear and has enough space for my wallet, phone, sunscreen etc without being excessively bulky.
