This is my second pair of Keens and I am totally satisfied with each one. The service is as great as the product.

It'll take some wearing around to get the feel for it. So far the hardened rubber at the toe and heel are a bit slippery on hard smooth surfaces, but look and feel like well made sandles... Pretty sturdy, but a bit on the big side like half a size bigger

I bought these for my son whose other flip flops were in bad shape. He received within a couple of days (thanks Zappos!) and said they were very comfortable, fit well, pleased overall.

I found these sandals to be very comfortable.

I wear a size 12 in most shoes but typically have to wear a smaller size in flip flops. I initially ordered a size 11 and they were too small but the strap felt perfect. I then ordered a size 12 and it was too large. The flip flops ended up being just too loose. I then ordered a 11.5 and they are perfect. I’ve worn other Keen shoes in my correct size of 12 and they fit perfect.

Great sandal. Good fit if you order a half size larger. One star deducted because they are a little heavier than the average flip flop.

Great heavy duty flip flop for boys specifically for travel.

Bought these a few days before my Caribbean cruise. Didn’t find anything on the other, larger e-commerce sites, then I remembered my good luck with Z. I’m glad I remembered....these were relatively inexpensive, I got them the next day, and wore them every day while cruising. I recommend these highly.

Bought these for my husband. He has wide flat feet and loves these! He wore another brand for years after wearing these for a day he doesn’t want anything but these! Highly recommend

As I get older, my arches are not as arched as they once were. I live on an island, and needed a pair of flips for beach use, and really, all around town. Things are really casual here. Finding anything in a size 14 is a challenge, but these "foot" the bill. Comfortable, great support, and seem to withstand the sand and salt that the Atlantic throws at me. I have gravitated to Keen for many years, with casual, hiking, and cycling shoes; as my wide duck-feet need a size and stance that is true. These, like all of the Keen shoes I have soled my feet with, do not disappoint.

Simply the best you can buy for the money. I have no complaints and would strongly recommend them to anyone needing flip-flops. My thanks to the previous reviewers for helping me choose the Keen Kona Flip.

I have heaped abuse on these sandals while doing early summer chores -- for example, tromping down a load of cut brush and clippings in the bed of a pickup truck. They've stood up admirably to the stress and strain and have stayed comfortable and good looking.

I've got my Keen Kona Flip and it looks great and feels great. Zappos, a great service with a smile.

Keen footwear is the best! I have several pairs of their other models. These are the best flip flops I've ever owned. You get all the support and comfort of the other shoes. Great to walk in. I may get another pair as a back up.

I was so impressed with these sandals. First time I've worn a pair of thong type sandals with such a well-molded foot bed. Incredibly comfortable and excellent support for a sandal. I'm a size 15 with a slightly narrow foot--many size 15 shoes are a little too small for me in length, and this sandal was perfect.

Bought these right before my trip to Maui, replacing an old pair of Columbia flips. Super comfortable; like the fact they rinse off easily. Highly recommended!

Amazingly simple looking - but comfy flip flops. My husband loves them. But I love Zappos! If everything could be as easy and painless as ordering from Zappos.com...there would be no need for counselors, spas or relaxation techniques.

I haven't taken these shoes off since I got them. I love to go barefoot, which works on Cape Cod but here in Tucson, the cactus makes barefoot walking dangerous. These are perfect.

They are good, just had to get used to the higher thick heel. Overall good fit and comfort.

I ordered these flip flops in May for my husband and they are already coming apart. Can they be returned? He has only worn them a 3-4 times.

i've been purchasing keen's sandal for approx 6 years. i like this model of sandal, but one of the straps broke after only a few months of wearing it. i'm now looking at other brands.

my only issue is the strap, it’s not tight enough. I even went down a size but no luck. not normal for me and Keen. they are just to loose

Look good, feel great with stable foot bed. Happy I got them.

I wear a 9 in my Keen H2, but in these flips i needed an 8. Still fits funny on my left foot, but i think that’s just me.
