Great shoe

The arch area was not good for my foot. No one size fits all.

This is my 4th pair of Keens. I love them! I especially like the closed-toe design. Most comfortable sandal I have ever worn.

The arch support hurt my foot arch. It seemed like the groves & lettering embedded in the molded support hurt my arch.

Keens are excellent shoes and Zappos always provides excellent service.

I had to order a size bigger. Once I did that, love the shoes.

My husband and his brother both bought these for a family trip to a lakehouse in New Hampshire. They both loved them. The beach and lake are rocky and we needed protection for our feet when swimming and kayaking. These are lightweight, yet sturdy, and perfect for water sports. I own two pairs of the women's Newport H2 and my 2 year old daughter has the kids version. The Clearwater is lighter than the Newport - not as sturdy and wide - but my husband wanted a more lightweight shoe. Mine have held up for years. I love how easy they are to wear in and out of water, sand, and rocks. They are comfortable when wet (though not great for any real swimming as they drag in the water). Great for play and water sports!

My initial order was returned after I decided I needed a little more room in this particular shoe. However, the return process could not have been handled more professionally or efficiently. With a return label provided via email, I returned my initial order and received the replacement pair the next day. What could possibly be easier than that! Love the shoes and will return for my next shoe purchase.

Taking advice of other reviewers I first went 1/2 size larger - still too small. Finally, size 11, a full size larger than I normally get. I find this ridiculous - why such a large error? And comparing this shoe to my others, it's not imagination - even the 11 is slightly smaller than two other sandals. Once getting 11's I'm very pleased. Got them primarily for my sailboat shoe. The light weight, non-marking soles, toe protection, great ventilation and sun protection are great features. You tend to forget you're wearing them.

I've had a very hard time finding comfortable sandals.I have a tall foot which requires that I normally buy a 4e to provide enough space to be comfortable. I also normally wear Altra running shoes because they have a wide toe box and little arch support. These shoes are very comfortable and also have a relatively flat insole. I just went on vacation for a week and wore these all day every day and my feet were always comfortable. They seem well made. I normally wear a 10.5 4e in regular shoes and an 11 fits very well in these sandals. Great shoes.

Love the shoes, but they really were small. Normally take a 10.5, so ordered an 11. It was small and narrow, had to go to 11.5. Nonetheless they are great boat sandals. Very light, almost minimalist.

This Clearwater sandal feels closer to my barefoot running shoe than the clunky shoe I am used to from Keen. Love it.

I normally wear a Men's 10 which I ordered in the Sunset/Marigold color. Upon receipt of the shoes I tried them on and my toe hit the end of the shoe. I had to order a full size up (11) which was a much better fit. These shoes are far lighter than an older pair of enclosed Teva sandals I have for rafting etc... and are much more comfortable to wear around town in casual settings. I love the color I chose as it works with most colors in my wardrobe. I would recommend these sandals but would highly suggest ordering at least a half if not a whole size up.

Bought the Keen Clearwater CNX for my son with the ever-growing feet! He complains frequently about shoes not being comfortable or achy feet at the end of long days. These shoes, however, are a great fit for him! He has worn the Newports up until now, but these seem to suit him better without a break-in period. We did have to go up a half size in this style--but once again, the Zappos magic saved the day!!

Well made but narrow compared to H2

Nice shoe, runs a bit small. Bought them They don't seem to have as much arch support as other Keen's I own. Nice for running around town but not for being the "only shoe" on a long trip.

Great shoes but they do run small. I tested three different sizes until I was sure of the fit, and Zappos cust service was incredible during the process. I order one size up and those were the "goldilocks" pair.

I love this style of shoe for its open airy feel, covered toe, and back strap. Keen is generally a good brand and this particular shoe lives up to that reputation. The size felt tight to me, but I exchanged it for a half size up (which Zappos is really good about) and it worked out perfectly.

Great shoe! I like keen shoes, and these don't disappoint either. Run a little small, recommend a half size up.

They are comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in time needed. I didn't think I needed these, but my wife was confident I would for our trip to Estes Park, CO. Well, I was right, wore them one time and unsure when I will ever need these again. Nevertheless, they are very comfortable.

I purchased these 1/2 bigger based on other keen reviews. I'm a female and that was a poor choice. these are less bulky than the newport H2 and I like them better. seem comfy and sturdy. will re order in my size and see what happens.

Very comfortable shoe, 'like not wearing a shoe' says 18 year old canoe counselor. In and out of the water sturdy, good looking shoe!
