Love this shoe but have to return it as the left is loose in the heel and the right fits perfect. Even the heel of the left is shaped differently. Going to try once more in hopes the next pair is right. They are so very comfortable.

Nice shoe in a color I was needing. A little stiff but hoping it breaks in as I wear them more. Not quite as comfortable as my Clarks or Bass shoes that I paid way less for.

Very comfortable shoe. Didn't realize it's made by New Balance. Nice forefoot and arch support.

Nice style and width in front, but too wide in heel -- my heel slips. I was sorry to have to return these shoes.

Quite comfortable. They're a sturdy shoe that adds a nice pop of color to an outfit. I bought them knowing Cobb Hill is a New Balance brand and was not disappointed.

I liked the comfort (though they slipped a little in the heel). However the combination of the style (not that great) and the price (expensive) makes them a return. I will keep looking!

I haven't had a chance to wear this shoe yet, but when I tried it on for the first time it felt great. The leather is soft & the insole is nicely padded. This is my first pair of Cobb Hill shoes. I ordered another style because of the way these felt & had to send them back...totally different fit.

I purchased these for work. They certainly are not sexy, which is not my aim anyhow, but they look professional and are comfortable. The construction is sound and they seem to be able to handle adverse weather without failing.

Very happy with these shoes. They are very comfortable and supportive with some nice little detail. This is the first time I have bought this brand and I would definitely try them again.

Very comfortable shoe. I can stand and walk all day at work. After a few months of wear one of the buttons popped off the shoe.

I have a pair of these in red that I bought years ago and love. This brown pair felt good in the left foot and way too tight in the right. A shame b/c I really like these shoes.

I went up half a size but these were not comfortable for my wide and small feet

This shoe had a weird raised curved area in the ball of the foot that put too much pressure on my foot.

I like the shoes except for the fact they are too wide and slip on my heels. I bought a pair of thin inserts hoping this would remedy the slippage but this was not the case. Sadly I am returning these and will reorder a different style and size (possibly AA narrow) in hopes of a better fit. Zappos, you remain my favorite "go to" shoe store!

Good looking shoes, really hoped to be able to keep them. I own another Cobb Hill pair in 10W which were a good fit. In this style though 10W was too narrow so I ordered 10WW (extra wide) but they turned out to be too wide in the heel but still felt narrow at the ball of the foot. Also it seems 10.5 would be more comfortable in my case.

These shoes are fairly comfortable and easy to wear. They feel a tad lower in the heel. I would really like them a lot, but they're lined with tricot-covered foam and make my feet sweat. So within a couple of hours, I'm pulling them off.

Liked the style a lot but did not have enough support for my foot.

I wear a narrow shoe. My heel slipped right out. I don't think they are properly sized as a narrow.

I’ve purchased this same item in the past & it is not the quality it used to be.

Felt way big. Will have to try a smaller size I have not worn in many years.

The shoe was very comfortable. I need a wide width and these fit perfectly. I returned them because, to me, the sole made the shoe seem less stylish than what I was looking for.

I like the fit and style of this shoe but it has a pad in the sole that has an uncomfortable ridge that bothers my foot..

The Navy color is nowhere close to navy! Very disappointing since the style is cute and comfortable. The color is a lighter sort of dusty blue - not even in the neighborhood of navy.
