Needed to purchase a new pair of shoes for Crossfit and everyone told me to try to the Reebok Nano 3.0 (I have always been a minimalist fan). Ordered the Nano 3.0 but they were not comfortable, my heel kept slipping out and they felt heavy. So, I ordered these and love them. Light, durable and plenty of support (just like my old ones). Highly recommend for active athletes and anything Crossfit.

This shoe perfectly fits the shape of my wide feet. They are very lightweight with a good gripping surface.

Owned a month. Use it for working out with a personal trainer 5 times/week. Extremely lightweight. Comfortable. I think i have slightly wide feet & D size fit great. It's like wearing a sock with a comfortable sole. I only use indoors to keep them clean. Mesh on top is slightly see through. Recommend grabbing some black "no-ankle" socks or go bare foot.

Any big men with a size 15 shoe looking for something to crosstrain in, or specifically in my case, crossfit in, knows the woes of most shoes stopping at size 14, leaving us doomed to sift through the non-mainstream, often unreviewed choices. I have to say my shoe search is finally over for as long as I'm sticking with crossfit and in need of the right training shoe. Very comfy and supportive for how light they are. Very responsive, I feel super connected to the ground for weight lifts, and fast on the track. NB did a phenomenal job creating a jack of all trades shoe. I strongly endorse these as I've never taken the time to review any product online.

Love this shoe! I have tried several brands of the barefoot/neutral sole variety and these are the best so far. I even bought a second pair for when these wear out.

Purchased these for CrossFit...awesome shoes! Sole is very durable, but they are light and you can hardly tell they are there. I wear an 11-wide pretty consistently with New Balance. After wearing these a few times, I wish I would've gone with a 10.5. So just be aware of that.

Still early, but they're holding up WAY better than my previous pair of Minimus, that fell apart in 60 days.
I'm very happy with them so far.

These shoes are great for weight training! low t the ground and the width, i got wEE since I have a wide foot, they are perfect for lateral movements too. I wouldn't recommend them for running more than 2 miles though they don't have that much support and cushion. overall, if you're into bodybuilding and weight lifting overall then i would highly recommend them.

These are great shoes, are comfortable and look cool. The shoes are supposed to breath better, and I am not sure if they really do compare to others. My only reasoning for downing them a star is that the tongue always slides down towards the outside of the shoe and makes it very uncomfortable and I constantly have to reach down and pull the tongue back onto the top of my foot, which is especially frustrating when you walk a lot like I do. But that is only a minor complaint, I highly recommend them to all.

I use these shoes for Crossfit training and they have held up great so far. I had the MT10v2 minimus before and for both lifting and running I like these better. They have a little more arch support than my old pair so that took some getting used to but they are very stable for deadlifts, squats, etc. I have had them a few weeks and already put them through lots of abuse and so far they have held up very well. The soles of my MT10's almost immediately started coming apart in the toe area but these seem to be more durable. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who does crossfit or cross training but doesn't want the high price tag of the nanos.

First time wearing this "free" style shoe and I absolutely enjoy them! I ran with them for the first time and I immediately felt the difference of how light and comfortable they were. Then again I only run maybe 2-4 miles/week so I can't speak on half of those avid runners; however, I use them as my everyday weight training shoes. Great for dead lifting, squats and across training. I highly recommend these shoes. The only minor setback is that the width of the shoe seems a tad bit wide, but overall fits very close to foot size. I probably could go a half size smaller.

I bought the shoes and loved them. I don't use them for running because I am not a runner but I do use them for cross training. What makes these shoes so good is the flat sole that gives you a lot of stability when doing fast paced workouts as well as squats due to the flat sole.

These are an extremely lightweight mesh shoe. They are generously sized, I wear 15 and fit was ample. Very comfortable if you use correct gait with mid-foot strike. I would buy them again.

This is my second pair so obviously I like them enough to buy again. Can't really ask for much more in a minimalist cross trainer. The reinforcement needed for cross training conflicts somewhat with minimalist design but NB struck a pretty good balance here. Great shoe all around.

These were comfortable out of the box. They are very light, I used them for walking around Disney. For the first time my feet are not sore.

These are probably the best thing to happen to my workouts. I've been doing p90x and insanity workouts and these are perfect for the types of exercises. Fits true to size and the EE was especially accommodating to my wide feet. This color in particular is eye catching. I'm not sold on the no-socks feature so I've been wearing the thin Nike dry fit socks.

I love these shoes, they are my second pair. For natural running type shoes, these are solid performers. But I really love them as every day kick-around sneaks. It truly is like wearing almost nothing on my dogs.

These shoes continue the great tradition of New Balance minimus. I bought them for my husband to work out. He wears them all the time. The support is different than typical running shoes but more than adequate for the 14W that my husband wears. I wear mine all the time. The most comfortable shoes I have ever owned.

Big fan of these shoes. I had purchased 10.5's on amazon awhile back and I used them with Nike socks. They were too tight, so I got these super thin drymax socks and they are good. The 11's are just better for me and I can wear the thicker sock. FWIW I wear 10.5's in other non-minimus New Balance shoes. The price was cheaper here second time around. Great shoe.

Yes the runners are very nice and its my 2nd pair but I also want to say thank you to Zappos! I ordered the runners on Thursday and by the time I got home from work on Friday they were delivered! Great job Zappos!

I love these shoes. They are minimal - very light and little support but they are great with my orthotic insoles in them.

I bought these shoes searching for a weight lifting shoe. I do cardio in them as well, but never any long distance running or similar. These are definitely the best lifting shoes I've ever owned.
I have very wide feet and thankfully New Balance has been producing wide shoes for a long time. These shoes felt perfect for my wide feet, while hugging everywhere else. I purchased a size smaller then I would for normal shoes because I needed them tight for stability while weight lifting. They fit perfect and I'd recommend them to anyone.
One bit of advice... try them without socks the first first times you use them. If you haven't worn "barefoot" style shoes before it will feel strange at first, but I wouldn't go back.

Simply put, this shoe is perfect. It's light, breathable, durable, fits great, and looks great. I'll be ordering at least one more pair.
