I love this shoe for Zumba class. It is very lightweight and easy to dance in. I will say that it felt a bit narrow. I’m glad I got the wide width.

The fit is perfect. The last pair of Rykas I bought felt a bit short. These have just the perfect amount of room for my toes.

These shoes rule. I’ve been on a search for months for a new pair of sneakers that are good for exercise classes (kickboxing, HIIT, etc). My current running shoes were not cutting it. They were not sturdy enough and I always felt like I was going to break an ankle or blow out a knee in class. Not anymore!! These shoes are perfect! Great for folks with wide feet like me! I feel comfortable, supported and sturdy while jumping, twisting, etc. Rykas are the best! Thanks to Zappos for making it so easy to try and return shoes while on my hunt for the perfect sneaker. The hunt is over! :)

This is my second pair of Ryka Influence and I love them for Step Aerobics. Unfortunately, this pair is too big and I must return them for a half size smaller. Took me many tries before I found a dance shoe that felt comfortable on my wide flat feet, the Ryka Influence is the only pair I've been able to wear.

this shoe runs narrow in the toe box

The toe box is narrow and it seems to run a full size short. I normally wear a 9.0 ordered 9.5 and still short. If you are looking for a roomy toe box do not order this shoe.

Super light! Work great for Zumba and other classes.

Great for Jazzercise. I had knee troubles using normal walking/running shoes. The pivot on these shoes makes lateral movement easy and doesn't hurt my knees. Amazed at the difference. I have wide feet - and require a wide toe box for typical running shoes. These fit great. Pleasantly surprised. True to size.

I do Jazzercise several times a week and was having trouble with my knee. Turned out it was the shoes I was exercising in (they were cross-trainers which are supposed to be okay). So I decided to get a different shoe. I ordered these shoes a half size larger than I usually wear, and they shoes are perfect. No break-in time and best of all, no more knee pain! You will not regret buying these shoes!

I ordered this shoe for Jazzercise. As an instructor, I need a really good shoe that has the right amount of support. I've only worn them once, but they felt good. The arch wasn't too high for me unlike the Ryka Assist XT 2. I do change out the insert for one that is more cushioned for high impact. I wear a 9 in regular shoes and I ordered a 9 1/2 for extra toe room. The length felt just right. May have to go a little crazy and order the lime trimmed next time!

I sized up 1/2 size, love the pivot point for dance fitness but not enough cushioning for me. Sadly, will return and try another pair of Rykas with more support.

I love Ryka! I take them from the box, try them on, walk around a little and am out the door. They fit me that well... I have high arches and skinny heels and these are great for me. I also like that they are made for women, by women.

loved these except the padding under the toe was too thin.

These shoes run a bit big on my feet. They don’t have a lot of padding or arch support -the soles feel a bit thin. They are also very flexible. I decided to keep them just to wear in the house when I exercise. They are perfect for giving my feet a little protection, but are almost like being barefoot which is great for what I want them for. However, they would not be my shoe of choice for running or even walking for exercise.

These are great for women with narrower feet. I have a very average width foot and I could feel the side seams. Otherwise they are quite comfortable and have some of the better arch support for cross training shoes.

Shoe was a little snug and it didn't slide like a dance shoe. The info said that it was a dance shoe.

These just did not work for me. I need much more support under my foot. I do have a lot of foot problems so not the fault of the shoe.

I require a bit more padding in the sole. I recently purchased the Ryke Devotion Plus 3 which are perfect, but was just looking for another color and decided to try the Ryka Influence, but my foot feels too flat and unpadded in this model, so I am returning it.
