My first pair of Frye's did not disappoint! I actually got the Cognac Antiqued and I couldn't be happier. I have thicker calves and the extended calf is fab! The leather is soft and smells wonderful. I ordered my regular size and they fit great-a bit loose in the heel, but thick socks solve that. I have worn them almost every day since they arrived, they go with everything!

I bought these recently and have only worn them twice but this is my review. I am one of those that can wear an 8 or 8.5 so first I ordered the 8 and they were tight. I sent them back and got the 8.5 and when I first put them on I felt like they were a tad too tight across the end of my foot closes to the toes. I followed what frye recommended and wore them around the house for a while to make sure they weren't going to hurt and within an hour I realized they were the right size for me. The 2 times I have worn them out they have felt perfect and not hurt at all. Basically I'm glad I stayed with the 8.5 , my truest size.

I love these boots! I ordered the Melissa Button Wide so I could wear them with my jeans tucked in. They fit perfectly! I ordered the size I normally wear. My heal slips a little with thinner socks but that doesn't bother me at all. My feet are a little wide so I prefer a looser fitting boot. I also bought these for casual wearing. If you buy these exclusively for riding you may want to order down so they fit more snug. They fit slightly looser than my Paige Tall Riding Boots. The pair I received had the same calf circumference/height and color was true to picture. I would absolutely recommend investing in a pair of these boots! They are soooooo comfortable, cute and go with everything!

I love my new Frye boots. The leather is soft and the color is perfect. They are well made and feel great on. They look good with everything and look like quality boots.

I couldn't decide on the brown or the black pair and when I received them (intending to send one back) I just has to keep both! These boots are both comfortable AND great looking.

Bought these boots in December after researching all of the styles available. Loved them so much that I immediately ordered the same pair in dark brown. I teach so I am on my feet all day. Both pairs are quite comfortable.

I tried on the regular calf boot in the store and it was too tight. The wide calf isn't really wide but does allow for leggings to fit. That is what I was looking for. I also wanted a sleek looking, flat heeled boot. These are perfect.

I got these boots as a Christmas present and I absolutely LOVE them! I got an extended 8.5 and they are the perfect fit! I will be ordering them in black very soon!

I received my boots a week ago. I got them in Burgundy because they were no longer available in cognac. I'm glad I did. The leather is amazing. I'm a size 10 with 16" calves and I'm able to wear jeans with my boots.

Absolutely the best boots I have ever bought! I feel like I am wearing slippers! I will be purchasing a black pair soon!
