I already owned size 7 Chaco sandals which fit perfectly, so I ordered these Chaco sandals in the same size. When I received the sandals, I was sorely disappointed in the sizing and quality. These Chaco's are at least 2 sizes too small, not adjustable, and flimsy compared to the original Chacos. To make matters worse, when I spoke to the Zappos representative about the huge difference in sizing and quality, and that I did not want to pay for priority shipping again to reorder shoes, he said he didn't know why I paid for priority shipping to begin with since I was a VIP but failed to offer to refund the shipping since I did not order from the "VIP" website. I was unaware there was a "VIP" website. I will be returning the shoes, I won't reorder and I won't be using Zappos again.

Have had several Chaco's in the past and you do need a full size larger in these. Very cute, and great support for day hiking etc. Doesn't seem like there will be break in time. The footbed fits better for people with a rounded set of toes rather than straight across. I am buying a larger pair. Excited to have these to hike around in this summer on the water in Traverse City, MI.

As a Podiatrist I love Chacos and have several pairs. These are definately not as supportive as the traditional Chacos but for a fun and dressier option these have been great. They got me through several airport trips with no pain. Plus, I have gotten several compliments on how cute they are! I would buy them again.

These are one of my favorite sandals. They go with everything! I get complimented almost very time I wear them which is a lot in the summer. They are very comfortable. The only negative for me is that my ankle must be smaller than normal because the ankle wraps are too big for me, like there is a gap there. Also the zipper is hard to move up and down. But it fits good on the toe for me.

I love my new shoes! I went to Pac Rat and saw the shoes but couldn't get them that day. Went back and they didn't have my size. So I thought about Zappos and sure enough they had 'em in my size! Never been disappointed with Zappos and how fast I can get whatever I need.

Awesome shoe! Fits true to size and very supportive of my flat feet - just like my regular Chacos! Takes a little bit of wear to break in the leather, but once it's broken in, it's so soft!

Fits well from the beginning. Took a little bit to adjust to the high back, but softens up quickly. I think these are every day comfortable and a little bit chic for such casual sandals!

I have very skinny and small feet - I normal wear a 6 -7 in sandals. I chose to get these in a 7 since most reviews said they ran large, however I found that the 7 was too big. A 6 fit much better! If you have skinny and small feet, you might want to get a size smaller than usual.

Love these shoes! They are extremely comfortable and versatile (I wear them nearly daily and with almost everything). I find Chacos to run a bit small, so ordered a size larger than I normally wear and they fit perfect. Glad I got them!

Love these shoes! Super comfy and I get lots of compliments on them. A little squeaky when I first put them on, and I almost sent them back. I'm glad I didn't! I was told to sprinkle them with a little talcum powder and that fixed it right up.

I love these shoes, cute and comfortable. I allowed the foot bands to break in slowly. The arch support is nice.

These shoes are awesome. I'm going to order another pair to have once I wear these out! They run small, so I needed to order one size larger. Great to wear all day.

The fit is great and not like other Chaco sandals. This doesn't have as high arch as there other sandals. I can't wear other chaco sandals. They are very comfortable and stylish. The toe area takes just about a day to get used to. Mine are broken in now and I have no problems. I wear these everyday at work.

Just received these and they are fantastic! I did not find them small or narrow but true to size. The leather is supple and the toe is not in my opinion too tight or small. The zipper in the back is sturdy but not too tough. Great sandal!

These sandals are so cute. I finally recived my size today. But, it squeezes the daylights out of my big toe. Zappos is the best. The service on shipping is fast and the returns are easy even here in Alaska.

Great shoe...comfy and stylish. The style of this shoe, however, does warrant half sizes. Other than that oversight, I would recommend it.

I love when I find a comfortable shoe that doesn't look like a "comfort shoe." And I'm not a big fan of how athletic sandals typically look, so these were a perfect find for me. These sandals are so cute and stylish, I've gotten multiple compliments on them. But better yet is that I could walk for miles in them and my feet feel great.

I have been looking for a cute comfort shoe that I could wear to work in a business casual environment while not looking like I borrowed my grandmother's shoes. As soon as I saw these, I knew they were for me. I've had them a couple of weeks now and have loved wearing them every minute. Now, I just wish they came in more colors!

I love these Chaco Dawkins sandals! I have nearly flat feet, and the arch support is superb. I was a little worried they might be a little short, as the toe loop dug in a little at first, but after the first day, it was no longer an issue. I can wear these sandals all day without feeling my arches "fall" after a few hours. They're cute with cropped skinnies, skirts of all lengths, and rolled up boyfriend jeans. I have a pair of 13 year old Chaco Z2 sandals with the Vibram soles that are frayed at the edges, and have been down probably 900 hundred miles of rivers, and up and down their side canyon trails, and I won't give them up until they're falling off my feet! Chaco makes an excellent product that won't let you down, no matter where your travels take you.

We LOVE these shoes! My daughter has been having knee problems from dancing & Chaco brand shoes had been recommended by her docs and they have made a huge difference and they are stylish too!

I actually don't love these but did keep them, not sure I should have. They feel a little short, but didn't have half sizes - so I went with the smaller size, and the arch isn't as comfortable as it could be. If your feet are narrow, this may not be the shoe for you.

Love these! Supportive footbed and the design keeps my foot solidly on the shoe. I have small ankles and they fit perfectly with no break in period. I really like the leather footbed as rubber tends to crack my feet after extended wear. I can't see these sandals working for people with wide feet, thick ankles, or toes that go straight across but for the majority of people, these sandals are perfection. very comfortable. I ordered up a half size. Generally I am a 6 1/2. I ordered size 7 and they are a perfect fit. Thank you, Chaco, for finally making a sandal that I can wear. These shoes are great. The fit is good and they are cute. It is hard to find a cute pair of shoes that can be worn comfortably all day! My only complaint is the noise that the zipper on the back of the heel makes when you walk. It annoys me. Other than that, they are great!
