These are great pants. They look nice while also being rugged enough for working outdoors or hiking. They’re water & wind repellent and thick enough to provide some warmth during chilly weather. They fit comfortably and the fabric seems to have a little built in stretch. I have two pairs, one in each color. I have worked outside for hours in cold wet weather wearing these pants and recommend them highly.

I bought these for cross-country skiing and am happy so far. I wear them over a base layer for winter but I think they will work well for hiking in warmer weather too. They haven't gotten soggy after falling in the snow. Material is sturdy and a bit stretchy. They do run small--I'm usually a 2 but bought a 6 (size chart is accurate).

I fell in love with these pants the minute I put them on. They fit like a glove but move with you everywhere. I can see myself crawling around, climbing, walking, etc in these very comfortably. The opening at the bottom of the leg is pretty awesome in that it helps getting things off and on with boots and such. The fabric feels like real sturdy quality, yet very comfortable. Made me feel kinda skinny too. I love the very high back. No butt cracks or underwear exposed when you are moving around doing just about anything. Only reason I returned these is because I just bought a gray pair of pants from Zappos and I don't want two of the same color in my duffle. Was hoping for black.

Bought this for trip to Scotland- long days, lots of walking/hiking, rainy dreary weather. These pants are my new fave traveling pants! Held up beautifully the entire trip, kept out rain, kept me warm, all while being super comfy and not losing any elasticity (compared to a different brand I also purchased specifically for this trip, wore once and by end of day looked baggy and saggy). The lining of the pockets are a fleece type material, which is nice during those cold rainy days. Another plus is the zipper to all pockets so I never had to worry about something falling out while hiking. Purchased size 2 in the short: fit perfectly. Am 5'1" with hourglass figure (24in waist, 36in hip/booty). Love the high waist. Also kept the ankle zipper ½ way open so looks nice without being too long or bunched up (which otherwise would have accentuated my short legs ? not abnormal short, but short because I'm barely over 5' tall).

Great fit, sturdy fabric, flexible for workouts - I loved it!

I Purchased the size 14, and they fit fine. I was going to use them for a safari trip to Africa. I was told the waistband was stretchy. It is not stretchy. The fabric is also a bit heavier than I had anticipated. Nice hiking pants if you don’t mind a limited amount of stretch. I am returning them.

This is my 3rd pair! They are super stretchy, soft, and great for work or hiking. I also use them on warm x country ski days. I'm 5'4" 135 and get a 10 so I can put long underwear under them.

These pants are great, they are comfortable, stretchy, and nonirritating but tough and can get scraped up on rocks all day with no damage. I like the ability to zip and unzip the ankles to adjust to what shoes I'm wearing. They are not noisy when you walk in them, either. I have used them for backpacking, rock climbing and hunting. They hold up well to water and I will definitely be using them for cross country skiing this winter. They are not 5 stars because the long size is not really that long. The fabric is strong and stretchy but it also tends to stay contracted and tight, so the ankles ride up a couple of inches short. Once you get moving and they stretch out a bit the ankles fall to the right length.

Cute pants. Well constructed. Waist too big and thighs too small though.

Too long for my 5 feet, 2 inch height. Although it fits around my waist and thigh. (I generally wear a size 8-10 dress USA size, and a size 6 jeans) it was very baggy around my thighs as well. The rise is also too high grinding in the crotch area.
