Super comfortable. Toe box runs long and slightly narrow. Red is a bit brighter than it appears in picture.

Color is not navy blue - its lighter than in the picture.

BLISTER CITY! Yikes. The soles are cushy and comfortable but after just one day I have 6 blisters. Not a happy day. If I didn't have skin on my feet I'd say they were comfortable shoes. Too worn to return.

I have a wide toe box and a narrow heel, and after reading a review by someone with the same issue saying they were comfortable, I decided to give them a go. The first day they rubbed my heels raw and felt tight around my toes. I put some coconot oil on the top edge of the heel to try to soften it, and it helped a little bit. I imagine it would soften more over time, but I ultimately found them too narrow and was worried they would cause bunions, so I am going to return them. I could already tell where the leather would eventually wear through from my big toe. I would not recommend them for someone with a wide toe box, but they fit surprisingly well in the heel (aside from the rubbing issue).

This is a beautiful flat but I had to send them back. Not much room in the toe and was not a good fit like I have come to expect from Born.

The navy isn't navy and it the leather turned distressed looking within 2 wears, so they really aren't a dressy flat. That said they are really comfortable.

Cute shoes but they rub the back of my heels. I can only wear for a short time due to blisters. I was hoping to have these as my everyday/all day shoe at work.

Breaks my heart to see Born shoes become so cheaply made of inferior materials - not the shoes I've loved in the past. These are very disappointing - run small, little to no support. Too bad, because they're pretty cute.

A very cute shoe; however, it has a few bugs. First, the stitching around the top began to chafe my foot about an hour into wearing. Second, the shoe is so soft it doesn't have any side support and my feet are medium width. Third, the arch support feels like a bump under my feet. It's a shame because the shoe just looks so cute. I can put up with the discomfort as long as I don't intend to wear these for any length of time.

Love the style but not sure about the comfort. First they run a size small. I have to return them because the size 10 is too tight in the toe box area. And they don't have a size 11 but I was glad to see that Skechers had something similar with fantastic foot support. These shoes - I felt no comfort. I felt like I was walking on the ground which Zappos not carrying a size 11 was probably a blessing. These are not worth the money either.

Ordered these in 2 colors. Very comfortable. Look a little "orthopedic shoe" ish, but was willing to live with that. Unfortunately, one shoe lets out a LOUD whistle every time I take a step. Considering exchanging, but what if they develop a whistle later? Makes me very nervous about keeping the one silent pair.

Love these shoes but there is one flaw. When I wore these, the way the shoe is designed, a portion of the front leather touches the ground. Because of this, my shoes are black on those 2 points. Disappointed since they were so expensive. Overall, these are very comfortable. Plain and not very stylish.

The jury is still out on these shoes. I returned my regular size 9 for a 9.5 for more room in the toe box and thought they'd be fine. Not sure the padding is sufficient, however, as one foot was in pain after wearing. I like the look of the shoe but may not have enough support for me.

Such cute shoes! Beautiful rich red color. The toe box was too narrow and really pinched my toes, which is a common problem for me. Also, they felt half to a full size too short.

Just fit weird. One hit me perfectly in the arch, while the other felt like it had an air bubble in it. It hissed when I walked.

I wanted a nice, contemporary brown flat, which this seemed to fit. However, I will tell you this - without ever scuffing it, within an hour, the entire front of the shoe looked as if I had crawled on cement! It no longer held shine in that area, on either shoe, and to this day, after just 5 times of wearing them, I buff them prior to wearing, and within moments of stepping into my car the entire front end of the shoe carries the scuff look again. Very disappointed. Very comfortable shoe, no arch support, and felt true to size, but not a very professional (or even business casual) shoe for someone at a high end position.

Nothing exciting, and too narrow for me. Seem as though they would be comfortable if they fit me properly. The leather is soft, the heel was comfortable.

This shoe runs small, I am a 10 1/2 but have to order an 11 because they don't make many shoes in 10 1/2. I ordered an 11. Most 11s are too big for me, but this 11 is snug. I am returning it. Other than running small it looks like a nice shoe.

I like the style and they are very comfortable. I gave it a mid rating because the color (navy) was lighter than expected and the color faded after wearing once. That was very disappointing especially for a pair of shoes at this price.

I like the color of this shoe, a pinkish nude, but unfortunately my usual size 9 is too big in the heel and they slip off. Even with socks on they are still too loose in the heel, but then too tight in the toe box. I don't love the style enough to try for a half size smaller, but if you have slender heels you may want to try a half size down. The insole is comfortable but the shoes look as though they would scuff easily. Additionally, the upper edge of the heel was digging into my ankle and it felt like the perfect storm for blisters to develop.

I didn't like the ruching or ballet slipper look to this shoe. I ordered a 1/2 size smaller than usual based on other reviews of it running large. I should have gotten a 10. This one is tight but don't like the look enough to exchange!

The higher back on this shoe creates blisters and small wounds from rubbing against the tendon. Still trying to figure out a way of protecting the tendon so that they can be worn comfortably. Toe box width is good and I like the ballet shoe look, but they are painful.

These are cute shoes and the color was great, but not as comfortable as I would like. I am returning them as the seams on the front and on the inside felt irritating. I cannot imagine walking around or standing for long periods in these shoes.

Nice cushioning and arc support, but the tab at the back of the shoe rubs my heel badly. After just a short while, it starts to cause a blister. I'm disappointed because they felt so comfortable when I first walked out the door!

This is not everything I had dreamed it would be, as I have been searching for the perfect black flat for years. I purchased my usual size and it was a tad snug but I opted to keep them anyway, in hopes it would stretch out. Also I wanted to avoid the hassle of an exchange. The biggest disappointment of all? The color inside the shoe bleeds onto my heel. So after I take them off, I get to sport a large black smudge on my heels until I can rub it off with soap and water. NOT AT ALL what I would expect of Born.
