Bought a sale color and love them-plan to buy more in other colors.

Born is usually a good bet and these did not disappoint. I bought the 10W and they fit great. I'm a 10.5 or 11 in many Brandt but find that a 10 in Born often fits. Not sure if I would recommend this for business trips with lots of brisk airport walking but as "normal" shoe it's excellent. Oh, the navy is a dusty blue, not true navy.

Great little ballet flat with exceptional support. Paid lots more for Frye which was like walking on wood - (no support & bottom scraped raw with 3-4 wearings). Would highly recommend Born's

I've had some issues with flat shoes being uncomfortable on my feet. Turns out I had a neuroma which I had fixed surgically and these shoes were the first flat ones I've bought since surgery and I love them! They've very comfortable and are cute with lots of clothes - both dresses and pants. I would call the color pink rather than red.

I ordered my usual size 9W and sent back for a 9.5W. I have foot issues and am very picky about shoes these shoes were comfy right out of the box! I love the style and they go with everything!

These are simply fabulous. I have 4 or 5 pairs of ballet flats, having searched for months for the perfect pair. I have Audrey Hepburn in mind. These are they! They look adorable when worn with jeans or ankle pants, which is what I normally wear, and they are unbelievably comfortable right out of the box. I think I'll get another pair in black.

I really wanted to love these shoes, because the Noche Tan color was perfect, as was the styling. My first pair of size 10 had a problem with the right shoe, where the leather at the junction of the side and the heel of the shoe did not quite match and the little part sticking up, + the stitching there rubbed my foot. So, I ordered another pair, same size, color, width, and the same thing was true, but this time with the left shoe, so I sent both pairs back. I really like this brand and have several other styles. Thankfully, Zappos took them both back, and I found another comfortable ballet flat...Vanelli, and Vionic.

I was searching for some comfy flats for work and took a chance on these. Wore them around the house for a few hours after I received them and then spent an entire day at work in them. I loved them so much that I then ordered a pair in black! They fit perfectly, the wide is great for my wide feet. I often have a problem with the back/heel area of flats rubbing my foot the wrong way and getting a blister. These shoes don't hurt my feet at all. Love them.

Great, basic flat. Ran true to size.

I loved this shoe and would keep it if I didn't have an ugly prominent bone at the base of my little toe on one foot! It just landed ON it..another 1/8" would make a difference. They are true to size and width, -I have problem feet and they were very comfortable. Nice quality, accurate color. So I'm disappointed to be returning, but it just accentuates the 'bumpy bone'.

I have been searching for comfortable flats for FOREVER and these are the definite winners. I've come to the conclusion that I think everyone's foot shapes are different enough that there really is no one universally comfortable flat, but for my foot shape these are perfect. I have relatively pointy feet (long big toes) if that makes sense and it usually puts me between sizes, so I erred on the larger size for these and that's what worked well for me. Just ordered them in black as well!

I have been looking for supportive flats for a long time and finally found them! These did take about a week of wear to break in, as one of the heels did dig a little and I got a small blister. But the support is great. I got the tan color, which is beautiful. It's more of a cool toned lighter tan, not orangey like many other tan shoes I see. I find the color very versatile!

Very comfortable and super cute. I got the pale blue suede color, which I find very neutral and versatile, and my only complaint is that they get dirty easily and are tough to clean. The heel is pretty firm and I was worried that they would run/blister, but I haven't had any issues. The sole doesn't appear to be attached, so it does slip out occasionally, which isn't ideal, but it also hasn't been a big deal. I'm a true 8.5 with medium to narrow feet, and the sizing was true to fit. The arch support and comfort were extraordinary for a simple ballet flat.

Great flat!! Able to wear all day, right out of the box. No breaking-in required. I thought the leather was soft, not hard like one other reviewer wrote. Perfect for dresses and slacks. More colors, please!!

I am so pleased with my Born Julianne Grey flats. They are very comfortable and fit my foot well I bought them to go with grey linen pants, top, and shawl. The shoes add just the right touch. They are elegant. And of course the kind and efficient service of Zappo's was excellent as always.

definitely pink, not red as described. But color is great and somewhat neutral to go with many other colors.

Love these shoes! I own them in black as well. They pair well with everything and look especially cute with skinny jeans. The dark saddle brown color is perfect!!

Super comfortable and cute!! I wear these everywhere and own them in brown as well. For the last year I have suffered from foot pain. I've been on a quest to find a cute flat shoe that packs well and looks good with work dresses or jeans. This is it!! My feet feel amazing after even the longest walks. I've gotten compliments on them and they look super adorable with skinny jeans and a flowy top. Love!!

The navy color is not a true navy; it is more of a dark blue. It's a great quality shoe, so I kept trying them on with different outfits to try and make them work, but realized the lighter blue color would just not be versatile enough to justify spending the money. I did find that the toebox was not quite high enough, as some reviewers mentioned; the shoe was long enough, but my toe was uncomfortably tight against the top of the shoe on my right foot.
