The leather on this shoe is beautiful. I had enough room in the toebox which is normally an issue for me. The length felt true to size -- I even had a bit of room at the toe and the heal fit correctly without rubbing. Unfortuneately even though they are marked wide, I felt like my feet were spilling over the base of the shoe. The leather accommodated but it just wasn't wide enough and because the rest of the shoe was right, there is no point in going up a size for me.

I love these shoes! This is probably about the 6th or 7th pair I’ve bought. They are so comfortable and great to wear with anything - jeans, pants or dresses. Highly recommend.

I actually ordered the black full-grain leather, but you accidentally sent black patent. I am keeping the shoes because they are comfortable right out of the box, and the black patent is really good-looking. I like for shoes to look good, and at 60+ years old, I require that they feel good.

I usually wear a size 8, but the 8 in these was too small. 8.5 has worked well. I work in high end homes and usually take off my shoes upon entering. These are super easy to slip on and off hands-free, and my feet have weathered them well. One side note: I wear no-show footies, but have still noticed that my heels are black tinted at the end of the day, so the leather dye is transferring a bit.

Perfect fit for my wide foot, even with enlarged toe joint. Large toe box, maximum support for this type of shoe. I wore entire day for first time and was quite comfortable. Ordered Lucky brand shoe in same size, way too small.

Love these flats! They are supportive and so comfortable. They fit true to size.

I've tried several ballet flats and these fit the best! I've tried Arcopedico, which was not comfortable for me. Even Bornshoes Maree did not fit will. I did get this shoe in wide, which I think made a difference. The arch support is only moderate, so I will have to add more, but the shoe overall is very comfortable! I'll probably order more in other colors.

These fit perfect! Definitely true to size. Very comfortable so far.

I should have ordered a 7, but that was my fault. I gave these to my daughter and ordered a 7 for myself. My daughter says they are very comfortable and we both love the color.

The shoes are made of quality material. The problem was not the shoe . The cut of the shoe went right across my bunion so therefore I could not wear them but very nice shoes. I could not give a high score for Comfort nothing to do with the shoe it is a foot problem I have.

I love these Born Julianne Flats, they are beautiful and so comfortable, My only disappointment is the way they were package, here to for, they always arrived with a plastic mold inside the shoes, and it helps to keep them in shape. I would appreciate it if you would send me 2 pairs of those molds. I love Zappos and especially Born Julianne flats!

These shoes were perfect for fit and comfort, right out of the box. I have been looking for simple navy flats for a long time. I have always had good luck with Born shoes. They last for years and always a good fit.

The navy is actually a denim color. The leather is soft, and although there is only moderate support, this shoe is very comfortable. For me, with bad knees, barefoot is the most comfortable way for me to walk. This shoe offers a close second to barefoot.

I have duck feet. They are wide at the front, narrow at the heel, and almost completely flat. These shoes fit even my weirdo feet! I ended up ordering the brown and the black and they are now my primary work shoes. I did put Gekks (liners) in them to make them a little more comfy to wear barefoot, but they would have been fine without them too. They don't have any support, but they do have good cushioning.

I bought a pair of these flats for work and loved them. They became my go-to shoes. After four years of heavy wear, they're starting to fall apart, so I'm buying a new pair.

Hands down, these are the most comfortable flats on the market. The only downside to this pair is the color description. I bought “navy”, but these shoes are lighter than a traditional navy. Regardless, these are definite keepers for me.

They are nice shoes, and true to size. My experience is that these get softer the longer I wear them. I wore my other pair until they were worn out. I got the navy blue, they look good with jeans.

These felt great but look really cheap to me despite the pricetag, too "patent-leather" looking which is not my preference.

size is perfect - true to size, the material is really good quality and the width is right sizing I have a wide foot. I found this shoe to be very comfortable and made well.

I have wide feet, and ballet flats typically either pinch uncomfortably, or my feet spill over the sides. These do neither! The leather is soft inside and out, and molds to my feet the more I wear them. The sole has a bit of cushioning to make them even more comfortable. Once my other (uncomfortable) black flats finally wear out, I plan on purchasing more of these!

I normally size up in ballet flat-styles but I have another pair of Born flats in a 7 so I hedged and went for the 7 in these. Way too small. I've returned them and gotten a 7.5, which are perfect. Nice, sturdy, supportive but still adorable shoe. Can't wait to break them out more this spring!
